All in all, the hotel rooms were clean, and generally acceptable, but to be honest, this is one of the worst Hilton's I have stayed at.
Firstly, the receptionist could barely speak any English regardless of this area predominantly being a tourist area. Even the local restaurant down the street, family fish (which was amazing by the way) could speak much better English. The restaurant had better service too.
Secondly, this is the first ever hotel I have stayed at, where the hotels don't have curtains that close all the way. Sun rises bloody early in this country and I wanted to wake up slightly later that day, but nope, mother nature calls and the non existent curtains did nothing.
Thirdly, sorry but which Hilton that is rated 5 stars, gives you 1-ply toilet roll? I just stayed at Hilton Luxor prior to this, and they had 3ply, and overall service was infinitely better than the Hurghada Hilton.
Lastly, who the heck places bag tags that are so sharp? Feels like it has been sharpened. I barely scraped my hand on the tag, to pick up my luggage, and instant paper cut.
Out of the many Hilton's I've stayed at, this is really a disgrace. This really is a let down for the Hilton brand.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from every day. The animation team was fantastic, they made the entire experience so lively and fun with their energy and activities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back in the future!

The hotel is of a high standard, the staff are very courteous and friendly Rooms are spacious and clean. The food is very good and plentiful always freshly cooked and loads to choose from. The alinclusive package is well worth it. Entertainment is basic but good animation team try their best. A great hotel for couples and families and well situated to the beach. Overall we would return.

We have nothing more to say than an excellent experience. They welcomed us pleasantly and told us where everything was in the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The view is beautiful. The food is phenomenal. And the staff is the best part of the hotel. Everyone is pleasant, smiling and above all helpful. It was so wonderful to spend these 12 days here that we are already planning a new arrival next year. Thank you Hilton Hurghada Plaza and thank you to the staff for making the experience even better.

Best hotel ever. Entertainment is fun and the view of the sea is beautiful. The beds are lovely and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Definitely come back here because the whole stay was a huge success. Never been on holiday before and I have had the best vacation ever.
