The service and food quality is below average. It is very crowded and you need to wait so long on very long queue to get the food. Otherwise, the swimming pool is very good and aqua park is excellent. Overall , don’t expect high quality service especially for food.

Worst experience and hotel ever. The food is inedible its not even bad its plastic like they forgot to cook it its disgustinng. The regulations are very insensible they will make you pay for breathing. My friend left her towel on the chair for 5 minutes, came back and it was gone. She told the staff but they told her they are not responsible for the behaviors of the people in the hotel!!! So basically if you get robbed by their staff or the guests, not their respinsibility. The door handle of the room was broken and the door wouldn't close. But the worst thing ever above all is the staff. They are beyond rude, they talk in a rude manner and don't reapond when you talk to them. All they care about is taking their money for nothing. Seriously run.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Although it appears incredibly beautiful on the Internet, it leaves much to be desired. 7-day stay, all included......no one wanted to offer you alcoholic drinks only if you paid . You don't have a second of peace. Everyone tries to sell you services at unimaginable prices. Total chaos and a lot of racism from everyone.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Hawaii Caesar Hotel: Poor Service and Subpar Accommodation I recently had the displeasure of staying at Hawaii Caesar Hotel, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find out that despite booking a triple room in advance, I had to wait a staggering four hours before getting my room. The check-in process was disorganized, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. When I finally got my room, it was not what I had reserved. Instead of a triple room, I was given a cramped double room. The room itself was outdated, with worn-out furniture and a musty smell that lingered throughout. The cleanliness was also questionable, with visible dust and grime in several areas. To make matters worse, the food served at the hotel's restaurant was far from satisfactory. The quality was poor, and the options were limited. It felt like a stark contrast to the enticing descriptions on their website. Overall, my experience at Hawaii Caesar Hotel was highly disappointing. From the extensive wait time for check-in to the subpar accommodation and food quality, it fell short of even basic expectations. I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment until they address these glaring issues.

I write this stood in the hotel lobby, as we had to check out at 12pm and theres nowhere to sit. Our wristbands have been cut off, and we don't get collected for another 8 hours. I booked this as our honeymoon and all I have done is apologise to my husband as it has been horrible. I made the mistake of not reading reviews properly before booking! Let me start with the very few positives - we had our luggage carried to our room. Our cleaner Mohammed, was absolutely wonderful, he created pretty decor with our towels every day which we loved and he also gave us herbal tea's to help when we got food poisoning from the hotel food and was so chatty, kind and polite!  The gentlemen in the little shop was also kind and helpful, as we bought a lot of bottled water from him. First inspection of our bungalow room with the pool - everything was falling apart, with ants roaming around in places. They have taken away the wooden panelling on the balcony,  so you don't have a private section to enjoy, and kids just run up and down all night and your chairs get pinched. The Walls were very thin, both neighbours always had tv on late at night, even all night sometimes.  Bed was comfy - Mini fridge and aircon was good. We felt very uncomfortable walking around this hotel as there wasn't many English. Thankfully, we found one pool where we felt welcomed which was the 'bikini only'. It felt sad that out of all the pools, we felt we were only welcome at one and even then, other cultures came out of their way to Stare and take photo's. The pools also  close at 17.30pm which i think is too early. We were constantly harassed at the pool by staff trying to sell us spa and beauty treatments which was just annoying and made us angry. We came to relax, not be harassed. Maybe once, ok, but a million times. Not ok!! Towards the end when we felt better, we did go on a boat trip but it wasn't great as the coral is all dead. So I don't reccomend. The beach isn't soft white sand, it's very hard and rocky, unless you walk out into the water anyway, which was beautiful, I must admit. The food was so bad that we got really poorly for most of the week. It is nothing like what's on the pictures. It's sloppy or cold, even in the separate restaurant for English and German where it was quiet due to the main restaurant being so kaotic, you couldn't get to the food and people were so rude and just pushed in with kids running everywhere. The fish tasted mouldy, The croissants were also more like bread than a pastry. Only positive was the eggs served at breakfast. Snack bar between 3 -4 was shocking. Again, in a really long queue to then only have a few chips and a bit of bread with the tiniest bit of horrible overcooked meat??? Inside. When getting food, it actually felt more like a prison than a holiday. A lovely man did go around advertising Chinese, Italian and seafood restaurants within the hotel, but they didn't look appetising nor what they should be. But I appreciated his efforts. We almost came home early because of the horrible food, however we stumbled across the restaurant/bar that is between the beach and 'bikini only' pool where a lovely man called Tarek, serves his own drink and food from his restaurant 'Angels' that is situated across and down the road from the hotel. He really looked after us, and his pizza and fries were so nice! He always ensured we had snacks by the pool and was so kind and polite. The hotel could learn a lot from this wonderful man who we paid for food rather than using our all inclusive. So on that, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING ALL INCLUSIVE! they don't even know how to make a cocktail, they just threw some 7up, whisky and a dash of red colourant into a plastic cup. Huge thankyou to Tarek and Muhammed. 🤍🙏🏻 I have heard this hotel is under new management and i think that is where it has all gone wrong as from the pictures before, when it looked stunning and wasnt over overcrowed.
