We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Telfair. From start to finish it was absolutely perfect. Great room, amazing pools, wonderful variety of restaurants and great range of activities. The staff are second to none. Every single 1 of them courteous, kind, friendly and helpful. Our private concierge Priscilla was brilliant and also special shout outs to Michael who gave us a great family bike tour and Mokshada who helped arrange some activities prior to travel. We tried almost every restaurant and many of them had special shows to make for a truly remarkable experience. Will be back!

During our stay the staff was very welcoming and friendly special thanks to Hannah and Priscilla. The resort it self is beautiful, there are a lot of amenities and the kids had a lot of fun. (Extremely family friendly) They have prepared all the necessary items for our infant which was amazing ( bottle sterilizer, crib, high chair, bathtub and special baby towel ). There is a kids club where you can leave your kids for long period of times with a lot of activities and many nannies. On the other hand the service is not up to standards, the staff needs more training. Hotel should supply more beach towels since they run out in the middle of the day. The food was average and could be way better, I guess the hotel management should take this comment into consideration. But after trying C Beach Club, Ginja and Le Reserve these three restaurants are top notch.

Lovely hotel and resort. This is a colonial style hotel with lovely pools and a nice beach (although the beach is very shallow so not great for swimming). Staff are very welcoming. Our deluxe sea view room was superb. Dining options on half board are a bit limited - the buffet has many options but not as many as some other resorts we stayed in. Like many resorts you pay a lot for drinks and items not covered by half board so be prepared for that. The golf at heritage chateau and La reserva was great. One other thing to be aware of is that if you don’t like cats there are a few around the main restaurant which might be off putting for some people.

Le Telfair is my favourite hotel on the island and our weekend stay confirmed the sentiment. We were welcomed by friendly and familiar faces and our stay felt like home from home with the luxury of the hotel. Top compliments to Laurent, the sommelier, to the concierge team as a whole for making it so simple for us to find our bags and look after our car, and also to our good friend, Dominic, the GM! The food was excellent, we managed to have two rounds of golf and everything went super well! Many thanks to all!!

We stayed at Heritage Le Telfair for our honeymoon. Truely a 5 star resort and experience. There are so many places to eat, drink and swim throughout the resort and whole complex. The buffet breakfast was my favourite part, as-well as the spa and sauna location. Special thanks to Melvin for making our trip a memorable one.
