Ended our trip to Sri Lanka with 7 night here in Bentota and it was perfect. Service was amazing everyone was so so lovely and made our stay really relaxing and peaceful. Food was the best out of all the hotels we stayed at we did the bed in breakfast and opted to do the buffet dinner a few times too. There are lots of free activities to do - we did yoga looking out onto the lagoon which was awesome . Overall I would highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enriching experience .

🌟 Even Better the Second Time – Cinnamon Bentota Beach is Truly Exceptional! 🌟 This was my second stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome on arrival to the gracious send-off, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The staff are outstanding – genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear they take great pride in making every guest feel special. My room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the ocean and lush surroundings. Waking up to that peaceful scenery was a perfect way to start each day. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The dining experience is a true highlight here. This hotel keeps getting better. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so welcomed and relaxed every time you visit. Looking forward to coming back again – highly recommended for anyone visiting Bentota!

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Beach Signature in Bentota. A special thanks to F&B Manager Priyantha, who went above and beyond to organize a beautiful dinner for my father’s birthday — it made the occasion truly memorable. The buffet spread was generous and delicious, noticeably better than many other hotels we’ve visited, though the desserts despite beautifully decorated could use a little more flavour. The rooms were spacious, aesthetically pleasing and came with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea. The bathrooms, while stylish, were a bit too open in layout for families, but still quite elegant in design. The location is unbeatable — right next to the beach — making it easy to slip away for a morning stroll or sunset view. Overall, we left very happy with our stay and would gladly return.

It was absolutely a stunning place to stay. The food and service was above and beyond. The most interesting part was the lady with a basket of flowers singing and chanting blessings before departure was something very interesting . We always follow the Cinnamon trail on our holidays as we are sure of the brand. Keep up the good work guy, and Thank you once again. We will be back. Next year.

Very spacious rooms. Customer service is great. very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet is exceptional. A typical international buffet with a lot of variaty of food. Kids club is great and the pool bar food and drinks is reasonably priced. Had a great time and overall experience was great. Keep it up.
