Amazing Stay in Egypt! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and were regularly serviced every day. One of the best parts was that we didn't experience any food poisoning, which can sometimes be a concern when traveling. While the food options weren't overly extensive, we certainly didn't go hungry and found something to enjoy at every meal. Another highlight was the cleanliness throughout the hotel, no insects or mosquito bites during our stay, which was a huge relief. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help, Overall, a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt!

Amazing 2nd family holiday here. Rooms are clean staff are very attentive. Food is good, the international a la carte was my favourite. Bar staff, housekeeping and reception staff are excellent. The best part of the hotel is the amazing animation team. My daughter is 4 and everyone in the team made it an amazing experience from kids club to kids mini disco. Adam is an amazing choreography his afro beats dancing is certainly very entertaining. Thanks to Angie and Erika for the mjni disco and kids club. A special thanks to Salsabeel who made extra effort especially with my 6 month old. I was shocked that she had only just joined yet was absolutely amazing. She always had a smile kn her face and played with both my kids. They loved her. If you are looking for a fun filled relaxing time come to royal Lagoons.

A special thank you must go to Karim at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth start to my vacation, His helpfulness was truly appreciated. The fantastic service continued throughout the resort. Nabil at the pool bar was always ready with a smile and a refreshing drink, adding to the relaxing poolside atmosphere. In the restaurants, the team of , Sameh, Emad, Sally, Hossam and Ayman on the other bar consistently went above and beyond. Their attentiveness, warm service, and professional demeanor made every meal a pleasure. A very special thanks also goes out to Rawan and Adam from the animation team! Their energy, enthusiasm, and engaging activities really added a fun and vibrant dimension to the holiday. They were fantastic at bringing guests together and creating a lively atmosphere. Beyond the outstanding staff, the resort itself provided a lovely setting for a relaxing break. The overall ambiance was welcoming, and it was evident that the team is dedicated to guest satisfaction. I am in this hotel for the second time. I was in March. I was delighted. I am here now and everything is great. but the bartender at the bar which is in the pool. all the time smokes cigarettes and sits on the phone. does not see that someone wants something to drink. even calling does not give any result. then he is offended. lack of culture.

beautiful hotel. very good food. everything 5 stars. one exception. the bartender at the pool who is in the water. smokes cigarettes, listens to his music. we are sitting in the pool at the bar. he does not see us. why does the hotel ruin the vacation by hiring such a person?
