Juan is an amazing waiter at the restaurant Andiamo.
Phenomenal service from start to finish. He is extremely attentive to our needs even though we were a family of 9. He is knowledgeable of the menu. One of my children has a nut allergy and he made sure he explained everything on the menu and made her feel special.
There were many different changes we needed to the food and he accommodated all of them. If you go to the Grand Park Royal, make sure you go to that restaurant and sit with Juan. He is the best!!!

The food at Koi restaurant was delicious! The waiter Mario provided good service and the chef Gustavo did an excellent job on all 3 courses.
Unfortunately, our room had no cold water and we asked the front desk multiple times to get it corrected. The concierge staff was extremely pushy trying to get us to attend the presentation they give. The buffet for dinner was a bit disappointing, I tried the beef, but it was overcooked and chewy. The breakfast buffet was better. The chef making the omelettes, is awesome! Very friendly and very talented, at one point he had 6 or 7 omelets cooking at one time. The hotel is located in a good part of the ocean, it is not rocky and very limited seaweed while we were here.

Koi Restaurant was such an amazing experience mainly because of our server Marco who was undeniably amiable and dedicated to making our experience amazing. We really enjoyed our dinner celebrating our weekend here. On another note, we also had a wonderful experience with Yolanda who attended my group at the adult pool. She was amazing in every way possible. She attended with a smile at all times and was so attentive. We will come back because of Marco and Yolanda!!! They rock!!

We visited Andiamo tonight and were given a fantastic dinner. We were met by the hostess Manuela who promptly took us to our seats and was able to answer any questions that we had. She made sure that any allergies were explained to our server and the chef. Our server Juan went over and beyond with his recommendations for the menu. He made our night very enjoyable and made sure all of our needs were met. His boss Guadalupe makes sure that everything is pristine for each persons visit. We highly recommend this restaurant due to their high standards for the food and service. We look forward to coming back in the future.

My family and I personally loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is only a couple of steps away from the beach. Also, Jorge , Anahí & Luis from Flor De Sal are very welcoming. They provide excellent customer service along with everyone else at the hotel. We absolutely loved it & looking forward to booking with them in the future.
