Having fab time at Jasmine Palace. All staff are extremely friendly and the place is spotless. Active Pool animation team are so lovely, they try to encourage people to take part in activities but absolutely no pressure and they just really just good fun. We spent most of our time at this pool, but plenty of other pools if you have small kids or the adults pools are lovely and very quiet. Food is very good, international cuisine and plenty to choose from. We paid for sea view room and it’s right on the beach with beautiful view, a short walk to main reception area and restaurants but we are happy with that’s as it’s what we asked for! We had a problem with our air conditioning when we arrived, they tried to fix it but couldn’t, so moved us rooms very quickly and sent us help to move our cases etc so no complaints from us!! We are already planning to come back for some winter sun!!

Had an amazing time at this all-inclusive resort in Egypt! The number of pools was incredible — something for every mood, from chill to lively. The food was consistently fresh and delicious with loads of variety. The animation team really brought the place to life. Special shoutout to Paris, who was full of energy and made every activity fun without ever being too much. Such a great vibe all week — can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time during our vacation at Jasmine Palace — everything was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we would have loved to experience more was the local cuisine. We were really hoping to find traditional dishes like koshary, but unfortunately, we didn’t come across them during our stay. It would have been a great touch to enjoy some authentic local flavors as part of the experience!

Didn’t know what to expect when visiting this hotel after seeing negative reviews, but the hotel is absolutely beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and more then helpful.. the food can get repetitive but expected at an all inclusive, there could be more choice for kids food but they won’t go hungry... the entertainment team work so hard I dont know where they get their energy from they are there from morning to night and always so happy, Paris was lovely and took the time to get to know my little which she loved. I would definitely stay here again.
