Spent the day at Grand Hyatt Goa and it was nice. Gorgeous property, top notch hospitality, and plenty of space to relax by the pool or beach. Even as a day guest, I felt completely taken care of. Great food, serene vibes, perfect for a mini escape.

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt Goa was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Good 5 star property. A little improvement is required in rooms. Some are not fitted with a partition glass for bathroom - bathroom separated by just blinds. There is no latch-lock in the bathroom door, which sometimes creates an awkward situation. But overall, good to stay.

Visited Grand Hyatt Goa for the second time and it was just as memorable. The bay view room offered a stunning, peaceful backdrop. Loved spending the evenings at the casino, conveniently located within the complex. Also enjoyed a relaxing break at The Tea Room at Confeitaria a charming spot with great tea and desserts. Can’t wait to be back!

We request the hotel before check in that we want all rooms together. We also call them one day before check in but when I reached the hotel the service is very ridiculous because it’s 4 o clock they said us to wait 1 hour more for check in. I request all persons to confirm the hotel for check in. The service for room allocation very pathetic. No one here who can solve your issue. I never expect this service from the Hyatt. This is very bad experience of mine. Because we are 4 families with 5 kids. We all familes request please be insure before check in this property.
