I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alila Diwa Goa. This was my third visit here in my last five trips to Goa, and there’s a reason I keep coming back - the experience is consistently exceptional. I stayed at the Alila Diwa Club and the room was fantastic - beautifully designed, spacious and extremely comfortable. The hospitality throughout my stay truly stood out; every staff member was warm, attentive and genuinely committed to creating a memorable experience. The food across all the restaurants was top-notch and consistently delicious. The property itself is stunning, peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a serene atmosphere that makes you instantly feel relaxed. Overall, a flawless and deeply enjoyable stay - I highly recommend Alila Diwa Goa and would love to return again soon.

The hotel itself was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was awesome and the food was very flavorful with an exceptional variety of dishes. There were two downsides because of which I did not give it 5 stars; (i) this is a wedding hotel and there is very frequent loud noise somewhere or the other in the hotel - for example, really loud drums right in front of the lobby for nearly 2 hours; (ii) We had around 8-10 power outages during our 2-day stay - thankfully these lasted for only 2-10 minutes each time, but even so they were a major nuisance.

It's a nice resort! Rooms are amazing, pools are very nice, location is good (though not near any ATMs, FYI, so stock up elsewhere if you want to hang out at a cash-only beach shack). In-house restaurants were pretty mixed. We liked the breakfast (lots of variety and good South Indian options), but the service for lunch/dinner was insanely overbearing - every time we started serving ourselves from our shared dishes, they'd rush over and offer to help. Like, do you think I'm five years old? I can serve myself. Why would you run over, ask me where I want you to serve my curry, then slowly, painstakingly, spoon some of it onto my plate, when I could just serve it myself wherever I see fit? Leave me alone! The restaurants also have zero atmosphere whatsoever and they're very expensive. Food is fine but not exceptional. I would recommend just staying here for the rooms/property and eating elsewhere. Martin's Corner is nearby and serves very good Goan food. Oh, and stay away from the salon services if you don't have Indian hair - they seemed to have zero idea how to deal with my partner's hair and ended up botching her haircut.

The overall ambience of the place is good. The food is superb and they serve large variety and the staff is very helpful and cordial. The property is about a km away from the beach but they have carts ready to take you to the beach almost instantly. The rooms are spacious and clean and the toilets are top notch. Location is a bit out of the city but you will love it for its quiet environment. The beach is full of stray dogs and you should be aware of them. You can catch the local fishermen go fishing and photograph the whole process while at the beach in the early morning. The property has good number of rooms and can be used for corporate accommodation. I stayed there for three nights last weekend and the experience was soothing and relaxing.

It's a beautiful resort, well maintained and good location. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, soft, and we all had good night sleep although our afternoon siestas were constantly disturbed due to the high bass noise from the pool club downstairs (they did not bother to do anything about it after complaining). The breakfast was very good - lots of variety, hot, fresh, and delicious. The food in Spice Studio was also tasty although the quantity was small and service was inconsistent and slow (we were ignored after the initial interaction). The bar was very good - drinks as well as the service. Spa was nice and relaxing but busy (only few slots available). The beach is a 15 minutes walk away and they do have a shuttle but it was full half the time. Overall, a good experience but a notch below five star; it was definitely not as good as couple of years ago.
