visited Cinnamon Hotel as part of my field visit and it was a very useful and interesting experience. The hotel atmosphere was well maintained, clean, and professionally managed. I observed how a luxury hotel operates on a daily basis with high standards. The landscaping enhanced the beauty of the hotel and made the place relaxing. Water features and greenery gave a cooling and refreshing feeling to guests. The hotel maintained cleanliness while protecting the natural environment. I observed that the hotel promotes eco-friendly practices to preserve nature. The peaceful natural setting improved comfort and reduced stress. Overall, the connection between nature and hotel design made the stay experience more enjoyable and sustainable.

We had an amazing stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach. The hotel has a perfect mix of elegant design and tropical charm, with a spacious, beautifully decorated room that had a sea view and a private balcony. The beach is right in front of the hotel – wide, clean, and almost empty, which made it feel like our own private paradise. The pool area was one of our favourite spots, with quiet corners to relax and a great pool bar with refreshing drinks. We chose the full board package and were really impressed with the variety and quality of the food – breakfast buffets were rich and well presented, and the à la carte lunches were always tasty and beautifully served. All the staff we interacted with were kind and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere is calm and sophisticated, perfect for recharging. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka and looking for a peaceful, high-end beach experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Bentota. The welcome was warm and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and especially accommodating with our kids. The food was excellent with great variety, and the service throughout was outstanding. We stayed in the Neeltima Suite, which was spacious and perfect for our family. With beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, it was truly a great family getaway. Highly recommended!
