Our stay at Taj Exotica was was an absolutely perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting a wonderful tone for our trip. Our villas were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with crisp linens The food at the restaurant was exceptional – fresh, delicious, with great variety, and the service was always attentive and efficient. We loved the pool overlooking the Arabian Sea and found the spa treatments incredibly revitalizing. The location is ideal, with a private path leading directly to a clean, quiet beach, perfect for relaxing walks. We felt truly rejuvenated and can't wait to return for a longer stay!

We recently stayed at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa to celebrate two very special milestones — our 10th wedding anniversary and our daughter’s 7th birthday. My husband thoughtfully chose this property hoping to make these moments unforgettable for our family. Let me begin by appreciating the positives. The property is undoubtedly vast, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery. The views are serene, and there are many picturesque spots across the resort. The natural beauty and landscape are truly impressive. However, the experience did not match the expectations associated with a luxury property of this stature. At check-in, although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, our room was not ready until 3:30 PM. Despite this, we were asked to complete the full payment process before the room was available. We were advised to explore the property or have lunch while waiting. Considering we were traveling with children and the weather was extremely hot, the delay without proper arrangements for comfort was inconvenient and tiring. More importantly, we had clearly informed the team in advance that we were celebrating two occasions. We were assured that something special would be arranged. Unfortunately, on the actual day of our anniversary (25th), there was no gesture — no anniversary wish, no small cake, no bouquet, no note, no special dining acknowledgment. There was simply nothing. For our daughter’s birthday, the only arrangement was a bed decoration made with leaves spelling “Happy Birthday.” It felt identical to the leaf arrangement used on the check-in day that read “Welcome to Taj.” There was no small cake, no personalized touch, no thoughtful effort — especially surprising for a property known for hospitality excellence. Our children noticed the absence of any celebration gesture, and it was disheartening. What should have been a cherished memory felt overlooked and impersonal. In luxury hospitality, it is often the small thoughtful touches that create lasting impressions — and sadly, those were missing. Additionally, we found the food options to be quite limited, which further reduced the overall experience. We have stayed at several premium properties in India and internationally, including destinations like Maldives and Mauritius, where special occasions were acknowledged with warmth and thoughtful planning. Those experiences truly made us feel celebrated and valued as guests. Here, despite the grandeur of the property, we felt emotionally disconnected and unacknowledged during moments that were deeply personal to us. I truly appreciate my husband’s intention behind choosing this resort for our 10th anniversary, but I wish the experience had matched the importance of the occasion. We hope the management takes this feedback constructively, as Taj as a brand is known for exceptional hospitality. A little more attentiveness and personalization could make a significant difference for families celebrating meaningful milestones.

We were there for 14th wedded Anniversary, they made it very special..The property is breathtaking—lush greenery, serene pathways, luxurious rooms, and stunning views that make every corner feel like paradise. A special mention must go to Narmin Barkatali, whose humility, kindness, and professionalism added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Her thoughtful gestures, friendly nature, and willingness to assist with even the smallest details truly made us feel cared for. Staff like Narmin are what elevate a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. Every aspect of our stay—from the immaculate rooms to the delicious food, peaceful ambiance, and exceptional service—was perfect.
