I loved this resort through pictures and loved it even more in person. Everyone is very kind and attentive willing to help in any way possible.
Angel in lobby made my children laugh even when leaving by pushing the stroller down the ramp, Erick and Oscar handled our baggage very carefully, in the buffet Hector and Gustavo served us and made us feel at home, Tony from the College bar excellent, and JLO such a great entertainer!
Overall we had an amazing experience, recommend for families with children.
Also, night entertainment is amazing! Loved the Michael Jackson show!

Estrella was great for yoga and stretching classes. The entire entertainment staff was upbeat and fun. Adult games by the pool were great…wish they had a kids/family game as my kids always wanted to participate. The hotel kept my family entertained for the week, lots of things to do (water slides, mini-putt, ping pong, etc). Kids paradise was great at kids only parties each night, and it was great to have an hour independent from them. Kids party themes vary each night - the age of my kids definitely loved the pirate themed night (and not the dance party which is better for older kids but great that different ages can enjoy it too). Rooms have a musty smell, but I think it’s inevitable with the humidity/AC condensation. Dinner reservations are difficult to get, visitors must book in the first 5 minutes bookings open at 8am. Food at restaurants was good, but buffets weren't my favourite for a week, but doable. Overall great vacation for my kids first one.

Karla, Gonzalo y Cristian what an amazing team the energy and the vibe is amazing. Wonderful personality and happy people who enjoy there jobs and go above and behind to brighten our day. I had a tough morning with my 3 year old and they changed my mood. Me and my family had an amazing time with the activities and the dances. We definitely created memories with this team A+ in my book. My son did not have sneakers to do the zip line and the staff Adrian took off his sneakers and offered his sneakers so my son could Rock Climb and zip line. A great family resort you just need to pay attention on how to sign up for restaurant reservations it does go fast. It also depends on what room you have it can be a difference in comfort levels. Lots of activities I suggest you screen shot the activities and then you know what activities are what day and time and where to go. My only complaint were too many kids were not supervised in the pool and some kids had fowl language and parents where no where to be found and some kids had behavior problems shame on the parents. Crown paradise overall a great place a little bit of everything for all ages. Thanks from the bottom of my heart ❤️

We had a nice family holiday. Great view from room and pools were nice too. Would be nice if pool bars opened until 7-8pm. Room was cleaned every day and Miguel did a good job cleaning every day. Mexican and Italian restaurants were very good.

The entertainment staff are amazing and work tirelessly to keep everyone entertained. They have great energy and truly make this place what it is. The location is beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and white sandy beaches, rooms are cleaned but smell of damp when the air-conditioning has been on. I would like to see more food options for children and more activities and entertainment for children as i felt this is what this hotel lacks. Entertainment is more for adults. A big shout out to the entertainment staff JLo, Robbie, Melissa and Fernanda you make this place.
