We recently stayed at Jetwing Blue hotel with my child, and I must say, the staff were excellent. They were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, ensuring all our needs were met with a smile. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made our experience truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived until we departed, we felt warmly welcomed. Additionally, the food was fantastic. My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding at Jetwing Blue on June 29th 2024, and it was a truly magical experience. The service quality throughout the hotel was exceptional. The front office staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the banquet management team ensured every detail of our reception ran flawlessly. The entire staff, from the servers to the housekeeping team, were friendly, attentive, and professional. We also appreciated the hotel's focus on health and safety, which put our minds at ease during these times. There was one area for improvement during the planning process. When booking the rooms for the bride and groom, we encountered an initial confusion regarding the price. The quoted rate seemed higher than what we saw advertised online. While the hotel staff promptly rectified the issue after a brief discussion, it caused some unnecessary stress. Here's a tip for future couples: Double-check all price breakdowns thoroughly and compare them with the hotel's website or any promotional materials you received. This will help avoid any last-minute surprises. Moving on to the positive aspects, the food at the wedding reception was outstanding. Our guests raved about the delicious dishes and the beautiful presentation. Overall, Jetwing Blue provided a stunning backdrop and exceptional service for our wedding. We would highly recommend this venue to other couples planning their special day. The overall stay was excellent in this hotel. My family and I had lots of fun and were amazed by how nice and caring the staff were towards us. The room service especially from Prasanna was amazing as he asked us what we required very frequently and took great care of us.

Overall the stay was fantastic. The staff were so kind and welcoming; their service and hospitality comes from the heart. The food was authentic and plenty-some too. The hotel is very close to local shops, restaurants and eateries. As I was visiting from overseas, I would recommend to stay here and experience Sri Lankan local vibes at its best. The hotel provides good service whilst preserving its cultural values and heritage.

I had a great stay. The location is nice with the beach view. The rooms are in good amount of space with fully functional facilities. Pool access is granted for both the two pools at the premises and pool attendants are on service. When it comes to food , I could try the buffet. The dinner buffet was less in variety when it comes to main dishes , but they had lots of grilled meat (chicken,mutton,beef , chicken and pork sausage) and seafood (fish,prawns) items excluding lobster and Jumbo prawns. Comparative to that breakfast buffet was facilitated with variety of both English and Sri Lankan styled main dishes which I could enjoyed a lot. Hospitality was also great. We were warmly welcome and the staff was on great service in the buffet and housekeeping.
