I had one of the best vacations ever at this resort. From the moment I arrived, the reception team gave me such a warm welcome — they were professional, friendly, and made the check-in process quick and easy. It really set the tone for a wonderful stay. Throughout my visit, every staff member I met was smiling, helpful, and always ready to assist. The beach is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to relax. The food was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious options every day. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable — I loved waking up to such a peaceful view each morning. The entertainment team kept the atmosphere lively without ever being intrusive, and the whole resort felt full of positive energy. Rixos Premium Magawish truly exceeded my expectations. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mangal , and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegant and cozy — ideal for both a casual meal or a special occasion. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You could tell that each ingredient was fresh and thoughtfully chosen. I especially loved the [signature dish], which was perfectly cooked and seasoned — truly memorable. Even the sides and sauces showed real attention to detail. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring that everything arrived just right. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — the staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of our room — everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We have never met a housekeeping person as wonderful, kind, and dedicated as Mohamed Gamal- REALLY! He took care of our room (Villa 10007) every single day with such attention to detail and genuine kindness. I’m writing this from the bottom of my heart — he truly made our stay special. We also want to thank Mr. Mustafa (I unfortunately don’t remember his last name) who was always very friendly and took great care of our safety at the pool and made sure we always had fresh towels. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Lalezar, the Turkish restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant and the food was full of authentic flavors. What really made our evening special was our waiter, Tamer Talaat, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout the entire meal. Thanks to him, the whole experience was even more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the restaurant and especially the service provided by Tamer! It was very nice to have pool activities and more every day!! The personal was amazing and very friendly. Totally recomand!
