Had a pleasant stay at Novotel resorts. Suites are big enough for family of 4. Clean rooms, prompt service and helpful staff made our holiday wonderful 😀 Buffet breakfast was tasty too, but repetitive. Could have been better if food and dessert options were changed often. Overall a great property to stay with family and friends for a relaxed holiday. Will definitely visit again.

Best Hospitality & Service Ever Received. It includes everyone Room Cleaning, Reception Staff, Restaurant Staff and Everyone. Best Hotel to Stay With Infant & Kids. They Have Everything To Make You Happy. Just A Small Suggestion - Swimming Pool Does Need Minor Repairs. But Everything Else Was Perfect. And Special Thanks To Reception Staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and really enjoyed the hotel itself, though the nearby beach was a bit of a disappointment as it required a walk to reach. Pros: - Beautiful hotel & great facilities – The hotel is well-maintained, with a lovely atmosphere and comfortable rooms. - Delicious breakfast – The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options. - Kids’ play area indoors and outdoors – A great addition for families traveling with children. - Nice pool – A good-sized pool for relaxing and playing. Cons: - Aging pool area – While the pool itself was enjoyable, some of the facilities around it felt old and in need of maintenance. - Overpriced extras – Additional activities were extremely expensive, making it hard to justify the cost. Room service food was also overpriced, which was disappointing. - Beach access – The beach isn’t directly at the hotel, and you have to walk to get there. Overall: A great place for a relaxing stay, especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly environment. However, be prepared for high prices on extras, and don’t expect a beachfront experience.
