The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A Special thanks goes to Mr. Saif in the reception who was always smiling and ready to help us a lot. I was really impressed with his commitment and dedication. ❤️ The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and loved the convenient location. We had an amazing time at the hotel! The pool area was fantastic. Can't wait to come back again ❤️

Perfect place for the vacation and fun atmosphere in the hotel thanks to the animation team. Great service and beautiful sea. Variety of food in the restaurant near the beach and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. Overall a very positive experience would definitely recommend!

The pool areas are awesome! There are multiple pools, even one that's just designed for adults only. I'm not over exaggerating when I say I've never been in a cleaner hotel on my previous vacations. You're always getting the support and attention from the employees to reassure a good environment and a good time. The same points count for the beach/sea: it's designed to easily reach restaurants, bars, shops and activity areas (like wind surfing, camel riding and more). The food options differ from restaurant to restaurant but none of them are a disappointment as I feared at the beginning - each restaurant offers a huge variety of different foods around the world, freshly cooked in front of you.

The service is great, the food is good and you get a good choice of different styles. The beach is nice and the animation team offers a variety of activities as well as a dancing show in the evenings. The pool has a bar and you always get quick drinks, also the coffee bar is great. The room is nice and the service for fresh towels is amazing. And I want to thank the reception, especially for their assistance and for their permanent smile.

it was a vacation to remember. The staff were super friendly and were cracking jokes all day. Totally against our expectations as you hear a lot online about the unfriendliness and dangers in Egypt. The food was something different every day in the 10 days we were here. Entertainment every day to include darts and aquagym. Every night there was something to do at the other resort where you get super easy by using the free shuttle, think; a fire show, kids show, dance shows, music, terraces, etc. During the day you can take a van to the beach where you can use the hotel's beach chairs and have free food in the afternoon. The rooms were clean and are cleaned every day. In particular I would like to thank Mohamed Salah, the security supervisor. I approached him to play pool with me once and we have been best friends ever since. His loyalty and warm heart will definitely be missed.
