I have visited Cinnamon Bey a few times, and I must say they've significantly improved their standards. The hospitality is excellent. I requested a king-size bed since I came with two kids, and they provided a triple bed instead, which was fantastic. Every time I made a request, they fulfilled it within minutes—truly remarkable. The food was great, with a wide variety at the buffet. Every staff member we encountered, including those at the front desk, greeted us with a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. I would give them 5 stars for providing such a great stay, and I will definitely come back. The only negative I noticed was that the wall tiles in the room seemed a bit old. A renovation would be great, but despite this, I still give them 5 stars for their outstanding service and hospitality.

The highlight for me was the large pool, perfect for a refreshing dip, along with a separate kids' pool which is great for families. The food was good with a variety of options, and the rooms were comfortable, though they are starting to show signs of age. However, everything was well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it's a great choice for both locals and foreigners looking for a peaceful beachside getaway.

Our stay at Cinnamon Bey Beruwala was exceptional! The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive and friendly, especially Nalaka from room service, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet vacation with our family, and the great view added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and excellent service.

Cinnamon Bey Beruwala is an amazing hotel located in front of an amazing beach. The best was the swimming pool, not one pool, 3 pools, 2 deep pools (1.5 depth) and one amazing baby pool. There was a kids play area, where there was a slide with a ball pit and different games with story books. The buffet was great with a variety of food. There was a big garden where we can walk freely. The beach was near and wasn't that deep. The reception staff gave us a great welcoming, others were quite ok. The only negative point was the room, I wish the wall tiles were repaired as they look old. The safe was broken and the TV too, but it's ok cause they told that they were repairing the TVs. Generally, it's a wonderful hotel with a nice view...
