The hotel its self is lovely, the staff are fantastic and very helpful. The food in the buffet restaurants have plenty of choice, we weren't a massive fan of the chinese restaurant, you will get approached a lot poolside to book camel rides, massages, boat trips etc but just ask for a red flag to put on your post and they won't bother you. You have to pay extra for the juice bar or fancy cocktails or nicer coffees which I didn't like as its a all inclusive resort. All in all its a great place with great staff especially the entertainment team

We spent 3 weeks at the jasmine palace and we have no complaints. Very spacious room, exceptionally clean throughout the whole resort. All the staff are helpful, Friendly and welcoming, a special thank you to Muhammad at the Arorau buffet restaurant he was amazing, and also yoseff, and Abdul at the wave bar. I am a very fussy, picky eater,but managed to enjoy some really good food. we will definitely be going back next year x

This was our second stay here after seven years, and once again it proved to be an excellent choice. Every single member of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, which truly made our stay special. The hotel is impeccably clean, with the garden being continuously and beautifully maintained. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. As a small suggestion, it might be worth placing an informational sign near the pier to warn snorkelers about potentially dangerous fish species (such as puffer fish, lionfish, etc.), as we noticed several guests trying to touch them and felt the need to warn them ourselves. Overall, everything was excellent once again, and we would happily return in the future.

The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The food was another highlight — a great variety of fresh and tasty options, with something for everyone. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, making every meal enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, including the pool and common areas, which were always clean and well organized. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy activities, the hotel offers a great balance. The staff were really nice and helped a lot. The rooms are amazing, just a lot are different than others. The location is right next to the beach, except its quite shallow water unless you walk down the pier to the diving point. Cold water on the slides, wouldn't go because I hate the cold but yall got your own opinions! Have fun here
