From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and we were immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegant design and stunning atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering every comfort you could wish for. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything fresh and immaculate each day. The food was simply outstanding — an incredible variety at every meal, with something delicious for every taste. The themed restaurants were especially memorable, offering both local and international cuisine prepared to perfection. The pool areas and water park were a dream! There’s something for everyone — whether you want to relax in peace or enjoy some fun activities with the family. The beach was just as impressive: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for snorkeling or simply soaking up the sun. What truly sets the Titanic Palace apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we met went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their friendliness and professionalism made us feel like valued guests every moment of our vacation. We’ve stayed at many resorts, but Titanic Palace truly stands out for its combination of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’re already looking forward to coming back! The food was amazing, same as people helping and serving us around the hotel. Its close to the sea, these is plenty of pools, an quapark, and a lot of day and night events and activities. You cant be bored in here. We recommend it with my whole family!

Beautiful hotel; this is our second time here and we absolutely love it. Great animation, very enthusiastic, extensive activities. Staff really go above and beyond for us. Large, well kept grounds. Very safe area. We will be back for our third time shortly

The hotel is one big disappointment. Unusual rules, mediocre food, and very unfriendly staff (except for the housekeeping team). Many problems could easily be solved if the staff were more polite and willing to help — but instead, every question was met with “not my problem.” We spent half of our holiday with stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. No one was willing, able, or even knew how to help, no matter who we asked. We travel a lot and stay in hotels of different levels, but we have never experienced such chaos and disrespect anywhere before. I was very disappointed and will never come back. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and warn others not to stay here. The location is good, and there are quite a few activities for both children and adults — but that’s the only thing this hotel has to offer.

We found the rooms we excellent as we had an up grade to swim up rooms. We had a mixed reaction to entertainment as we weren't informed of proper location until 4 days into holiday. The food in restaurant were ok But the Al a cart was well worth it. Staff where friendly. Overall it's a good hotel.
