Lovely hotel and staff. The food in the buffet is good but lacks flavour. If you're looking for an amazing dinner go to Tandoori the Indian restaurant in Titanic Palace where Manjeet the chef makes amazing dishes full of authentic Indian flavours and the nabager Ahmed is always courteous and helpful. The reception staff are always helpful no matter how busy they are especially the dark haired lady with curly hair who's name I don't know. The restaurant staff are quite nice too. The chef doing the eggs on the morning is very good and remembers you with a smile. I will say the only thing that wasn't great was the housekeeping which failed to clean the room well, didn't empty the bins and didn't replace toiletries or used glasses. Otherwise this holiday was fantastic!!!

I have travelled to Egypt many times over the past 20 years and never have I been to a hotel such as this. I appreciate it's a local 5star rating but even still 2 stars at best. The hotel may have been great once but poor maintenance mixed with tourist abuse results in a crumbling infrastructure. The staff are of little help despite the vast amount of them. I resorted to eating out towards the end of the holiday as the menu didn't vary and I don't know why the drinking glasses are so bloody small. There's nothing local to this hotel and if your not able to haggle it's best not to purchase anything especially inside the hotel shops. I haggled one item from £60 GBP down to £5 GDP becasue I had purchased the very same item from outside the hotel already for £5. I also paid for late check out for 6pm. (Charged per person not per room) Only to have security kick me out of the room as housekeeping needed to go home. It's amazing how so many staff don't speak your language until you get out cash. Unless your getting a free trip I could never recommend titanic hotels.

We've just got home from an amazing week's break. This place is fantastic and having been there July 24 to arrive back and they all remember your face was incredible, they are generally very pleased to see you again which means a lot. Our special thanks go to Emad in the restaurants, he's the warmest, kindest and funniest person I know. We built a bromance in July and kept in touch, so to see him again was lovely and he's still the same as we'd remembered. Love the guy. Ali, big Al is hilarious and very courteous and makes sure you get all you need. Sayed always paid attention to our needs and is very polite in helping as we had family with us that are celiac, so to make sure their needs were met was great. All the waiters and staff are kind and funny, they all greet you with a smile followed with hello how are you today. Thomas one of the waiters is a star I mean it, constantly paying attention and very courteous in getting anything you need. All the pool staff including the waiters are on point too. Abdo and Ahmed at the towel centre are diamonds. They look after you trust me!! Check in and check out are fast and informative, bell boys sort your cases to and from the rooms. None of the staff beg for any tips but once you do tip the service around the whole complex is exceptional and they never forget a face !! Cleaning is none stop from the pool to the rooms and the gardens which makes this place what it is. Highly recommended and we go back in October 26 ❤️

This hotel is next level, we've stayed here twice now and both times its been more then worth its money. Staff are happy and helpful Rooms are spacious and clean with stocked up fridges each day The beach is close and easy to acess. Id 100% recommended to stay here. We even dragged are friends woth us this trip. If you stay in hope you enjoy the locals, hotel and the lovely country as much as we do
