We came to celebrate my cousin renewing her wedding vows (she got married here too) we have had a fabulous time, there is nothing I could say negative about this place, the food has been amazing ( there is buffet, as well as alacarte restaurants) the staff all go beyond to make sure your experience is the best. It is an all inclusive hotel, but the level of the food drink and service is amazing. There is entertainment at the pools and theatre is just fun. And Joy, who did the entertainment at our pool, was jut that..:..: a joy, full of energy and fun. My cousins wedding planner was wonderful too, we had such a special day. We will definitely be coming back again . Thank you to all that makes this place so special ❤️

We are three guests currently staying at Grand Sirenis for a 7-night holiday. After just the first day, we feel compelled to share our experience. The most serious issue occurred at the buffet. While eating ceviche, I bit into a small I thought I had cracked a tooth. Thankfully I did not, but this immediately raised concerns about how seafood is being cleaned and prepared. Finding debris in raw seafood is not simply unpleasant ,it presents legitimate health risks. That evening, after an exhausting day of travel, we went to bed expecting a proper night’s rest. The pillows were extremely hard and lumpy — dense, uneven, and uncomfortable. Within a short time of lying down, I developed a neck spasm that escalated into an intense headache. This was not minor discomfort. It required taking three different medications throughout the night in an attempt to manage the pain. I rotated through every pillow in the room, stacked them, removed them, folded towels for padding, and ultimately slept on a tightly rolled towel because it felt more tolerable than the pillows themselves. No guest should have to engineer their own bedding in the middle of the night. Neck strain and migraine-level headaches are not trivial inconveniences. They can impact days of a vacation, not just one night. Experiencing that level of physical distress on the very first evening is absolutely unacceptable. Other grievances may seem smaller in comparison but they still matter. At check-in, we asked whether it is possible to stay on the same side of the resort as during our previous visit. The receptionist assured us this would be accommodated. We were placed on the opposite side. If it was not possible, a direct answer would have been preferable to reassurance that proved inaccurate. Additionally, the concierge was able to secure only one restaurant reservation for our entire 7-night stay. For a week-long visit, that is simply unacceptable. Guests should reasonably expect access to more than one specialty dining experience. There are plenty of others small enough not to mention here, however while some details may appear minor in isolation, when combined with issues that affect guest health and safety, they significantly alter the overall experience. We arrived expecting rest, quality service, and attention to detail consistent with the resort’s reputation. We hope the remainder of our stay reflects those standards.

The overall experience here was great. Lots of room and the resort is well spaced. We always found pool chairs! Which at most resorts is something people are fighting over. The restaurants and buffet food was pretty good too! Though getting reservations was a challenge. The pools were clean, the water was a little cold. The lazy river was nice but it only was about 5 minutes, then you had to get out and walk up the stairs. If there was a line up you would give them your tube. There was a couple of times we could just keep going around if there wasn't people waiting but you had to keep getting up and out of the water. Beautiful beach here on the resort. Plus they have a reef on their coast and offer free equipment. The room was alright, we had some issues with the AC, maintenance fixed it the next day. Also, the light switches are wired really weirdly. All of the staff were really friendly. I would give this a 4.5 / 5 only for a couple small factors.

We have Just returned from the Grand Sirenis, Wow what a holiday, we stayed for three weeks and didn't wont to come home. this is the first all inclusive that we have stayed at that truly is all inclusive with everything you need and no need to leave during your stay. The Food , the atmosphere is truly a Joy to from start to finish. The Staff here work extremely hard and are kind and caring , we can't name them all but would like thank every one that made our first trip to Mexico so unforgettable. Otero your smile, your Welcome you seem to care about every one, your always there when needed to run us around on the Golfcart , nothing was to much trouble for you, your Joy warmed our hearts, Thankyou. At the Members Beach Club , thankyou Alex and McDonald for making sure we where comfortable and had what we needed. Saret and Karen for your non stop attention to the guests on the beach you seem to know exactly what we needed and when, WOW you work hard. Sonia in the members lounge , thankyou for starting our day of so well, with coffee and a Spanish lesson. Hugo, we so looked forward to your smile in the evening , your knowledge of cocktails and your sense of humour if we could have smuggled you back to England as our adopted son we would have, but we, don't think you would last long in the cold . and finally our concierges. Isa, Octavio and we are sorry we cant remember the name of of the over young man who worked in block 24, they all cared for us , took care of our bookings, arranged transport and it was nice how the greeted us each morning and made sure we where ok and had every thing we needed. as you can see from the above you will have a great time, with people that treat you like Family. would highly recommend, Cant wait to visit again

The resort itself was stunning. The check in experience wasn't ideal. We came as part of a large wedding group. It's already a bit late to have check-in at 3. We arrived at 1pm and weren't able to check in until 330. When we did, our safe didn't work as it was stuck open with the pins out, and there was a massive leak across our bathroom floor from the shower all the way to the toilet. I think we had some bad luck, but better attention to detail as they turn over rooms would leave a better first impression. All that aside, the food was great, staff was generally pleasant.
