Very good hotel with great staff. We stayed by the regular pool and built up a good rapport with the lifeguard, Moumen, as you can see in the photo. He always kept the area clean and was ready to help with anything he could. The staff overall were really helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The only negative was that the extra services were offered quite frequently, even after saying no. However, it’s something you can cope with. Overall, we had a very good holiday!!

A true testament of Egyptian hospitality! The resort is very clean and looked after by the staff which would go above and beyond to assist with any need. Yes some of the furniture is slightly dated, but it's not a new build and it's very well maintained. I cannot recommend enough the staff, SAYED from the main and beach bars is an absolutely amazing person that does the resort proud. You simply have to visit the place to truly get an idea of how amazing everyone is over there.

Me and my mom visited El Karma Aqua Beach Resort on 23 April and left on 29. The BEST 6 days! 🫶 Everything was amazing!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The entire staff at the hotel is very friendly. There are several swimming pools which is a great convenience. 🏊‍♀️ Although we preferred to go to the beach. The food was delicious and varied.🍴 And I recommend everyone to visit the spa. Great massages.😍 A special thanks to the boy who cleaned our room. (1723) He was very hard working and nice. Always folded the towels in a unique way.😂😎 I think his name was KARIM.❣️ or Hashim... I'm not very sure🤭 We plan to come again in the future. God willing, soon.🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬❤️❤️❤️

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Hurghada. The staff were friendly and attentive, always happy to help. The all-inclusive option was solid, with plenty of tasty food and drinks to choose from. We really enjoyed the themed dinners each night like Chinese, international, and Indian, which kept things interesting. The shisha bar was also a great spot in the evenings, with a nice atmosphere and good quality herbal shisha. Overall, it’s great value for money and a very relaxing place to unwind.

Well what can I say about el Karma Hurghada… Me and my husband Scott arrived late at night and was given the worst possible room imaginable. Not what we paid for and very unsafe, the toilet that was NOT CLEAN. Argued with the staff for hours until we managed to get a room change but not until 5pm the next day!!! Once the room was changed, the room was lovely and clean and exactly what we paid for with a POOL view instead of looking onto a building site!! however the shower in the new room was rubbish. Please note: the pictures I have put up was the first room we got after arriving at 11pm at night after a whole day travelling!!!! The service - reception staff are very very rude and not helpful what so ever!!! On check out not even a “how was your stay” or “hope you had a lovely time” cards snatched and “bye” AWFUL RECEPTION STAFF!!!! The staff outside at the pool area and the bar area AMAZING and very friendly and attentive and so kind, made our stay so happy and made sure we were happy at all times!!! His name is MOHAMED KOMAL! We will miss you!!!! His service was the best and we cannot thankyou enough for everything!!! You done so much for us and we are so so greatful! Big thankyou to Mahmuod who worked at the vitamin bar outside! Very helpful and happy very nice service and helped us with a trip to even get there safely there and back. Big thankyou to DJ Fares - always happy! Played the best music to keep everyone going we hope you had the best birthday!!!! Until next time!! 🎉 The food here - not great definitely needs an upgrade in the main hall for the buffet.
