Had an amazing stay. Very professional staff at the reception Mr Raj and the whole team including the bellboy, Mrs Jemmy from the bar and the restaurant team. Dinner buffet was great. The room was very nice and spacious. Will surely come again. Keep up the great job! The only negative point is that we couldn’t use the swimming pool on the day of arrival otherwise everything was perfect.

I was travelling with my 11 month baby for his first international trip. Its not just 1 thing but many aspects. 1 - I had mentioned for an early check in but they purposely made me wait inspite of having a platinum membership. And the front desk staff was extremely arrogant. 2 - While we waited there was no food on the property for me and my baby. They said the restaurant opens only by 12 and we have to wait for couple of hours. I informed them that we had a 14 hour journey still no proper response. Food is the most basic thing you expect. 3- There are no sufficient buggy on site to transport the guests. Again the staff was rude and kept avoiding and suggesting us to walk. 4 - Surprisingly there is a cap on the water you can consume. This is the first time a 5 star Hotel has asked us to pay when we asked water for baby's milk. 5 - There are not many veg options, though the chef has been very accommodative with all our requests. But completely avoid if your vegan/Vegetarian 6 - Basic Amenities like borrowing a scissor or a knife is chargeable. There is complimentary water sports and coffee but basic things like water and scissors are chargeable. I am truly not able to understand the logic. The property is beautiful and most staff are friendly. But these small lacking is leaving a bad experience. We were supposed to stay for 4 more days but shortened our trip.

The Resort sits on a huge property on the beach. The rooms and spacious and neat with access to the beach from the back. This resort has its own private beach. But the resort is too far away from the city and seems to be isolated, need to hire a cab or rent a car just to get something to eat. Absolutely nothing around the resort. The food in the restaurant is not the best I would rate it 2/5. Tried few of their Pizza and pasta, was not happy. Not all of their staff are welcoming. Some of them give very vague answers whenever you ask them for help. Not appreciated at all.

We came for 2 nights and the weather was very windy and even rained on the last day but we loved the hotel and the rooms and the food. The rooms are just really comfortable and spacious and relaxing. We have had a nice welcome and service from the staff all around. The food as well was really good with different choices in the buffet. All in all a wholesome experience. Not to mention the play area for kids. Our little one had fun on the slides and the sand pit.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND Beautiful location, but the service was unacceptable. From day one, requests were acknowledged and then completely ignored. The spa was fully booked for our entire stay with no prior notice or alternatives. For a five-star hotel, having only one restaurant on the property is honestly shocking and extremely limiting, especially given the remote location. Housekeeping was poor — dirty cups weren’t changed, coffee pods were never replenished, and towels were taken and not replaced. The hotel is clearly understaffed; with only two buggy drivers, the buggy almost never arrives. When we tried to complain, calls were hung up on. Most concerning, when I asked for sanitary pads, I was told to go buy them myself — despite the hotel being in a remote location. This is not the standard expected from a luxury or five-star hotel. I would not recommend staying here.
