5-star service goes to Sergio in the main restaurant and Braillo in the sea food restaurant always smiling and making sure everyone had what they needed. Truly outstanding! The property is beautiful, and we stayed in a fairly new room. Entertainment was amazing and definitely a highlight. However, we experienced several small issues with the room and especially with the payment process, which could have been smoother. Also, while the team is friendly, many staff members seem to lack proper training and essential information. A bit more attention to staff development and more amenities in the room would elevate the overall experience.

This resort is very organized and very clean. It has a very good family environment and we felt secure at this resort. The food is good specially at the Flor de Sal’s restaurant. I’m very thankful for Josmar at Lunch and Jose& Braulio at Breakfast at Flor de Sal. They were very friendly and attentive and we felt very welcomed. Thanks for the excellent service from the waiter Gregorio at the snack bar. Carlos from Room Service and Edgar from the Veranda Buffet are also very professional and friendly! We loved this family vacation however there could’ve been more activities and a more energetic environment. Also we went during April and there was very little seaweed at the beach but the wind was very strong causing waves that made the water a little rough.

From the moment we arrived, Tina greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile that set the tone for the entire day. Her friendly demeanor and proactive service approach truly made us feel pampered and well cared for. Tina's attention to detail was impeccable. She consistently ensured that our cabana was well-stocked with all the essentials and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need, often anticipating our requests before we even had to ask. Whether it was refreshing our towels, offering to bring fresh drinks, or providing local tips, Tina was always on the move, yet never missed a beat. What really set Tina apart was her genuine kindness and her ability to make every guest feel special. She shared stories, laughed with us, and made our experience deeply personal and memorable. Her hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and it's clear that she loves what she does. Tina is absolutely one of the best servers I have ever encountered. Her outstanding service did not just meet our expectations—it soared right past them, making our already amazing stay even more delightful. If you find yourself at this venue, hope that Tina is your attendant. She will undoubtedly make your experience over the top, just as she did for us. Rating: 5/5 - Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, Felipe greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel like VIPs every single day. He had an incredible memory, remembering our names, favorite drinks, and little details that made each interaction feel personal. His service was flawless—attentive without being overbearing, and always delivered with such kindness and professionalism. Felipe went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and his energy was so positive that it truly elevated our entire experience. We looked forward to seeing him each day and left feeling not just well taken care of, but like we had made a real friend.

I had the BEST time here at Grand Park Royal resort! My boyfriend brought me here to celebrate my 26th birthday and it was definitely an unforgettable experience! The buffet workers Julio, Jaime and Damian have top notch service! They are super sweet and very welcoming! Honestly every worker here has amazing service! We definitely felt very welcomed here and made my birthday vacation so much more special. Huge thank you to the whole team here you guys are awesome! I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! 10000/10 experience here!
