It's a very nice hotel, food is very nice plenty of swimming pools to choose from. The beach is a bit weird not used to a private beach . And don't run out into the sea at night as you'll break every bone in your body. The coral literally covers the whole area . You have to go out on the jetti to get a proper dip in the ocean .

Had a real good time there but the alcohol was very dodgy made me and my brother very ill we had diarrhoea. We were ill for about three weeks after I wouldn’t eat the fish there there were no free Wi-Fi which most hotels are inclusive to at night time 12 o’clock that’s when it closes all inclusive you have to pay for your drinks off then bit of a rip off when you pay full inclusive my cleaner Muhammad Ali what a guy he cleaned every day brilliantly was very polite and nice. All the staff was really nice to be fair, but there’s a lot of hustling going on there especially with the fit and drinks. People go on holiday because they get a good deal. Cost more money there You come out the hotel you got people begging you straight away to get into their taxis and they do this for you, but they’re trying to rob you so don’t get in a taxi the two Mohammed guys at the café shop they were brilliant

I arrived yesterday in the early hours of the morning and had to wait to check in. The reception area houses rather old, outdated smelly furniture, wear and tear so poorly stitched. The welcome was next to nil, the reception staff so keen to sell you WiFi which in today’s day and age is considered standard. They also omit to tell you it cannot be accessed from within the room, only lobby and hotel but not your own room! How ridiculous is that?!! The rooms are spacious but I was immediately put off by all the building work and the drilling and works going on in adjacent room whilst I was trying to rest. Again the room decor is substandard, no ‘wow” factor. I had to call someone at midnight to spray the room due to countless times I was bit. Cleanliness is zero! The hotel is very outdated and clearly needs a face lift. Room is rubbish and as a vegetarian/ vegan options food wise are next to nil! Dining room is filthy and a guy mopping floors just throws water on the floor to clean it rather than using a proper commercial mop and bucket. Cutlery is not replenished quick enough so you’re walking up and down the restaurant in search of cutlery. Tables are not cleaned properly after another guest has eaten and left. So it’s not all inclusive so look out for the sneaky drinks they come around with, like the Vitamin bar….you have to pay for these drinks! From what I’ve seen so far it’s disappointing and a waste of money. I would highly NOT recommend this place. This is far from a 4-star hotel, 2* if that but that’s being generous given how unwelcoming and awful this hotel is. Avoid if possible!

It's a wonderful place, you got everything inside. Choose all inclusive, room only or anything that fits ur budget and enjoy a great variety of entertainment and super nice beach and Marina. They have almost everything with mini markets 4 minutes walking distance.

Overall, my experience here was disappointing. The pool area was stressful with constant fights over sunbeds, and drinks were often warm and flat. Many guests were rude, which made it feel more like chaos than a holiday. To make matters worse, there’s no free WiFi — something most hotels provide nowadays. The food was just about ok — very typical all-inclusive fare, nothing special. Several areas of the hotel are clearly in need of some TLC, as maintenance seems to have been overlooked. The rooms themselves are basic but clean, although the overpowering smell of drains made it very difficult to relax and gave the impression that standards of upkeep weren’t being properly maintained. Honestly, the atmosphere felt more like Benidorm in Egypt than a relaxing getaway. Egypt really is a beautiful country, full of amazing places and wonderful culture. Unfortunately, this hotel provides a poor representation of that, which is a real shame. The one real positive was the staff. They are outstanding — working tirelessly around the clock, always helpful and polite. I cannot fault them at all, and they were the only redeeming part of the stay. There are much, much better hotel options in Hurghada, and I would recommend looking elsewhere. I personally would not return to this hotel. Avoid this hotel, save your money, and look elsewhere.
