The hotel îs veri good. The easter party was very nice with the bunnies. Adults and kids enjoyed a lot. The recreation te-am in the beach are taking a good care of uș. Everybody is helpful and the main restaurant is just perfect with the variety of food and the good taste of dishes. The reception team and guest relations are very attentive to details. As a European mother traveling with a toddler, I strongly advise families from Europe to stay away from this hotel. Rixos Premium Magawish is clearly not designed for international families — it caters almost exclusively to Russian guests. The service, food, entertainment, kids club, and even staff communication revolve around Russian-speaking clientele. If you’re not part of that group, be prepared to feel like an outsider. It’s absolutely unacceptable that in a so-called 5-star family hotel, they couldn’t even provide a simple piece of watermelon for our son. That is the lowest level of service imaginable — a disgrace to the Rixos brand. Staff speak little to no English, show little warmth toward children, and the overall atmosphere is cold and impersonal. If you’re from Europe and value respect, flexibility, and child-friendly service — do not come here. This hotel is not worth your money, your time, or your peace of mind. At the cabana, we experienced extremely disrespectful behavior from a staff member who even raised her voice in front of guests — after failing to deliver our order for over two hours. We ended up booking a second hotel during our stay and spent most of our time there instead. That hotel cost half the price — and still delivered a far superior experience. We will never return.

I’m usually not the type to write reviews—unless I’m disappointed. But in this case, I felt I had to make an exception. We’re currently staying at the Rixos Premium Magawish in Hurghada, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The hotel is very clean, the entire property is well-maintained, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Tonight, we had dinner at the à la carte restaurant Lalezar, and it was an absolute highlight. We were served by Rezzak, who took exceptional care of us. He was not only incredibly kind and attentive, but also took the time to explain every dish on the menu in detail. We felt truly welcomed and looked after. We’ve tried some of the other restaurants as well and were satisfied with all of them, but Rezzak’s service stood out and deserves special praise. I honestly hope that every guest gets the chance to be served by him—he made our evening truly special. Highly recommend this hotel!

If you’re looking for a reason to fall in love with food again – Rixoss Hotel’s Brazilian restaurant is it. The hotel is lovely, sure – comfy beds, elegant vibes – but let’s be honest… I came for the food and stayed for Chef Mohamed Ali. 🧑‍🍳 This man doesn’t just cook. He performs miracles in the kitchen. I'm convinced he has secret powers – how else do you explain a steak that melts in your mouth and grilled pineapple that could make you cry tears of joy? The staff? Absolute gems. I’ve never seen a team so full of energy, warmth, and genuine joy. They don’t just serve – they celebrate you. I felt like I was at a party thrown in my honor every single meal. Warning: You may develop an emotional attachment to the grilled meats. And to Chef Mohamed. And possibly to your waiter too. 10/10 would return. 11/10 if Chef Mohamed makes dessert. 🍰🔥

We had the best experience ever especially with the animation team (Noha Ahmed & the guys) who made sure that kids and adults enjoy their stay. Everything was beyond incredible from room service, to animation team, night shows, bus drivers. The beach is so clean and the food is amazing. We will definitely come back.
