The staff really make this resort a pleasure to stay at.
They are all polite and friendly, aways smiling,
Had a small issue with a lock on the door. The manager came out straight away to get it fixed, even rang later to check we were OK.
Rooms are cleaned every day and stocked with fresh bottled water.
Grounds are well kept.
The food in the Mercado restaurant is great with a very wide range of choices, again the staff are brilliant even making special meals on request.

Food served in buffet and restaurant was excellent. The desserts, especially the one with pistachio was finger licking good... The 2 charming ducks stole the show and we're a real centre of attraction for both kids and adults...so cute
Recommendations
1. More prompt service at bar and few good quality snacks to be served with drinks
2. Aqua sports may be introduced in the pool
3. A coach in the fitness centre would be nice

One of the best experience I had. I went on Honeymoon trip to this Resort and it gave me lifetime memories to live with. There are 3 restaurants in this Resort. One of them serves buffet for Breakfast Lunch and dinner. Rooms are big and view from the room is amazing. The beach and pool is right is front of the room. 24x7 room service is available. There is lawn Tennis court, TT area, Gym, etc to pass your time.

We got a day pass here
we were extremely disappointed with this offer and hotel. The a la carte (only option) had nothing nice to eat. We had to wait at 12 to eat even if we were willing to pay extra. The service is the worse I’ve seen in a hotel. If we were happy to order something with supplement, they would first reply that it’s a supplement instead of giving us the information on what it is… made us feel like we couldn’t afford it…
Finally we had them cutting down a tree all day.
