We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent and the we enjoyed the scrumptious buffet spread. The boat ride through the mangroves was an unique experience. The hotel has a lot of outdoor space, which give you many relaxing options , including for the kids .

The food was delicious, the view was breathtaking, and the surroundings were peaceful. The room was spacious and beautifully clean. Overall, the experience was luxurious. Friendly staff at the hotel. Service at the hotel and buffet were lovely. Chandima served the table and was very attentive. The rooms were clean and had a lovely view! We stayed there in an older section of the hotel which was nice and clean, but the bathroom would benefit with a bit of an update! All in all had a wonderful time! The art culture tour was very interesting to learn about the history of the hotel!

Nice hotel though lacking in safety features and some facilities expected in a five star resort. Great breakfast buffet and fresh ingredients. Staff is very polite and helpful. Tools are huge with great sea views and a wonderful balcony. Rooms and common area need some attention- quite easily done if management put their minds to it.

Went with my family and in laws for a two night stay. Hotel is in a fantastic location and decor is amazing. Buffets had so much variety and great taste. We were really impressed with staff, who were friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Especially food service manager Janaka and his team. Janaka you are credit to the Cinnamon brand. Keep up the great work. Definitely will return again and recommend others to join too.
