⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • Wonderful Stay: Stayed at Goa Marriott Resort & Spa during the first week of January and had a fantastic experience overall. • Excellent Hospitality: The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. • Beautiful Location & Ambience: The beachfront location gives the resort a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool area is very well maintained and beautiful. • Great Service: Service at both the restaurant and poolside was attentive, quick, and professional. • Family & Child-Friendly: The resort is very family-friendly and has an excellent kids’ play area, which was very helpful while traveling with a toddler. • Special Appreciation: Special thanks to Racheal from the reception team and Delana Pai for making our stay extra comfortable and memorable. Overall: A great resort with excellent hospitality, beautiful ambience, and family-friendly facilities. Highly recommended and would definitely love to visit again.

We came here for our infant’s first vacation, expecting a memorable and comfortable experience, but this hotel has completely ruined it. Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. We arrived at 4 PM and shockingly our room was still not ready. Despite booking and paying for a beach-front king bedroom well in advance, we were kept waiting for hours only to be told at 6 PM that no king rooms were available and were instead offered a twin-bed room. This is completely unacceptable and reflects terrible management and zero regard for guests. The staff is highly unprofessional, unapologetic, and painfully inefficient. Service is extremely delayed, coordination is nonexistent, and nobody seems to care about the inconvenience caused — especially to guests travelling with an infant. This has been one of the most pathetic hospitality experiences we have ever had. The only reason we are still staying here for the next few days is because the payment has already been made. Otherwise, we would have left immediately and not stayed here for even a single minute. Would strongly NOT recommend this property to anyone, especially families travelling with children or babies. Save your money and your peace of mind.

Having direct, effortless access to the beach made our mornings and sunsets incredibly special. ​A Standout Management Team (Shout-out to Ms. Aprajita!): A massive, heartfelt thank you to Ms. Aprajita, the manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfectly comfortable. Her incredible attention to detail, warmth, and proactive care made us feel like VIPs. She is an absolute asset to the Marriott team! ​World-Class Customer Service & Friendly Staff: The customer service here sets a whole new benchmark. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and wore a warm smile. ​Going the Extra Mile: What separates this resort from others is the culture of hospitality. Every staff member consistently goes the extra mile to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. No request was too big or too small. ​Phenomenal Culinary Choices: The food options here are fantastic. Every meal was a culinary delight, offering incredible variety, fresh ingredients, and rich flavors that catered perfectly to our tastes. ​Top-Tier Spa Services: The spa services were world-class and a major highlight of our trip. I usually don’t review often, but will have to this time. We stayed at the Marriott for nights for vacation with my family. Let me start with the positives first: — Great view, good house keeping service, nice room with patio and personal space Now let’s talk about what went wrong: 1. Booked my stay in Mid Dec and the room was confirmed, except for the fact that one day before I got a call that I may have to stay for one night elsewhere as the property is booked due to a Supreme Court event. These events are usually booked way ahead of time, but I was informed one day before which is unacceptable. Luckily after couple of conversations, my booking was honored and we could stay for the entire duration. 2. Room service was sup par, where there was an instance when we ordered breakfast and we had to wait for more than 1hr and eventually got fed up and cancelled our order. No apologies whatsoever. 3. I asked for an airport drop off one day prior and got a confirmation that it was booked and we would get a hotel car Toyota Innova. But the next day, the car was not available due to some event again and we had to wait for 15-20mins and later got a car which was outsourced through a vendor with a broken seat and NOT AN INNOVA. To sum up, I believe the team can improve on scheduling and customer experience especially at the reception as it felt the folks were a bit clueless. I was thinking of coming back to this property but now may have to reconsider. Being a 5star property where you pay for premium services at least at minimum had to provide a great customer experience which was clearly missing for us.

Me and my family have an amazing experience in the resort… everything was so well organized….there staff was so well mannerd, helpful and polite… the view from the hotel was insane…breakfast at the hotel was tasty..meanwhile the chef also come to you from any prefrance you have at the moment… even there kids room was also have many activities which keeps them busy … Thankyou for such lovely memories that me and my family would create there….we would like to visit there again …..❤️❤️❤️
