We are staying at Hilton Plaza with our two kids and absolutely loving it! The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The food is great – lots of choices and everything fresh. The beach is perfect for children, with shallow, calm water. What we enjoy the most are the animation activities – the team is so energetic and friendly! Our kids are having a blast at the mini club, and we’ve been joining aqua gym and evening shows. You can feel that everyone here is doing their best to make your vacation special. Highly recommended for families!

I stayed at Hilton Plaza Hurghada with my mom and it was such a lovely experience. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the view from our room was just amazing — we could see the sea every morning! The location is great too, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. What really stood out for us was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone was helpful and always smiling. The animation team was also great — they made the atmosphere fun without being too much. I want to say a big thank you to Dima in particular. She was so kind and made a real effort to include everyone and bring positive energy to all the activities. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable the whole time. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very clean, and the location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, and everything works perfectly. However, the food options could be improved. While the food isn't bad, there isn't a lot of variety. Despite this, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. I want to especially thank Mr. Mahmoud, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding service, and Mrs. Alaa duty Manager for her assistance. Although I can't give a perfect score due to the food, I still rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. It truly deserves a high rating for its service and hospitality.

Really lovely hotel enjoyed everything about this. The food is delicious there is a variety everyday and something for the kids too. The animation team are very good. Love the shows throughout the day and the evening. Would recommend this to those with families. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
