I had been in touch with her regarding my husband’s birthday, and she went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation with thoughtful details that made the celebration so memorable. We were there for our honeymoon, and everything was perfect. The breathtaking views, the comfy rooms, the cleanliness, and the staff’s friendliness and expertise created an atmosphere of pure comfort. Every interaction reflected their dedication to making our experience extraordinary. They didn’t just meet our needs, they exceeded them, ensuring our time there was filled with joy and ease. We had an amazing stay at The Fortress Resort & Spa and couldn’t have asked for a better romantic escape. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and right on the ocean, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the spa treatments were absolutely wonderful. Everything about this resort is designed for couples who want to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. Highly recommended for a romantic and unforgettable stay.

From check-in to checkout, the staff were truly exceptional, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.Every staff member we encountered was charming, attentive, and helpful. They truly elevated the luxury feel to another level. Room-The suite was modern, spacious, and kept pristine by housekeeping. Dining: The food was outstanding; the breakfast buffet offered a brilliant mix of options, and the quality was excellent.I have stayed in luxury hotels globally, but the service at this property is truly unparalleled. Chef, Sahan I just wanted to personally thank you for an incredible lunch. That Dum Biryani was truly mouth-watering—perfectly cooked, aromatic, and easily one of the best I have ever had. You made our lunch unforgettable🤤 And also I want to specifically thank you for Mr Himal .His exceptional skill in Ayurvedic massage. Fantastic hotel could not fault it. Very big nice room, very nice breakfast and food, wonderful experience celebrating my birthday I came back to a decorated room and a baked cake. I booked 3 fantastic tour days through the hotel with Suvash and he was brilliant not only did he drive me to Yala, Kandy and Ella but he arranged lots of activities for me and he was very informative and very good English speaking. The car was very comfortable and spacious with air conditioning. Very happy and would recommend to everyone to book tours with Suvash. Almost all the staff in the hotel speak great English I had no trouble understanding and they all go above and beyond and are very nice people.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Druzell, and her lovely assistant Dilini, whose friendly demeanour made us feel right at home. As we celebrated my birthday during our visit, the hotel went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Upon entering our beautifully appointed room, we were delighted to find a stunning arrangement on the bed featuring a charming display with a delicious birthday cake, vibrant balloons, and a thoughtful small gift. This personal touch added a special magic to our day. Throughout our time at the hotel, the staff consistently impressed us with their cheerful smiles and attentive service. Each morning, they greeted us as if we were old friends, making each encounter feel warm and genuine. It was this level of hospitality that truly made us feel valued as guests. The views of the ocean from the hotel were breathtaking, with shimmering turquoise waters stretching into the horizon. The amenities offered were nothing short of luxurious. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, which seemed to merge seamlessly with the ocean beyond, and spent leisurely afternoons strolling the impeccably maintained grounds, which featured lush gardens and a quaint swing that provided a perfect spot to unwind while watching the waves crash against the shore. One of the standout moments of our stay was the buffet breakfast, which was a feast for the senses. A wide array of both local and international dishes awaited us each morning, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. The quality of the food was outstanding, and we savoured every bite while taking in the stunning views. Five nights at The Fortress Spa Hotel felt far too short; we could have easily stayed much longer and still found new ways to relax and enjoy our surroundings. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this luxurious hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka, and we are already looking forward to our next stay.
