For me as european rooms are clean and everything, but average. It's like 3 star hotel in Europe. Well from my experience. Workers are friendly and welcoming. It was very big hotel. I loved the details. Everything was free. It was the best week!! I really enjoyed. Food was delicious. Amazing variety. Wow. Also very very good room and hotel service!! Plenty of space in pool. Free water park, gym and almost everything!

Just back from a week here (and my first ever experience of all-inclusive holiday!) and it was honestly so much better than I thought it would be! Food: as a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes available for me. The pasta station and freshly cooked flat breads were highlights for me. My main frustration was that nothing was labelled as vegetarian (or anything else) so it was a guessing game with certain dishes and I'd have to avoid if unsure. We didn't try the restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, Mongolian etc) as the veggie options were a bit limited/bleak. Room: our room was a twin and the beds were huge. I found them comfortable and the room itself was very clean and spacious. Word of warning about the bathroom though - the shower floor is very SLIPPY!! Service: everyone I encountered was super friendly and we didn't have any issues at all with service. Check-in/check-out was quick and efficient. Housekeeping was great and refilling of the waters and sodas in the fridge everyday was a cute touch. Activities: Would recommend snorkelling on the left side of the pier on a calm day - amazing corals and fish! Even saw a stingray. The waterpark was also super fun! Overall I had a great time here and it was great for a chilled holiday to soak up the sun and spend time with family.

Beautiful rooms! I stayed in the newly refurbished rooms which was lovely it's a big place so there was a little walk to the restraunts which wasn't a problem for us. Staff were so attentive that they couldn't do enough for us, always ready to help. Our cleaner was a character always left different animals made out of towels every day. I'm sorry I didn't get his name so I could give him a fab review. Food was lovely, something different for all tastes. Pools were spotlessly clean as were around the pool areas if you wanted a sun bed the lifeguards got one for you as long as you added your towel it was yours for the day. The only downside are the bridges that go over the pools when they get wet they are extremely slippery, so be careful. Just walk around. That's what we did after a close call. I seen few people slip on them. The Pool bar is fab you can sit in the pool on stools. The waiters are fantastic always back and fore taking orders to your sun beds. The hotel beach is also beautiful and clean its not a far walk the waiters are back and fore to your beds without being intrusive there is also a food court down there with some lovely snacks to take away to your sunbed or stay there and eat. All in all fantastic holiday I would definitely go back.

So, we are approaching the end of our week here and it has been great. Problems are dealt with quickly, Sayeed in particular was very helpful as manager of the restaurants. Food is ok. Japanese restaurant is great but with only two show tables it is difficult to get into! Chinese was pretty good too. Beer and wine are local and, well, drinkable! Same story with the cocktails. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially if you tip them! The hotel grounds are nice with lots of pool areas, it never feels too busy or crowded.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and have to admit it’s a huge hotel with lots of restaurants and food choices on offer. Friendly staff and with the added bonus of being able to use the sister hotel next door for free so 2 hotels for the price of 1. Food was amazing and the New Year’s party was a great addition as they really went to town. Fantastic time and the pools were heated for this time of the year so kids had a great time swimming. Really great hotel and looking to book again soon. Well worth the money
