Hurghada is obviously booming as they are building resorts everywhere, so the place is a bit if a building site! However once inside the resort everything is as it should be. I'd suggest having a room at ground level as the water pressure in our 2nd floor room was pretty lousy, but enough to have a hot shower at the end of a gruelling day in the sun! We used a ground floor room to freshen up and change prior to taxi to the airport. Water pressure was much better. Just ask at reception for a temporary room, as it's really handy to be clean and in UK clothes when you leave! We had issues with some very aggressive males who tried to break into our room at 2 in the morning. It took almost an hour and my husband yelling "wrong room" a couple of times, for them to get the message and take their shouting outside. Security were made aware but didnt sort it quickly enough. We fed back to management, so hopefully if this situation happens to anyone else, they will be sorted out quickly. Food is great - lots of variety & several extra restaurants you need to book in advance. Chinese & Indian very good. Being off season, there is no issue finding somewhere to relax and staff are very attentive & remember you from one day to the next. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy and kids are well catered for.

In general the hotel is perfect, well maintained and clean. It's connected with next-door Titanic Beach where you also can eat and spend time which is useful. The rooms are clean, everything works right and employees are eager to help if there's actually something wrong. Drinks and bathroom accessories are given and restored. The food tastes good, it's diverse and not monotonous so there's something for everyone everyday. Employees are wonderful, always friendly, cheerful, eager to help and talk. Except one man in the main bar (A tall man with sleek, side-parted hair) he's mean, unfriendly and expects to pay for alcoholic drinks even though we have ultra all-inclusive bracelets (I'm not talking about the imported alcohols that you actually have to pay for). He does his job well, but he's definitely in the wrong place. Someone like him shouldn't be working with people. Another thing, the animations are poor... Animations for kids are just a lighted place with music in the background, for everyone is a show time which is 10 people having fun (or making fun of them) and the rest is just doing nothing. The party is 18+. Teenagers and kids are getting kicked in unkind way as soon as it hits 10:30. In reception employees are very nice and kind, there's also a helpful woman which speaks (among others) polish. (There's a lot of Poles in this hotel, so it's very helpful). She helped us a lot. Dziękuję Wiktoria💗!

Had a great time November 25. Rooms are slightly dated, but clean and functional with nothing to complain about. The only thing I would say is the sockets are all vertical, not horizontal. This impacted some of the plug ins for mozzys etc. but other than that fine. Service from staff was exemplary in all areas. Frequent waiter service in all areas and staff always willing to help. Facilities were great with multiple restaurants, bars, lobbies and seating areas. Kids accomodated too by aqua park, pool, and the animacion team, as well as the beach. Enormous footprint of a site, and can also use facilities in the sister hotel on the same grounds. Close to the airport too...transfer took around 20 mins in a taxi. Really enjoyed it and will book again again

It’s my first time in Egypt. I really like this hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff very kind and helpful. Animation team active and friendly. Everything is good here.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely distressing experience with serious safeguarding, discrimination, and service failures. Our family stayed two weeks at Titanic Palace over Christmas and faced harassment and abuse from guests towards our autistic, non-verbal son, including racist and demeaning language. Instead of properly addressing this, management tried to move us late at night. We challenged this and stayed put, but the handling caused great distress. We raised concerns about discrimination, safeguarding, and racism but felt dismissed. Management kept sending us to reception with no real solutions. Health and safety were alarming: multiple injuries at the spa/barber, including cuts; unlabelled salad bar items (I have video proof), and I was hospitalised with gastroenteritis along with six others in our party. I suffered a burning facial reaction after a spa treatment was abruptly stopped mid-way due to staff fighting, leaving chemicals on my skin that burned for over 10 days with flaking and peeling. There were serious safeguarding concerns involving sexual assaults during our stay, which the hotel has not properly addressed despite being aware. My son’s dad, a vegetarian, was served calamari from the unlabelled salad bar, raising food safety concerns. A boat trip booked through the hotel was a disaster—sold incorrectly, replaced only after hours of argument, costing us another holiday day. Exposed electrical wiring was found behind drawers in our room, a serious hazard, especially worrying given the hotel’s 2013 incident where two guests died under unclear circumstances. This review only covers part of our experience. I have so much more to add with so little space, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel, especially families with disabled children or those expecting proper care. For a genuinely quality family hotel in Egypt, Jungle Aqua Park Neverland is a far better choice.
