We just came back from Rixos Premium Magash and were absolutely delighted with our stay! From beginning — starting with check-in and welcoming — we were warmly welcomed and felt truly valued as guests. Special thanks to Guest Relations team. Ladies were always helpful, attentive, and fulfilled all ours requests with smile. I really appreciate their outstanding service and professionalism! Room cleaning was excellent, hotel area are beautifully maintained, and beach is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Drinks at the bars were with a great variety and high quality. Our vacation was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for true comfort, great service, and luxury stay.

I can say that this is the best Rixos among all the ones we've visited. Rixos staff is very welcoming and friendly, and quality of service is excellent. Reception team and guest relations team are most attentive and responsive. A big appreciation to guest relations team for their help , send of humor, smiles and care of all guests. I highly recommend this hotel as a luxury hotel in Hurghada! Here, you will find care, attention and the service.

The hotel is very luxurious, and both the room service and the general hospitality are very pleasant. The service is especially outstanding at the beach. Hescham is the top staff member here — he recognized us on just the second day, immediately knew what we liked to drink, and took incredibly good care of us! Truly fantastic service
