The hotel is beautiful and very spacious, with everything conveniently located under one roof. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, especially compared to the general experience outside the hotel. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The entertainment team was outstanding, keeping guests engaged throughout the day and into the evening. Every night at 9 pm there was something special for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. If you’d like it to sound more formal, more enthusiastic, or shorter, just tell me and I’ll adjust it.

The hotel has been very accommodating and hospitable. There is a range of activities and things to do from evening shows to the animation team who are motivating and engaging for guests to feel included and have fun. I enjoyed their Zumba class by the beach as well as stretching morning sessions. The food has been lovely and all the staff have been very nice. I would highly recommend a stay here especially all inclusive. The whole hotel area and grounds are kept clean and tidy. Any issues, staff are prompt. We were really looked after by Ahmed Sabah who was really attentive and kind, ensuring we always had an enjoyable dining experience!

The stay has been lovely. We did half board and the dinner buffets are amazing, they are themed and have sooo much variety. Amazing! The location is stunning and the sea is beautiful. We were upgraded to a balcony room for free too. The hotel puts on many shows and activities throughout the day thanks to the animation team, everyone is very energetic and make the stay enjoyable. Oumou especially was very friendly and pleasant and tried to get us all involved.

Wonderful property located directly on the water. Multiple pools, multiple bars, h multiple restaurants and numerous neighboring activities. The staff was so friendly and kind. The buffet style meals for breakfast and lunch have a huge variety so there's something for everyone. Large fresh Cheese station, numerous salads, an omelet station for breakfast and a fresh pasta station for dinner. Pizza made fresh at lunch and fresh pita and naan made for breakfast. Can't say enough good things about this place including the giant room they upgraded us to. Will absolutely be back on my next trip from the USA.

I would like to share how impressed I was with the overall experience during my stay at the Hilton Plaza. The service in general was excellent — the food was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. The hotel also has a beautiful private beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. I was especially impressed with the service from Mahmoud Nagdy. Even though he doesn’t drink himself, his professionalism and friendliness really stood out. He served our drinks quickly and accurately, always with a polite attitude and a genuine smile. What I appreciated most was how attentive he was — checking in on us at just the right times, making sure we had everything we needed, and keeping the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable. Overall, the Hilton Plaza exceeded my expectations in every way. The excellent service, great food, friendly staff, and relaxing environment made it a wonderful experience.
