We spent the Christmas holiday season at Rixos Magawish, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our holiday unforgettable. The food was absolutely outstanding , a fantastic variety, excellent quality, and something delicious for every taste at every meal. The resort installations are beautiful, modern, and impeccably maintained, offering the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and relaxation. What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff. Everywhere we went, we were welcomed with genuine smiles, warmth, and kindness. The level of service and attention to detail was remarkable and made us feel cared for at all times. A very special thank you to the amazing girls at the Kids Club, they do a fantastic job and clearly love what they do. Their energy, care, and enthusiasm made our children incredibly happy and allowed us to fully relax. We would also like to express our deep appreciation to Mahmoud, who was responsible for cleaning floor 3 in building 42, especially our room 42316. He did an exceptional job every single day, always ensuring our room was spotless and perfectly prepared. Mahmoud is truly a professional and a wonderful person — thank you for your dedication.

We stayed at Rixos Resort for two nights, and overall everything was amazing. The orientation and welcome were excellent, and they made our honeymoon extra special with the lovely touches they prepared for us. One important thing to note is that their restaurants need to be reserved in advance. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this when we booked, and none of the restaurants were available during our two-night stay. However, the staff were very helpful and managed to arrange a table for us at the Greek restaurant, although it was not really to our taste we wanted to try lalezer. We really enjoyed our private pool, the water was warm and very relaxing. The beach was beautiful, with very soft sand and no rocks at all. The drinks were great, especially the piña colada, and the burgers at the street food were also very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely come back ❤️.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the beginning of the year and a truly fabulous time overall. Everything—from the accommodation to the service and atmosphere—exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to the wonderful ladies at the kids club, who took such great care of our daughter. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made a real difference and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Mahmoud, who was responsible for cleaning our home (Room 42315). His work was impeccable and truly top-notch—consistently thorough, attentive to detail, and of the highest standard. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next stay.

Fabulous week. Location and weather was great for those who like sunbathing temperatures during the day and cool at night. We stayed 15-22nd December. Mykonos restaurant was the best! Omar Mohamed was in charge of our table and was first class and very attentive to our requests often off menu. We tried all the restaurants and while some are better than others we enjoyed the variety. You can only use book each restaurant once in a week. There are 6 plus the main restaurants. Overall the service from staff impressed us most and though our kids were teens we heard the Kid Club was very good. It was nice to see they have a Paddle court and 2 tennis courts. These are free to book and the hotel provides equipment, balls etc. after 5pm there is a charge of $20 per hour for the flood lights.

We had a Turkish breakfast at the Mykonos restaurant at Rixos Premium, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even though we did not have a reservation, the team still welcomed us and accommodated us without hesitation, which immediately set the tone for the fantastic service we received. The breakfast itself was excellent. The food was fresh, plentiful, and full of flavor, with a wonderful variety that truly showcased a traditional Turkish breakfast. Everything was beautifully prepared and served with great care. A highlight of the experience was the chef personally coming over to speak with us, which added a thoughtful and personal touch. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Overall, everything was perfect, from the service to the food to the atmosphere. A true five star experience that we would highly recommend.
