I came on holiday for one week with my husband, we hardly have any complaints The only thing we had a problem with was the bar staff was a little moody sometimes. But let's talk more about the positives, the hotel is beautiful and gardens are so well kept. The entertainment team are absolutely amazing, Paris is so helpful and always happy to give advice with anything. Helped me find out you can call on messenger 🤣🤣 There is a show each night and all have been so good! We took a trip to the marina which was also lovely, definitely recommend.

I was surprised how beautiful this hotel is, it looks exactly like the photos, everyone here is very nice and helpful. they will explain everything to you and describe how it works here. the animation team here is amazing, they organize a lot of activities of different kinds, so there really is something for everyone. there are sports activities as well as various events and smaller festivals. every evening there is a show and you don't have to worry about children because there is a mini disco or children's corner for them too. the food here is also excellent and every evening dinner is based on the cuisine. the rooms were always clean and tidy. I can only recommend

I had a family holiday in this lovely resort. The gardens and grounds were absolutely beautiful and made a gorgeous setting. Our room was nice and big and recently refinished to a good standard. There were loads of staff and all were helpful. The main pool was larger than most on my previous holidays and nice and warm. It felt family friendly with a good mix of activities for all ages. The entertainment crew were great and friendly. The snorkelling from the pier on the beach was brilliant. There wasn’t much/anything to walk to from the hotel but this seemed typical for the area.

So this hotel is brilliant the service is second to none like all the staff are very friendly. I came here with my dad and he has been here previously (he says this is the best hotel he's ever experienced) I agree with him. The food is really good, there a few restaurants to choose from. The pool and the private beach are exquisite. I'll be coming back

Fantastic hotel. Came last year and wanted to come back again this year and it’s even better! Staff are always willing to go the extra mile and can’t do enough for you! There are many pools so you can choose the pool that suits you and your family, two of which are heated. Some pools are adults only and some are child friendly. The animation team are entertaining and always putting on entertainment for you and for the children but aren’t pushy if you don’t want to take part. Would highly recommend!
