Absolutely the best experience in Our Vacation. We were there for 3 Nights. Great Location and our Room was front of the swimming pool. Staff were exceptional and they took care of us well. We had great Breakfast. The vibe was wonderful, warm and welcoming. View from the hotel is absolutely amazing. Perfect balance and highly recommended!

Rooms were spacious, with great views. Great pool. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Rohitha went above and beyond to make our breakfast enjoyable, introducing new foods and making coffee for us.

Please note that our critique is based on our price, around 250 US dollars per night, and our expectations relative to that price. We stayed in a junior suite with bed and breakfast for three nights as a transitional stop after arriving from the airport. Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal, but there were a few highlights. Facilities & Logistics: The hotel is not very family-friendly in terms of logistics. There’s only one lift available, and the baby pool was in poor condition with missing tiles. The hotel advertised six restaurants, but only one was open with a limited menu. Amenities: The water provision was inadequate, especially with a child. The espresso machine didn’t have coffee capsules, and the kettle was dirty and faulty. The bedroom TV wasn’t a smart TV; only the one in the living room was, and there was no wardrobe. Atmosphere: The environment didn’t feel very suitable for families, so it might not be the best fit for those travelling with kids. Highlight: On a positive note, the seafood platter was fabulous! It was fresh and had very nice shrimp, and my husband enjoyed it.

A Truly Memorable Experience – Thank You to the Amazing Team! I hosted a birthday celebration at this hotel, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the entire experience was. From the moment I started planning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. A very special thank you goes to Nethmi from the front office, who guided me through every step of the process with such professionalism, care, and warmth. Her support made all the difference, and I truly appreciated her dedication and attention to detail. I also want to extend my gratitude to the Food & Beverage team, who played a huge part in making the event so special. The setup, the service, and the overall atmosphere they created were absolutely perfect. Thanks to this pleasant and amazing team, the party turned out even better than I imagined. I’m incredibly grateful for the effort and heart everyone put into making the day unforgettable. A big thank you to the entire team – you made this celebration truly one to remember!

Been a lovely stay at the Heritance Negombo for the last 3 days. Really peaceful here, great pool, stunning ocean views and sunset from the balcony of my room and also the cocktail/wine bar. All of the staff have been so helpful and friendly. Anything I have raised has been dealt with promptly and politely. Check-in was very quick and I was even able to get into my room early which was appreciated. I requested a quiet room and was given a beautiful top floor room. I had also pre arranged a late evening checkout which given a lot of international flights are after midnight has really made a difference and ensured my stay was really relaxing. The breakfast was very tasty as were all the meals I had at the restaurant. The staff have really gone above and beyond to make me welcome and make my stay fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone, especially at start or end of trip to Sri Lanka as its very close to the airport and has been an oasis of calm for me after a wonderful but full on 2 week trip around Sri Lanka.
