The location is no more than 10 minutes from the airport which was perfect for us. Everyone who we have spoken to has been polite and friendly. Special thanks to Sofia from guest relations. We met her on arrival and asked for her to book our A La Cart resturants for the week. Which was beyond appreciated. We have managed tried pretty all of the resturants apart from the Italian this was due to personal choice and Mangel which was closed due to the time of year. They've all been very good. The rooms are clean and spacious. We always have a brilliant time at Rixos's they are alway premium.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are very friendly, especially Sohila and Eman at the Rixy Kids Area. The lifeguards at the main swimming pool and on the beach are also very professional and helpful. By the way, I stayed in Building 40, and I would like to highlight that the housekeeping staff were amazing, professional, and very attentive. I would also like to thank the staff at the Turquoise Restaurant for their kind and excellent service especially Mr. Yasser taha. Also a special thanks for the reception for finding my lost phone. However, the staff at the main swimming pool bar were not as friendly as the others. I was really looking forward to trying the à la carte restaurants, but unfortunately I faced technical issues when trying to book through the QR code, as the system kept freezing. By the time I tried again, the restaurant I wanted (Salt) was already fully booked. I also have an important note: some of the toys, kids’ cars, and the air hockey games in the Rixy Kids Area really need maintenance.

We spent 7 days here with our whole family — and we were absolutely delighted! We would especially like to highlight the local gastronomy: the restaurants truly impressed us with their taste and variety. A special shout‑out to the Brazilian restaurant! It has an amazing atmosphere, and the staff welcomes guests with genuine kindness and attention. We’d like to express special gratitude to the chef — his skill is truly impressive! During our stay, we had a minor disagreement, but the staff responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. At the Brazilian restaurant, we were treated to a truly royal feast! The meat was incredibly fresh, with impeccable taste and perfect cooking. And the desserts provided a delightful finale to every meal — they were tender, aromatic, and just the right amount of sweet. We would love to come back here again!

Honestly, everything about Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas impressed me. The food across the whole hotel is absolutely amazing — everything is fresh, full of flavor, and made with real quality. The service everywhere is very polite and warm, and I especially noticed how genuinely kind the staff are with children. They are patient, attentive, always ready to help, and very understanding when kids get tired or moody — that really stood out to me. The restaurants Salt and Mykonos deserve a special mention. The food there is on another level — beautifully prepared, incredibly tasty, and consistently high quality. Every visit felt like a real dining experience, not just a hotel restaurant. Honestly, the level of cuisine is so high that they truly deserve a Michelin star. If I had to choose a hotel in Hurghada again, I wouldn’t even hesitate — I would come back here. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. No matter how much it costs, it is worth every penny and gives so much back through its service, food, comfort, and overall atmosphere. The rooms are very spacious, stylish, and comfortable. Housekeeping is done every day, the mattress is extremely comfortable, and they also provided a separate bed for my child, which was very cozy as well — my child slept happily every night. The resort itself is huge, and one thing I really appreciated is the shuttle buses inside the hotel that take you around the territory. It’s very convenient and shows how much the hotel truly cares about its guests. I really don’t want to leave. Today is my last day here, but I know for sure — I will definitely come back again next season.

We had a Turkish breakfast at the Mykonos restaurant at Rixos Premium, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even though we did not have a reservation, the team still welcomed us and accommodated us without hesitation, which immediately set the tone for the fantastic service we received. The breakfast itself was excellent. The food was fresh, plentiful, and full of flavor, with a wonderful variety that truly showcased a traditional Turkish breakfast. Everything was beautifully prepared and served with great care. A highlight of the experience was the chef personally coming over to speak with us, which added a thoughtful and personal touch. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Overall, everything was perfect, from the service to the food to the atmosphere. A true five star experience that we would highly recommend.
