Hilton Hurghada Plaza has all the essentials and more for a resort experience. There are three main dining experiences to choose from, a bar with billard tables, adults only, children's and mixed population pool. There are daily resort style activities, ATMs with Foreign Exchange capabilities and a super helpful concierge service. The check in experience was seamless, and the rooms were clean and neat. Daily turn down service was fantastic. My only complaint on the ocean view rooms was the corner showers. The water pressure is amazing, but the water leaks out of the shower onto the floor and the pressure is also running onto the drywall ceiling. This happened in two rooms so it wasn't an isolated problem. This didn't really impact our stay or experience, just something to be mindful of so you don't slip or leave items on the floor. The dining was decent, the Turkish restaurant in particular was great. Room service was fantastic. The location is secluded and safe as well with a friendly staff around every corner!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience was absolutely 5-star from start to finish, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible team working across the whole resort. The animation team were outstanding – full of energy, friendly, and always making sure everyone felt included. The daily activities and evening shows were so well organised and genuinely fun, creating such a great atmosphere for all ages. The bar team deserve special praise. Drinks were always served quickly, beautifully presented, and with a smile. Every bartender was professional, attentive, and happy to recommend cocktails or customise drinks to suit our taste. The restaurant staff were equally amazing. Service was smooth, efficient, and always warm. The team were attentive without being intrusive, remembered preferences, and went out of their way to make every meal enjoyable. The food quality and presentation were excellent throughout our stay. Overall, the entire staff were exceptional – polite, hardworking, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. Their dedication and positive attitude made our holiday unforgettable. A genuine 5-star experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The hotel has been very accommodating and hospitable. There is a range of activities and things to do from evening shows to the animation team who are motivating and engaging for guests to feel included and have fun. I enjoyed their Zumba class by the beach as well as stretching morning sessions. The food has been lovely and all the staff have been very nice. I would highly recommend a stay here especially all inclusive. The whole hotel area and grounds are kept clean and tidy. Any issues, staff are prompt. We were really looked after by Ahmed Sabah who was really attentive and kind, ensuring we always had an enjoyable dining experience!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is ideal, and the view from the room is absolutely incredible, truly enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast was very good, varied, and enjoyable each morning, making it a great way to start the day in a pleasant setting. As for areas for improvement, some of the shower and WC facilities could benefit from a refresh. In certain places, there is visible rust and occasionally some drainage odors. This slightly contrasts with the expected standard, although these points remain minor compared to the overall quality of the stay. What truly makes the difference in this hotel is the team and their remarkable professionalism. A special thank you to Rawan Gasser at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent command of her role. It is truly refreshing to see a woman in a position of responsibility, managing it with such confidence, elegance, and efficiency. Thank you as well to Hossam Hassan at the front desk for his warm welcome, availability, and consistent professionalism. At the restaurant, Ahmed Abd El Fattah deserves special mention for his kindness, attentiveness, and the quality of his service, which made every visit even more enjoyable. A sincere thank you also to Ali Ahmed, whose meticulous and dedicated work ensured that the rooms were always clean, well-maintained, and immaculate throughout our stay. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and highly professional, to the point that the small shortcomings mentioned above are quickly forgotten. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with everything conveniently located under one roof. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, especially compared to the general experience outside the hotel. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The entertainment team was outstanding, keeping guests engaged throughout the day and into the evening. Every night at 9 pm there was something special for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. If you’d like it to sound more formal, more enthusiastic, or shorter, just tell me and I’ll adjust it.
