We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and one of the absolute highlights was the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and truly made the experience unforgettable. From daytime activities to evening shows, they created a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. Their enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out and brought so much life to the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall hotel facilities were excellent. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and the animation team deserves special recognition for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival and experienced exceptional service throughout our stay. Mahmoud was especially attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed, and Azazy was fantastic as well. Muhammed, the night manager, handled an issue we had (not related to the hotel) quickly and professionally. The hotel is also in a great, convenient location near the town centre and tour spots. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return!

January 2006 My wife Sylviane and I stayed 13 nights at the Hilton Plaza Hurghada. It was a most pleasant and relaxing stay. We had chalet 909, located on the ground floor, facing the garden and the sea. It was very quiet, with perfectly manicured lawns and flowerbeds. Our room was kept impeccably clean, serviced daily, with thoughtful touches from Afiti Mahmoud, whose kindness and competence we greatly appreciated. In fact, all the garden and beach maintenance staff, with their friendly greetings and kind words every time we met, pleasantly surprised us. In short, an unforgettable stay. A special mention goes to the Turkish restaurant opposite our chalet and the sea: the atmosphere and food were outstanding.

The stay has been lovely. We did half board and the dinner buffets are amazing, they are themed and have sooo much variety. Amazing! The location is stunning and the sea is beautiful. We were upgraded to a balcony room for free too. The hotel puts on many shows and activities throughout the day thanks to the animation team, everyone is very energetic and make the stay enjoyable. Oumou especially was very friendly and pleasant and tried to get us all involved.

Our stay at the Hilton Hurghada Plaza was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful views over the Red Sea, spotless rooms, and a relaxed but luxurious atmosphere throughout. The food was excellent with plenty of choice every day, and the staff across the resort were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special mention has to go to Barkat Obama at the pool bar. He was genuinely one of the highlights of the entire trip. His energy, friendliness, and attention to detail were on another level. He remembered our drinks, checked in on us throughout the day, and somehow managed to make every interaction feel personal and special. It honestly felt like he was running the whole pool area single-handedly with a smile on his face the entire time. People like Barkat are what turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. Overall, an amazing holiday and we would 100% return. Huge thanks to the entire team, and especially to Barkat for making our stay so memorable.
