I ayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by how good it is. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the lobby gave a great first impression—clean, stylish, and inviting. The room was spacious, well-designed, and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities (from high-speed Wi-Fi to quality toiletries) made the stay even better. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like complimentary water, soft lighting, and soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night’s sleep.

Hotel is good value for money. The staff are attentive and the Animation team are a massive asset to the hotel, and managed by a beautiful Brazilian Queen with passion and energy enough for us all! 🫶🏽. All of them are lovely and make the holiday special 🫶🏽. Right on the beach, and has a wonderful Spa! The massages are very professional and I’d recommend them. The spa staff are lovely. A good all round experience at this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Family Holiday at Jasmin Palace Resort & Spa! We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Jasmin Palace Resort & Spa, and it was everything we hoped for and more! We travelled as a family with three children, and the resort was absolutely perfect for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and so helpful. The check-in was smooth, and we were made to feel at home straight away. Our room was spotless, spacious, and ideal for a family — cleaned daily to a very high standard. The food was excellent, with so many options that even our picky eaters were happy! The variety at the buffet and themed dinners kept every meal exciting, and the service was always friendly and attentive. The kids absolutely loved the pools and the water slides, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day thanks to the fantastic animation team — they really made the holiday special! We also enjoyed some quiet time at the beach, where the sea was crystal clear and great for snorkelling. The evening entertainment was brilliant, and there was something for everyone. We also treated ourselves to a visit to the spa, which was pure relaxation — highly recommended! Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and hard work. Jasmin Palace Resort & Spa is a place we’ll definitely be coming back to.

Firstly the hotel is absolutely huge. Absolutely stunning views. Gardens are beautiful, kept very well. Restaurants are lovely, food always hot. There are 5 alacarte restaurants, the Italian was our favourite. Drinks we're also really good. Hotel rooms are ok. Could be updated slightly but the cleaners do an amazing job, with all the decorative stuff on the bed. Staff around pools and on the beach are so attentive, we liked to tip but they didn't expect it which was nice. The star of the show was Siannon from the animation team. She is absolutely amazing, made us feel so welcome, always tried to get us involved , we made a lovely friend in her. Amazing memories made. Thank you Jasmine palace.

Excellent hotel, here now for our third time. Staff are amazing, rooms are big and have everything you would need. New restaurant is lovely too. Best bit is lying by the pool by day, drinks delivered to the lounger, animation always check everyone is ok, and get us joining in. Olympics is fantastic!
