Suites are spacious and well maintained, cleaned daily. Lotus pool is lovely and quiet. We spent every day here. Our beds were ready for us daily, they even looked after our inflatables overnight and left them out ready each morning with our beds. There are 9 of us so this meant no sunbed wars and we always had beds. We were brought our first round of drinks by 11am without any hassel and without having to ask. We were given ice towels daily which were a god send. They also came around daily to clean our sunglasses with proper glass cleaner. We tried all 8 al a carte restaurants. Food is nice. Quite samey across them all (bbq meat / kebabs / souvlaki etc - chicken, beef, lamb, fish). Buffet restaurant also nice with lots of variety. Weather has been perfect and sunny.

An Unforgettable Family Paradise – Highly Recommended! We cannot recommend the Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas in Hurghada highly enough! Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but this hotel made our family vacation absolutely perfect. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom pool villa that exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and provided the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Having our own private pool was a dream come true for the kids and gave us that extra touch of privacy we were hoping for. For the mediation of this suite a special thanks to Nisreen Raafat. She provided exceptional guest relations, anticipating every need with remarkable attention and care. She was consistently friendly, genuinely honest, and warmly personal throughout our stay. Her dedication made our experience truly outstanding. The culinary experience at this resort truly deserves special praise. The variety of specialty restaurants is outstanding – every evening felt like a new gastronomic adventure. From international cuisine to local Egyptian specialties, every meal was exceptional. The quality and presentation of the food consistently impressed us throughout our stay. I must give special recognition to two outstanding team members who made our experience even more memorable: Ahmed Awad, our attentive waiter, and Ali Guma, the talented barista. Both went above and beyond with their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication. Ahmed’s warm service and attention to detail made every meal special, while Ali’s coffee creations were nothing short of fantastic – we found ourselves visiting the coffee bar multiple times a day! Their genuine hospitality truly exemplified the excellent service we received from all staff members throughout the resort. The resort offers an incredible variety of activities that cater to all ages and interests. The daily changing entertainment program kept things fresh and exciting – from elegant jazz evenings to fun foam parties, football, tennis, fitness facilities and an kids club. For those seeking additional adventures, the hotel offers boat trips, snorkeling, diving, and even horseback riding on the beach (at extra cost). Despite all these activities, we never felt crowded or overwhelmed. The resort is beautifully designed to ensure guests enjoy both entertainment and tranquility. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the relaxed atmosphere around the pool and beach areas – no stressful competition for sunbeds! The private hotel beach is just a short, pleasant walk away, and for longer distances, convenient shuttle buses run at regular intervals, making it easy to explore the entire resort without any hassle. Rixos Premium Magawish truly leaves no wish unfulfilled. Whether you’re looking for family fun, romantic relaxation, culinary excellence, or adventure, this resort delivers on every front. We left feeling completely satisfied and rejuvenated. Thank you to the entire team at Rixos Premium Magawish for creating such unforgettable memories for our family. The service at the lobby was outstanding - everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and we felt genuinely welcomed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant and well-maintained facilities that create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mangal , and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegant and cozy — ideal for both a casual meal or a special occasion. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You could tell that each ingredient was fresh and thoughtfully chosen. I especially loved the [signature dish], which was perfectly cooked and seasoned — truly memorable. Even the sides and sauces showed real attention to detail. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring that everything arrived just right. Overall,Mangal delivers on every front: delicious food, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — the staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of our room — everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We have never met a housekeeping person as wonderful, kind, and dedicated as Mohamed Gamal- REALLY! He took care of our room (Villa 10007) every single day with such attention to detail and genuine kindness. I’m writing this from the bottom of my heart — he truly made our stay special. We also want to thank Mr. Mustafa (I unfortunately don’t remember his last name) who was always very friendly and took great care of our safety at the pool and made sure we always had fresh towels. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!
