The hotel îs veri good. The easter party was very nice with the bunnies. Adults and kids enjoyed a lot. The recreation te-am in the beach are taking a good care of uș. Everybody is helpful and the main restaurant is just perfect with the variety of food and the good taste of dishes. The reception team and guest relations are very attentive to details. Nour from Guest relations reached us on beach to make sure se are good

The Easter party was extremely well organized, full of surprises and a lot of fun for me and my family. I have 3 kids (ages 7, 11, and 18), and they each found their place, doing activities and having fun. The food is absolutely amazing. The accommodation at the pool makes you feel like a princess, even if you are with 3 kids. The people are extremely present all the time to help you, and at Rixos Hotel you never have problems – you only have solutions. We had a fantastic family stay at Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—everyone was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile(especially with the kids). We really enjoyed the variety and quality of the delicious food—every meal was a treat with so many options to choose from(all fresh ingredients). The pools were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for both adults and kids to enjoy throughout the day. Our suite was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of fun. A special thanks to the amazing team at the Rixy Kids Club—our children had such a great time there and couldn’t wait to go back each day. Thank you to all the staff for making our family holiday so memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Team animation are absolutely brilliant in this hotel. The kids ages between 4-9 had the best time , and so did we (adults). Entertainment was available throughout the day and night for both kids and adults. Rooms were really clean and spacious. Noha and Osama made sure all guests were enjoying their time and really made our trip extra special!

We had a wonderful experience at Brazilian restaurant! The atmosphere was great and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially want to mention a staff member, Ahmed Gad, who went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were so kind, attentive, and genuinely lovely—it really made our meal that much more enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!
