We spent a week at the resort and we really enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful, the lazy river is awesome, the vegetation and the wild life created a really cool atmosphere especially for kids. The only thing that was unpleasant was the fact that the AC was not running very well not only in the room but in the buffet and some of the specialties restaurants. As well property is going through renovation, some parts were closed and there was some noise, but nothing too loud. The staff was very friendly, we really enjoyed the coffee shop and the lady who was serving there in the morning. The room attendant did an awesome job, everyday he/she would make animals out of towels which my son really loved. The Italian restaurant would make delicious pizzas to go from 11 am, which was really convenient to take and enjoy by the pool. The taco bar by the beach was very good as well and the location was amazing with nice views of the beach and the sea.

Stayed at this place for a week with my family and had a terrible experience.
Staff: We encountered problems from the start. The lady at the front desk was unwelcoming; when I asked the lady about the amenities, she merely pointed to the resort map. Also, we requested for an ocean view room, she kept shutting us down. After going back and forth for a while, we got the upgrade but after 2 days.
Food:The buffet offered a variety of food, but the quality was average. However, the specialty restaurants served amazing delicacies. We tried the French and Mediterranean restaurants, loved the food. Also, consider booking in advance, since it gets booked out.
Shuttle: The shuttle service was awful, with rude staff who seemed unwilling to drop us off at our room buildings, which is part of their job. We tipped some of the drivers at the beginning. But I felt like they expected every time. Once they realize you ain’t tipping no more, they start avoiding you. I encountered with such unpleasant experiences throughout my stay. The one that made me super disappointed was, I told the shuttle driver I was feeling unwell, he dropped me off mid way and asked me to wait for the next shuttle because he refused to go further.
Room Service: We had issues with our room and had to repeatedly follow up with the staff to get them resolved. Even after upgrading our room, we faced the same problems. The room service was terrible, requiring multiple calls to get assistance.
Having traveled extensively around the world, I have never had such unpleasant experiences. Overall, my trip was memorable because of my family and the places we visited. Never coming back here!

Just came back from a very enjoyable stay with the family of 6 at this huge beautiful resort. They have a very hard and committed staff all through the resort. Few problems we had, specially with the rooms due to renovation I guess, however they were resolved immediately. Food was delicious and lots of options. Beautiful beach and pools. Room service cleaning is top notch. When beach flag is red due to weather we had lots of fun in the pool with the amazing entertainment team Christopher, Yessica and Alejandro, who kept us busy with amazing and funny activities. My kids still talk about them and will miss them. This was by far the best family vacation we had so far. Will love to go back and visit again!

We had our family vacation here. From the moment we arrived we notice the staff were very friendly, helpful and hard working people. We had an incident with one of the workers but other than that everything was good. Food was okay, wasn’t impressed. The resort is under construction it didn’t bother us, but just FYI. The Beach wasn’t my favorite. The shows at night were okay, i think their theater is under construction so they are doing it in the main bar by the lobby and if it rains it’s going to be canceled and you’re gonna get wet 🙁 Rooms are okay, need some renovations but they are working on renovating the whole resort. Over all we had a good time and I would definitely like to go again!

My stay at was a mixed experience.
The service provided by most staff members was good, though only a few went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The rooms were really nice and well-kept, with daily room maintenance deserving a solid 10/10.
The size of the resort is massive which made navigating it challenging. While shuttles were available, they were not frequent enough, making it difficult to rely on them.
The food was average at best. The nightly choices were a bit odd, lacking flavour and often bland. Additionally, securing a reservation at a specialty restaurant was nearly impossible unless you were willing to dine after 9 pm.
One of the main disappointments was the spa package I booked, which included a massage, hydrotherapy, body scrub and facial. While the hydrotherapy was enjoyable, half of the amenities were unexpectedly closed. Unfortunately, the massage, body scrub, and facial did not meet expectations. The Swedish massage, advertised as medium pressure, felt more like a light body rub, and the body scrub lasted just five minutes followed by a quick shower. The facial was rushed, lasting no more than 10 minutes. Furthermore, being asked to fill out a satisfaction form right in front of the staff was awkward and inhibited honesty.
In conclusion, while there were positives like the well-maintained rooms and some attentive staff, the issues with dining options, spa services and shuttle availability detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
