We stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for our anniversary trip and absolutely loved the experience. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff (Sangeeta) explained everything clearly. The resort is beautifully maintained and though some renovation was going on near the bay wall, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Hospitality was top-notch. They surprised us with complimentary wine, cake and a handwritten note from Steffi for our anniversary, which was really special. Our room was also upgraded. A special mention for Vivek, who was fantastic during breakfast and made us feel truly pampered. Food and ambience at both restaurants Chulha and Verandah were excellent, with very well-trained staff. My daughter loved the place, especially the kids’ park and kids zone. There is a bay but no beach and only limited access to the bay water, but the overall atmosphere of the resort more than makes up for it. Only drawback is that it is better to avoid visiting during peak wedding season, as some areas of the hotel were restricted due to a wedding, and a lot of staff and arrangements were happening in the park area. Also, there are not many shops outside or nearby, so plan accordingly. We also stayed at Taj Exotica in South Goa during the same trip. While Taj has a very good beach, in every other aspect like ambience, hospitality, food and overall experience, we preferred Grand Hyatt. Grand Hyatt will be our top choice for future trips to Goa. Note - Avoid wedding season

We absolutely loved our stay here. Steffi and the rest of the team took fantastic care of us even before we arrived. The hotel is spacious, the rooms are very clean and the staff go above and beyond. Steffi recommended great places to shop and things to do and made sure our stay was perfect (which it was!). Our driver Madhu was very flexible and professional. We also want to highlight Chef Roy who went above and beyond to cook a special vegan meal for us according to our dietary preferences. Every meal was fantastic! Overall we highly recommend the hotel. There is plenty to do inside the hotel and Goa‘s capital is a short taxi drive away.

Stayed at Grand Hyatt as a part of wedding celebrations and the experience was magnificent. Right from the word go - the service was spot on and immaculate. The staff was ever smiling and courteous. The location is also beautiful and overlooks the Bambolim Bay and one can experience the calm of the sea sitting by the benches. The food spread was great and tasted decent - not the typical Indian masaledaar taste. Overall a great place to unwind and relax for a couple of days.

Oh it's beautiful and grams as the name suggests. The rooms are spacious, clean and views are stunning. The property is large with much space to chill. It's by the sea, so evening or morning walks are very pleasant. The breakfast is just awesome. The staff is super helpful. Full marks.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It reflects initials of its name and is actually a grand property with grand ceilings, huge gates and lavish use of marble throughout the property. Big and nice swimming pool. It has a nice view and well catered amenities for recreation. Rooms are spacious, well planned and very comfortable. The welcome snacks are well curated too. Will definitely recommend.
