I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Rixos – everything from the service to the facilities was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere made my stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. I want to give special thanks to Mahmud Ahmed, the hotel driver. He was absolutely the best – always on time, very professional, and extremely kind. He made our transfers smooth and stress-free, and even gave us some great local tips along the way. Mahmud's service truly went above and beyond, and he made a big difference in our overall experience. If you're staying at Rixos, I highly recommend requesting Mahmud as your driver – you won’t be disappointed!

This holiday with my family was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The hotel had everything we needed, staff were phenomenal and always willing to help. My children were well looked after, we all felt safe and the food and drink available was brilliant. I would definitely be back for another holiday. Mehmood Ahmed, our driver was always at hand to help out. Christine who worked at the cabanas provided an amazing service and gave us everything my family needed. Anything we wanted was catered for without question and day after day our holiday was made better. Cleaning staff made clever towel animals on my daughters bed every day, the fridge was restocked with the exact drinks we wanted and asked for. I could not fault this resort at all. We had the best experience we could ask for.

I had a great experience at Beach Cabana at Rixos Premium Magawish. I was delighted by the very nice, friendly and always smiling staff at Beach Cabana. Beach Cabana offers the perfect place for relax and privacy. I highly recommend it! Service at a very high level and excellent drinks from bartender Ahmad. The drinks were original and always with fruit. Simply Wow!!

My dining experience at the À la carte La Brazilian restaurant in Rixos Premium Magawish was truly exceptional. The restaurant offers outstanding service, and the food is absolutely delicious. Chef Mohamed deserves special praise—his skill is beyond compare, and I haven't tasted such fantastic meat in many years. The presentation was beautiful, and Chef Mohamed himself served some of the dishes, making the experience even more special. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Tenet Ahmed, the restaurant manager. He personally came over several times during our dinner to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy with our meal. Many thanks to the entire team for a memorable evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-quality meal and warm, attentive service.

I had an amazing experience at your turkey restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious flavorful, tender, and clearly made with care. But what truly made the visit exceptional was the outstanding service from rezzak and his colleagues , our waiter. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
