We recently stayed at the Taj Fort Aguada in Goa and, although our visit started off poorly, it quickly turned into an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, we were placed in an unrenovated room, which was disappointing. However, after a clarifying conversation with Ms. Manasi and Manager Amit Singh Chaudhary, they did everything in their power to turn around our first impression. Thanks to their efforts, the initial issues were soon forgotten. I would recommend to make sure you book a refuebished room, they are amazing, the other ones are not. I think that is one of the reasons why the recent recommendations differ so much. As I got to know the rest of the rooms shall be refurbished soon as well. The team delivered an absolutely outstanding customer service. Both Ms. Jessyl and Ms. Manasi showed an exceptionally high level of dedication, adding many thoughtful touches that made our stay truly special. Once we were moved to one of the newly renovated rooms, everything was wonderful. The refurbished rooms are stunning—beautifully designed and highly recommended. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the truly exceptional service we received, and we want to especially highlight Ms. Jessyl, whose warm and attentive nature elevated our stay to a whole new level. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Very pleasant experience. We stayed in Premium sea view room and had a splendid view of the ocean waves close to our room window. The stay in the room was very soothing. We were also given access to their sister property at Taj Holiday Village allowing us to explore both properties (or have included meals at either). Service requests were very prompt.

I stayed at Taj Fort Aguada for 3 days and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was exceptional — every staff member was attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and consistently on point throughout my stay. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view of the ocean. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was truly mesmerizing and made the stay even more memorable. Overall, everything from comfort to hospitality was top-notch. We recently stayed at Taj Aguada Resort in Goa, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable vacations we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful ambience—lush greenery, elegant architecture, peaceful corners, and a relaxing atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of Goa. The resort is expansive, and there is so much to explore, whether you prefer leisurely walks, spending time by the pool, or simply enjoying the scenic surroundings. They also offer a wide range of activities, both for adults and kids. From indoor games and outdoor sports to cultural programs and fun recreational options, there’s always something happening, making it impossible to feel bored. The food experience was outstanding. We tried their seafood thali and non-veg thali, and both were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their breakfast spread is extensive, with a huge variety of dishes covering Indian, continental, and other global cuisines. We also loved their Italian restaurant, which has a wonderful selection of wines along with some of our favorite starters and desserts. The ambiance there is warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed evening. A very special mention to Andrew, who served us during our afternoon meal and made the experience truly exceptional. He was attentive, polite, and always willing to help, which added a personal and memorable touch to our stay. Overall, Taj Aguada Resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, great food, and exceptional service. With its beautiful ambience, plenty of activities, and amazing culinary options, it’s a place we would love to visit again. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the experience was crafted with such warmth, professionalism and genuine care that it truly felt like a home away from home. A special note of gratitude to the incredible team that made our stay unforgettable. Rahul, Prabhu, Ms. Jean, Ms. Lalji (Reservation Manager), Mr. Neil D’Souza, Mr. Sujoy (F&B Director), and Mr. Pabitra (Asst. F&B Director) went above and beyond at every step. Their attention to detail, proactive support, and personal touch transformed our holiday into something truly memorable. It’s rare to see this level of dedication, and Taj Fort Aguada showcases hospitality at its absolute finest. The Hermitage Villas are an experience in themselves – private, serene, beautifully designed, and among only 17 exclusive villas on the property. Staying there brought a sense of quiet luxury that elevated every moment of our trip. Goa, of course, is always amazing and we will return for its charm — but now, our future trips to Goa will be even more motivated by the desire to return to Taj Fort Aguada, and specifically, to stay once again at the beautiful Hermitage Villa.
