This is our 2nd night here at Jetwing Yala and we honestly have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. A huge shout-out to Mr. Naminda and Mr. Saravanan for the exceptional service and support, right from the booking process through to our entire stay. They truly went above and beyond with their service. Every single staff member was amazing and always greeted us with the most genuine, beautiful smiles, which made us feel so welcome. The food deserves a special mention ,hands down some of the best we’ve had from a hotel in a long time. The staff were always attentive, checking in to make sure everything was perfect and asking if we needed anything else, which made dining such a pleasure.The chef and guess it was the F & B manager visits each table to make sure eveyone is happy and the resturant staff are so efficeint and super friendly all the time. The hotel itself is lovely, spotless, and very well maintained. And the rooms — wow!. They were massive, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was very spacious and offered stunning views of the ocean, which was an absolute treat. Both the kids and us are equally sad to be leaving tomorrow, but we’ve promised ourselves that Jetwing Yala will be right at the top of our list when we return to Sri Lanka next time. Keep up the amazing work, everyone, and thank you once again for making our stay so comfortable and truly unforgettable.

Perfect place to stay in Yala! Rooms come with full board package- pls take it up! Superb offer tat comes w sublime sunsets & stunning coastal scene at Palatupana beach. The service of the crew is top notch- courteous, prompt & accomodating. Special mention to Thuvan, Sanduni, Sarojani, also Thekla the hopper cook & Amal the restaurant manager. Thekla- always smiling & serving the hoppers despite long Q. Thuvan- surprising us w his malay language. Sanduni & Sarojani- helpful w requests & attentive. We had a superb time at the nearby beach w the lifeguards Sanjiver & Dharmasiri who also helped to look out for our fam of 2 young kids & take wonderful photos. Sanjiver lifted our 4 yr old to safety when a huge wave came along. Dharmasiri guided us on an impromptu walk along the beach, thus also helpg to take photos & look after our kids. All Jetwing staff are courteous, prompt & served with sincerity. The deluxe rooms w king bed are spacious, well ventilated & comes with balcony that overlooks the swimming pool. We absolutely love the food at Jetwing Yala as well - their dinner buffet is total yumz! Chicken & beef are halal. You do not need to consider any other option when ure in Yala- Jetwing is the answer!

A great place to unwind and relax. Jetwing Yala offers a peaceful atmosphere that helps you truly switch off. The staff are outstanding — always smiling and going above and beyond to make your stay special. The food was tasty and scrumptious with a great selection. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Going into Jetwing yala we had high hopes but those hopes were destroyed immediately. The service at this hotel was average and the hotel itself had a very weird and unwelcoming smell. Everyone online was raving about the food online saying it was amazing, but the food here was absolutely horrible everything we had was cold, they barely had any food and it was by far the worst food I have ever had in sri lanka. The rooms were spacious but every morning a bright light would shine in our room and wake us up because the curtains didn't cover the windows properly. Overall this experience was a let down and it wasn't what we expected

Jetwing Yala has a peaceful atmosphere right next to nature. The food was delicious, and the overall dining experience was very enjoyable. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained, making it a great place to unwind. The staff were warm, helpful, and made our stay feel special from start to finish.
