After visiting several hotels in Cancun, I realize that here, at the Grand Park Royal, the service is truly exceptional. The staff and servers at the buffet are very friendly, energetic, and welcoming, unlike some other hotels. The buffet is generous, and the dining area is very spacious. There’s a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. We didn’t encounter any snobby staff—quite the opposite. What a wonderful experience! If I ever return to Cancun, this is where I want to stay!
On another note, many hotels boast about having access to a beautiful access to the beach… but trust me, the beach here is beautiful. There’s no seaweed, no large rocks along the shore, and the sand is soft and clear. It’s truly a safe area for swimming.
The room we stayed in had access to a terrace with an ocean view, which I highly recommend. But beware: depending on the building, staying on the ground floor may not be ideal because there are lizards around, so you can’t fully open your patio door (i mean you could, but it’s up to you to take the risk). As for us, we were able to leave our patio door open the whole time without worrying about it, which was amazing.

Gerardo was an amazing server at the Andiamo restaurant. He had the best recommendation's. The tequila margarita was very good, which he also recommend. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend. Jose at the veranda restaurant was also very nice, he recognized us every time we would go to the buffet. The buffet is not the best though, but the service is excellent. The hotel is located right at the hotel zone, which is convenient. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the staff excellent service makes up for it.

We stayed in a Master villa. Beautiful room quite a bit of a price difference. It comes with Bali beds but the beach is closed in front of them you must walk all the way up the beach for a life guard. Then if you smoke cigarettes just completely avoid this resort they very rudely make you go off property to the street. So you will spend most of your vacation walking. Now to the good part our butler Jessica was AMAZING anything I needed she was on it she even checked on my family members. The room is breath taking. And the beach is clean.

The resort is beautiful, very clean, a gorgeous beach, the staff are very helpful! I love the lush plants and scenery! Food was great at the buffet, but would love to see a higher quality with especially the hot foods, and the pizza at the snack bar. I look forward to returning sometime!

From the warm welcome to the breathtaking views and luxurious amenities, everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the dining was a culinary delight. The staff truly went above and beyond, ensuring our every need was met. Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the activities offered, we were thoroughly impressed. We left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to return. Highly recommend! Julian was a great server, he did give us great food & suggestions.
