Very good hotel with great staff. We stayed by the regular pool and built up a good rapport with the lifeguard, Moumen, as you can see in the photo. He always kept the area clean and was ready to help with anything he could. The staff overall were really helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The only negative was that the extra services were offered quite frequently, even after saying no. However, it’s something you can cope with. Overall, we had a very good holiday!!

A true testament of Egyptian hospitality! The resort is very clean and looked after by the staff which would go above and beyond to assist with any need. Yes some of the furniture is slightly dated, but it's not a new build and it's very well maintained. I cannot recommend enough the staff, SAYED from the main and beach bars is an absolutely amazing person that does the resort proud. You simply have to visit the place to truly get an idea of how amazing everyone is over there.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Hurghada. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help. The all-inclusive option was solid, with plenty of tasty food and drinks to choose from. We really enjoyed the themed dinners each night like Chinese, international, and Indian, which kept things interesting. The shisha bar was also a great spot in the evenings, with a nice atmosphere and good quality herbal shisha. Overall, it’s great value for money and a very relaxing place to unwind.

Me and my girlfriend have just recently got back from here, it was up there with one of the best holidays we’ve had. The entertainment workers are absolutely perfect and got us involved all day everyday and managed to get us on stage most nights, always smiling and have spot on English. The food was always quite varied and enough to choose, also hygienic and clean. The bar staff and everyone Involved in customer care was again perfect, couldn’t do enough for us & had great English. We managed to meet one of the brothers which owns the hotel and he told us everything we needed to know, offered to bring us anything we needed and gave us some great life advice. Overall we couldn’t fault the place other than the drinks not being the nicest although you get that anywhere in a foreign country! Everything was all we could ask for as a last minute trip and we couldn’t have felt more catered for and looked after.

Everyone demands tips for no/poor service. "El Karma Resort" isn't even worth 2 stars! I don't know how you could rate this resort 4 stars on your website "We love Holidays" ?! My children got- The first one food/water poisoning and the second eye infection. The two pools that are "ready for swimming" are poorly cleaned and dirty. One is closed. The soft drinks (included in the all-inclusive package from the Tab, tasted like pool water, so of course we didn't drink them. Only bottled drinks! The beach itself was nicely organised and clean, but water was muddy and shallow for too long so we couldn't swim. To add to the general disappointment: Air Cairo is also not to be recommended! The ventilation didn't work properly, either too hot or too cold, but no middle. Everyone there is very corrupt, from the airport police and security guards to the transport staff, etc. The people there are ruining their own tourism industry, so I won't be going back.
