Great location and the room that I had was one of the best though need some maintenance for sure. Location wise and atmosphere is great. You have direct access to beach and they have their own chairs to relax and enjoy the beach if you opt. I had chaotic & delayed breakfast may be because of vacation schedule, but again staff very helpful. Receptionists are not as friendly as all other staff.

The worse place along all the taj hotel across the world , worse front desk staff ( not all some staff) , caravella the restaurant was too worse , service wise , hygenic & cleaning was too worse , but the chef savyo & caravella manager sourabh was good staff felt like they are taj staff rest all are i thought taj holiday might given to a out source are what. Nothing was clean their & hygenic wise also worse they won’t clear plates too & wont even ask about any orders , my friend ordered uttapam but they gave even after a 45 min , but the chef savyo & sourabh helped later .
