We stayed at Rixos Resort, and the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. Our pool room was stunning — steps away from the water, super clean, and perfectly designed for relaxation. He was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead of our needs. From organizing activities to checking in on us regularly, his service was outstanding and made us feel genuinely cared for. 🍽️ Incredible All-Inclusive Food The food was a highlight! The all-inclusive options were impressive — delicious, beautifully presented, and offered in so many varieties. Every meal felt fresh and flavorful, and there was always something new to enjoy. Definitely one of the best all-inclusive dining experiences we’ve had. 🌴 Relaxation at Its Best The property is gorgeous and peaceful, with great amenities to match. We also had the best spa session at Anjana Spa, which completed the whole stay perfectly. Massage, scrub, and even a haircut — everything was done with top-tier care and skill. 🌟 Overall Impressions From the room to the food to the exceptional service, our stay at Rixos was unforgettable. I stayed at the hotel between November 4th and 11th, and everything was wonderful. They kindly arranged an early check-in due to my flight times. The food in the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurants was delicious. Sometimes, due to the crowd, drink service can be a little slow. In the mornings, it may be difficult to find front-row sunbeds on the beach because many guests reserve them before breakfast. The beach drink service was fast and sufficient. Special thanks to Mahmood, who checked on me every 10 minutes and always asked if I needed anything. The resort is quite large, so we used the shuttles to move around inside the hotel. We didn’t wait long at all — they arrive every 10 minutes and the transportation was very efficient. The breakfast packages they prepared for our Luxor tour were extremely helpful and well organized. Because of the season, it got dark around 5 PM. Evening entertainment was enjoyable. I have only one suggestion: improving the late check-out shower room facilities, as the current area is small and crowded. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to come back. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mangal , and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegant and cozy — ideal for both a casual meal or a special occasion. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You could tell that each ingredient was fresh and thoughtfully chosen. I especially loved the [signature dish], which was perfectly cooked and seasoned — truly memorable. Even the sides and sauces showed real attention to detail. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring that everything arrived just right. Overall,Mangal delivers on every front: delicious food, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect — the staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. What impressed us the most was the cleanliness of our room — everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. We have never met a housekeeping person as wonderful, kind, and dedicated as Mohamed Gamal- REALLY! He took care of our room (Villa 10007) every single day with such attention to detail and genuine kindness. I’m writing this from the bottom of my heart — he truly made our stay special. We also want to thank Mr. Mustafa (I unfortunately don’t remember his last name) who was always very friendly and took great care of our safety at the pool and made sure we always had fresh towels. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!
