This is the vanity pool situated at the roof amidst all the other facilities and luxuries. Has a nice cafe with good soothing music, drinks and snacks and a jacuzzi too. There is also a sitting area for the non-swimmers to enjoy the view from the rooftop and catch the fresh breeze. All in all a wonderful relaxing experience

Centrally located hotel in colombo with nice views of the ocean and city skyline. Spacious rooms & bathroom. Tasty buffet with reasonable spread of multicultural cusine. Friendly staff. The rooftop infinity pool has a superb view. Highly recommended for a short stay in the middle of Colombo in Sri Lanka.

I was stay with my wife in one night (R. No 1810) & as a hotelier I'm fully satisfied with the room cleanliness and good maintaining. I think housekeeping department did a great job. The foods were very delicious & restaurant staff maintained calm environment. I appreciate it. Overall experience is great.

The food in thai restaurant is too spicy 🌶 for most of the foreigners
The chef should be aware of the flavor they are serving .
The visitor from other countries mostly can’t get used to such spiciness like local people.
The thing mentioning above should be the common sense for hotel staff to be aware of all the time !
The service knowledge should be enhanced for staff training
The staff is too relaxed when they work.
Customers can hear they are talking and laughing when sitting inside the restaurant.

The staff at the hotel have been extremely hospitable and nice, and made sure to accommodate us well. The rooms are nice and spacious, we did receive an upgrade and the view from the rooms was great.
However, I expected more from a five star hotel, the entry to the hotel is poor compared to hotels of similar standing, and the reception area is small and feels slightly run down. The breakfast is alright, with a normal selection of food.
Overall, the staff and the room are the best thing about the hotel, and if you are looking for a feeling of luxury, maybe try alternatives.
