We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Magawish Suites & Villas. The entire resort offers outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The sea is absolutely stunning, crystal clear and perfect for enjoying peaceful moments by the shore. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, and it was simply perfect. It was very comfortable, especially with children, offering both privacy and space to relax. It was also more sheltered on windy days, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every morning at breakfast, we were assisted by Rezzak and Azza, and we couldn’t have been happier with their service. They were always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind, making our Turkish breakfast even more enjoyable. Both of them showed the same level of professionalism and warmth, always making sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for the excellent service and for making our experience so memorable.

Amazing hotel with such a friendly team. During our stay hotel was completely full, but reception did everything possible to accommodate us comfortably and consider all our wishes — we’re truly so grateful for that. I also want to highlight amazing work of Guests relations team and their care and support with organizing ala carte restaurant bookings. They provided all information we needed and helped with every request and question we had. Concierge team are very friendly and caring guys, always ready to help. Staff at bars and on beach are incredibly warm, smiling and attentive. We truly felt at home and can’t wait for our next visit ❤️

We had a wonderful evening at the Italian Restaurant at the Rixos Premium Hotel in Hurghada, and a big part of that experience was thanks to our amazing waiter, Mobark Khalefa. From the moment we arrived, Mobark made us feel genuinely welcome. His service was professional, warm, and perfectly attentive without ever being intrusive. He explained the menu with great knowledge, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure every detail of our dining experience was flawless. The food was delicious, authentic, and beautifully presented, but what truly elevated the evening was Mobark’s positive attitude, friendliness, and clear passion for his work. He has a natural talent for hospitality and made us feel like special guests throughout the entire meal. Thank you, Mobark Khalefa, for your outstanding service and for making our dinner so memorable. You are a real credit to the Italian Restaurant and to the Rixos Premium Hurghada. I carefully chose this hotel and was right: an attentive welcome at reception, spacious rooms, a well-organized beach with attentive service, a beautiful coastline and crystal-clear water, more than enough restaurants and decent cuisine, all the staff are very responsive, even the electric car drivers interact warmly with guests and it's clear they enjoy their work! This is my third visit, and I want to highlight the amazing atmosphere, the superb cuisine, and the service, which makes any stay at the hotel unforgettable! A big thank you to the people who do their job so well, from the excellent restaurant chef Muhammad Ali to manager Tamer Ahmed and waiters Ahmed Arisha, as well as the hotel management, who are so talented at organizing a relaxing holiday!

We had our vacation at Rixos Premium Magawish and were left with the most wonderful impressions. We have never experienced such friendly and welcoming staff in any other hotel before. Reception was always doing their best to assist us with all our room preferences. Initially, the room we were given was not very suitable for us in terms of location, but after we spoke to reception, they did everything possible to find a room that matched our request. After two days, we were moved to room we had hoped for. Guest Relations team was always attentive to our wishes. Ladies made every effort to ensure we were happy and that everything in our room was perfect. Special thanks to Natalia and Alisa for their care. We are already looking forward to meeting you again and are now planning for next vacation in July.
