Lovely rooms and lovely staff (mostly). Very misleading be on an all inclusive package as there is no food available after 2pm till 7:30. The only snacks available are peanuts. Also the bar doesn’t open until 11am. Got here in the morning on our first day and were told we weren’t allowed breakfast or lunch - we had to pay. Only dinner is included. Seems like we aren’t the only ones having trouble with the mini bar. We weren’t told it was chargeable and since we paid for all inclusive, we assumed it wasn’t and the drinks prices card is strategically placed right at the back of the cupboard in the dark. Some of our group said there wasn’t an even a card at all. Even the tea bags are chargeable. My partner went down to ask for toilet paper and the lady at the desk said ‘later, you need to sort out the bill’ whilst I’m sat on the toilet due to them serving us tap water out of bottled water. We know this because not only did it taste funny, but the bottles weren’t clicked on - meaning they had previously been opened. A lot of our group were then unwell right before our flight. Not to mention the numerous other things that went wrong which I will not mention on here. It’s a shame because all the waitstaff, bar staff etc are lovely and the resort itself is beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend.

Worst experience at this place.. we travelled across maritious and stayed at different resorts. But this resort is extremely over priced for what they offered.. 1. Staff is not well trained and falls way below the bar in hospitality standards. 2. When asked for gym they said it may be at opposite hotel but mostly closed. 3. Food is worst and only Alacarte is available with limited options. 4. Water activities are available but most of them are paid, even though package includes all the activities 5. Rooms are full of dust 6. Bathrooms doors got stuck and bathroom got mold. 7. They forgot to keep iron machine in room. 8. When asked for beach Towels at reception they don't have enough information and asked to check in our rooms. 9. They first gave us some random room at first floor where beach is covered by the bar... we found better sea views in all other resorts we booked.

The size of the room and the ocean view were amazing and that's why I probably booked the hotel. Food were yummy but there is limited choice. CONS: the room was quite dusty and under the bed was horrible, no tooth brush and tooth paste provided;and I was asked to go to the shop to buy same, entertainment was held at the partner hotel so you have to cross the road to go there, you have only one meal at the restaurant and if you ask for a supplement of the same plate , you have to pay for it even if it's all inclusive package, we were refused one supplement ice cream for my son and they say kitchen is closed. I had one guest who came to have lunch with us and he came 20 mins before checking-out and they called immediately to say rudely that they have camera and he should not access the room. I informed the staff the day before about having guests and he could have shared the rules. Not even a birthday wish from the staff and neither a small treat since I informed them the reason I booked for one night. They check- us in the room 1hour and 40 mins later as they couldn't find my reservation They made false promise about late check-out the next day; knowing they already had bookings. The overall service was poor not worth a 5 star hotel. Parking space is only for 3 cars and you have to again park at the neighbor hotel if fully book. No toilet on the ground floor I was disappointed and would not hotel recommend this hotel at all although the view was breath-taking! .

Everything was perfect for a day package, it was wonderful! 🤩 Except the food portion needs improvement; the grilled fish was too small for adults 😅 But overall, I had a wonderful time! #DayTrip #PackageDeal #Travel #Food #Fish #Vacation #Fun
