We recently stayed at Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa for 2 nights in 2nd week of February, and overall it was a mixed experience. The location of the resort is excellent. Being situated by the sea with beautiful views makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and we were quite happy with the overall comfort and ambiance. However, one major concern was the cleanliness of the carpets in the room. They did not seem properly cleaned, which affected the overall feel of the space. In our opinion, it would be better if the hotel either ensured deep cleaning of the carpets regularly or considered removing them altogether to maintain higher hygiene standards. Regarding service, the staff was polite and courteous, but we felt the hospitality did not match the price point. For example, while we were waiting in the lobby, we asked for a coffee and were told to go down to the restaurant and get it ourselves. For a luxury property at this level, guests should not have to worry about such basic service requests. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast experience, which unfortunately was below expectations. For a resort of this standard, we expected a much better spread and overall quality. In summary, while the location and rooms are very good, the service experience and breakfast need significant improvement to justify the premium pricing.

Extremely disappointed with the behaviour and client handling by Disha Bhuvaragan, Duty Manager at Taj village Goa . We had checked into Taj Village Goa for 2 days and were planning to extend our stay for a 3rd day at Taj Agoda. Our only request was simple — to ensure our new room was ready before making us check out from the existing room. Instead of assisting us politely, Disha behaved in a rude and insensitive manner. She clearly stated that she would “keep irritating us” and continue calling us to vacate even if the new room was not ready. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. We were forced to check out at 12 noon, while checking bin the room it was made available at 2:30 pm. For a property charging nearly ₹40,000 for less than 20 hours of stay, this level of customer service was unacceptable. What was most shocking was the complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy. The interaction felt more like bullying than hospitality. Truly disheartening to experience this at a reputed brand like Taj. To top it all, at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa and Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, despite paying nearly ₹40,000 a night, we were left without a room for almost 3 hours and only got access at 2:45 PM. We had simply requested a smooth transition between the two properties, but instead faced a very disappointing experience. Extremely poor coordination and customer service. The worse is at ford agoda we got the room only by 2:45 and to my disappointment before i even spent 5 mins in the room i was asked what time will you check out to which i said need the room at least for 24 hours that I have paid for and the front desk lady starts fighting she won’t let us stay more than 12:30 as she is completely booked taj is not longer taj the reason we enjoyed staying at raj for their hospitality here we pay 40k per night to get treated as trash its the worst experience

Stay at Taj Fort Aguada, Goa was truly wonderful and will remain a cherished memory for our family. We had a 3-night family vacation, and everything was exceptional. The rooms are spacious, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. Every staff member was courteous, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made a difference. This was our 20th visit to Goa, but without doubt, this has been our best stay so far. Thank you to the entire Taj team and every staff member for making our holiday so memorable. 🙏✨

We recently booked our stay at The Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, to celebrate a milestone birthday, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the venue, the breathtaking views, and the beautifully appointed room created the perfect setting for our celebration. What truly elevated our stay, however, was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, ensuring that every arrangement was taken care of seamlessly. They went above and beyond to make the day truly memorable for us. A special mention goes to Mr. Sarthak Tiwari, who played a huge role in making our celebration extraordinary. He meticulously planned a private dinner for us and managed every detail with such care and professionalism. His personal attention to detail was remarkable — he made sure we were comfortable at all times, anticipated our needs without us having to ask, and ensured that the entire evening unfolded perfectly. Thanks to Mr. Sarthak and the wonderful team at The Taj Hotel, our special occasion turned into an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and a truly memorable stay.

We chose Taj Fort Aguada resort for our vacation to Goa. We wanted something different then boxy, conventional hotels, with similar experiences anywhere if the world. The Taj hospitality lives you it's promise. This property is a charmer, one of a kind gem in itself, excellent service, superbly maintained, serene, calm and luxurious. Class, Elegance and taste exudes from every corner weather it's the lobby, restaurants, outdoor lounge, pool or the villas. What stands out the most is everyone on the staff, I can't explain how incredibly kind, helpful and courteous each staff member is who makes you feel a celebrity. Our bedding, towels were cleaned daily, they came tidied up the room twice a day, they delivered towels late at night, they folded out clothes. I mean attention to detail at it's best. There is no private beach at this property but very close by. If you are looking for classy, calm elegant place where you can kick back forget the world and write a book, create an art or a music, this is a must visit. Once you come here your will not need to go anywhere else. I am so glad we chose to start here, Taj is the best and so is there entire crew.
