Just got back from a 4 day stay at this resort with my husband and daughter and I must say, wow! We booked this months ago and were a bit worried because of the reviews but now I can honestly say I am happy we came to this resort. I’m not exactly sure what the experiences were for those who have left the bad reviews but in our days here we experienced nothing but exceptional service, loads of fun, and overall happy memories. The resort itself is well kept and have staff working around the clock keeping the property clean and safe. Large delicious food selection to choose from, multiple pools to swim in with different ambiances, and the bars were stocked well. The kids section was an unexpected treat with friendly staff who ensure the children’s safety while enjoying daily activities. The main pool was a blast with interactive activities for adults and children alike, and the rock climbing, zip lining, and water slides were pleasant bonuses as well. Highly recommend visiting for families looking to enjoy their stay on a beautiful beach with their loved ones. Special thanks to Fernanda & Monserrat for making the pool days extra fun, to Roberto and Jesus for keeping the Kids space safe and enjoyable for our little one, and bellhop Jesus for his attentive and great service as well. Can’t wait to come back!!

Second ever time in Cancun , first time at the crown paradise club and we will absolutely be back next year! Everything from food service and fun was absolutely perfect! The service in the adult lounge with doctor Jerry and Maria was absolutely fantastic and we can’t wait to see them again! We can not forget about Moises and Pablo at the adult only pool! Those 2 kept a drink in our hand every second of everyday! Served with smiles and laughter! We absolutely love this place!!

This property is AMAZING! We had a seamless check-in process, and our room (1012) was clean and fresh. Everyone at the property was incredibly nice and helpful. Victor, who was at the main pool area, was especially attentive. I noticed some reviews mentioning issues with reservations, but we didn't encounter any. Each morning at 8:30 am, I logged on and easily made our dinner reservations. The Italian restaurant, steakhouse, and Mexican restaurant were all DELICIOUS!
There are two breakfast locations, but I recommend the one in the convention center as it was tastier. The waitstaff were exceptionally attentive. I loved that by the main pool area, there were burgers, hot dogs, and finger foods available, which was perfect since my kids didn't want to leave the pool.
The resort is conveniently located at the end of the strip, making it easy to take the bus into town. It's only 12 pesos, and you'll be one of the first ones on before it heads into the busier areas.
My 3-year-old wasn't very interested in the kids' play area and preferred to be with his older brothers (13 and 16) at the "big boy pool." However, the play area is great for younger children. My older kids enjoyed the water sports available.
I will definitely be returning and can't wait to go back!

The service here varied. Some people really enjoyed their jobs and were attentive and on top of things, while others acted as if they hated their jobs (it showed). If you are going to be in this business were people are expecting to have a fun getaway vacation with family, loved ones, friends, etc., you need to have a people person personality and know how to effectively handle and speak RESPECTFULLY to all clientele. On top of some flack and attitudes given by some staff (not all), our rooms AC went out on several occasions and made sleeping difficult. Also, if you are planning on getting a restaurant reservation, I suggest the Italian place (that’s the only one we could get into anyways). There are lots of family friendly activities to do throughout the day but they are often very strict and only a few people can participate. The evening shows were kind of fun to watch though!
If you get to meet Luis (one of the many bar tenders named that), he was absolutely awesome! (As well as Geronimo, Eduardo, Jesus, and Benito! And many more that I forgot their names, but as you can see here, not all service experience was terrible.)
Despite the various hassles met along the way when dealing with some hotel staff, my family and I still were able to enjoy a fun week!
Tips:
* make sure you are sure you want to choose this hotel to stay at before just choosing it because it is “cheaper”
* have fun and try to be understanding even when facing flack (it’s hard but it’ll take less stress off you when you should be relaxing on vaca anyways)

Great family friendly atmosphere with people working so hard to keep everything clean. Miguel did an incredible job of cleaning our room daily and just being so polite. The pool side and kid entertainers are phenomenal and so friendly. Highly suggest the water aerobics and Zumba pool classes! We didn’t have the nicest weather through our stay, but stayed entertained with all the other activities that are offered at the resort. The restaurant reservation process was very simple and we had ample opportunity to try new foods. Overall we had a really great experience, thank you!
