Crown Paradise Club All-Inclusive Resort Cancun

This will be a long one. I have looked at reviews prior to our trip and they are confusing because they are all over the place. I want to make a detailed review based on our experience. Overall this place is a hard earned 3 stars but not more than that. We traveled with a breastfed 9 month old. Food: The food is subpar its definatly not what you pay for as the food has no taste you will not go hungry but you will not enjoy the buffet. ****also the line to get to the buffet is long anytime you go and the food is not worth the wait. ***Restaurants*** *The Mexican restaurant is full out disgusting the food has no taste. I had better Mexican food. *The Steakhouse is AMAZING everything about it is amazing. *The Italian is also subpar we didnt finish anything and went to the buffet. *The French restaurant - we were not able to go as they do not allow children there even small babies and all have dress code which seems unreasonable in a 3 star resort. The pools and the beach are great with good bars and fast service. However: seems like some staff will have rules bend for people that speak Spanish and will not for english speaking as it was noted in the buffet when a Spanish speaking couple entered in wet bathing suit and they refused entry to the buffet to an english speaking couple wearing dry bathing suits. Rooms: We were a group of 26 people and in one of the couples room the ceiling in the bathroom just dropped. The tubs were re-sealed many many times and its visible. The rooms definitely need some updating. Bring babies to the resort: The resort is kids friendly but not baby friendly. Crib was requested and promised but on arrival they said they dont have any. Also, no freezer in the rooms to store frozen breast milk but did allow us to store it at the front desk small freezer after several tries. OVERALL: We Will not be coming back to this place as our second hotel was Rio Playacar and it is far better than this one but is also more expensive. If you have no little kids and dont care about the food quality then I think this place is the perfect combination for you. Like I said I took into consideration that it is a three star resort.

Check-in staff was good, but there was a lack of communication. The room was neat and clean. The laundry was also clean, but they use strongly scented detergent, which they should mention in advance. It was hard to find options for vegetarian people, and the pizza’s cheese was off-taste. However, the room service we ordered was great. The staff were nice and friendly, though communication was sometimes difficult but manageable. Overall, it was a moderate experience mainly because of the food.

Even though check-in took a little longer than expected, our overall stay at Crown Paradise was very good. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Getting to the beach is quick — you don’t need to walk far at all. The beach itself is clean, the waiters take great care of you, and the benches and tents are first-come, first-served. Our ROOM was clean and comfortable. The shower had strong water pressure, the toilet worked perfectly, and we truly had nothing to complain about. We requested extra pillows and blankets, and they brought them right away. The AC also worked properly, which for us is a big deal since we’ve had issues with AC in other hotels in Cancún. There are three outdoor pools, plus an indoor pool and a play area with slides for kids, as well as a full kids’ club. For adults, there’s also an adult-only pool on the first floor — quiet, relaxing, and perfect for tanning. Food options are good. They have several à la carte restaurants for dinner: Seafood, French, Italian, Mexican, and Tex-Mex. Anywhere we ordered meat, it was tender and delicious. La Palapa is the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The snack bar by the pool has fresh fruit, burgers, and a small sushi snack station. The music around the pool was nice and added to the atmosphere. The staff was consistently polite and attentive. A special mention to FEENANDO from La Palapa — he served us every morning and was incredibly kind. People like him truly make you want to return. Our maid Arisvey also did an amazing job keeping our room spotless every day. They also have a nightclub at night, and the DJ played all my songs. The hotel offers photo packages too, and we loved our pictures. Overall, this hotel really has something for everybody. It’s complete, family-friendly, budget-friendly, and our experience here was better than other hotels we’ve tried in Cancún. We would definitely come back. We also check the suites for 5 and 7 families ! It’s is great ! 2 storey suite with a king size , bunk bed and a extra twin bed . With a double size bed. 2 washrooms. This is the perfect place for big families !

Great hotel. Oscar Batones was an awesome bell hop, helping with my room arrangements and luggage. Friendly staff all round, Kevin at the lobby bar was especially good, friendly and accommodating. VERY kid friendly hotel, kids club staff were awesome, shows were a bit cheesy but entertaining. Kids had an absolute blast. Pool Zumba was a huge hit and fun to watch. Beach was pristine.

Our Stay at Crown Paradise Club Cancun has been very pleasant, fun and very comfortable. I want to thank Angel the Bell Boy because he was very attentive, very friendly, and helpful in everything and quick to respond and resolve any questions and concerns. Also Ivette at the front reception was very helpful in making sure our stay was welcoming and made sure that any changes or anything we needed was taking care of. We were very happy with the experience and the view was absolutely stunning.I recommend this place to anyone who is curious about it. Also thankful for great housekeepers, they kept our room very clean and tidy.
