Rooms are very spacious, well maintained, always clean , excellent room service Restaurant is huge , fits all the guests at all times and not feeling jammed at all . Staff are very helpful . Food quality and variety is great but taste is satisfactory . Snacks available in the Italian and Mexican restaurants and you should go for them . Pool is clean , enormous, not heated . Sea is slightly rocky with a place for snorkeling and googles are there to hire WiFi connectivity is great everywhere but the speed is so limited , suitable for browsing but not streaming. Animation team are not active but a kids club and kids area are available If you are a football fan , matches are being displayed in mermaid bar

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, with great facilities and attention to detail in every corner. The food options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes. The pool and beach areas were spotless and perfect for unwinding. Overall, everything was truly outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is great, the swimming area is fantastic, and the daily attractions were really appreciated and made each day more fun. A huge thank you to Khaled and his amazing team for making our holiday unforgettable: from the first day, Khaled in the white t-shirt was always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, supporting us around the hotel, answering our questions about Egypt, and taking care of us at the beach and by the swimming pool. Outside of the hotel, there is an incredible molo leading straight to the reef, which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and we would happily come back again.

We just got back from a week at Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh, and it was absolutely fantastic! We had such a great time, and honestly, everything was just super. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping, was always smiling and ready to help. They really made us feel special. Our room was perfect. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a great view. The bed was really comfortable, and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. The hotel facilities were also top-notch. We loved the pool area and the beautiful private beach. It was the perfect place to relax. The food was another huge highlight – there was so much variety at the buffet, and everything we tried was delicious and fresh. Overall, we had an amazing and super fun vacation. The whole vibe of the hotel was just positive and relaxing. We would 100% recommend Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. We can't wait to come back
