Nice truly all-inclusive hotel, with a very good infrastructure and a very comprehensive list of amenities. Buildings and rooms are clearly old and in need of some uplifting and modernization (tip, choose a VIP suite on higher floors, if possible). Infrastructure and amenities are very good and comprehensive, especially for families with small kids or teens. Food and drinks are OK, staff were very nice. Location, beach, pools are all great, with beautiful views too. All things considered, this hotel offers a very good value for your money, especially for families with kids.
UPDATE: just a heads up that this hotel, being a clearly older building, definitely does NOT handle moderate to heavy rain well at all. We had moderate rain on our last full day there and even in places inside the buildings, including hallways to bedrooms, there was quite a lot of water intrusion and leaks. Inside our room specifically we didn’t notice any issues but still… just beware.

Miguel cleaned our room and it always looked incredible and felt like we could relax as soon as we returned. I read a bunch of reviews about Crown Paradise Club Cancun and I was a little nervous once I had already booked the place because of the reservation system and previous reviewers saying it's hard to get reservations to the restaurant/no one picks up the phone when you call about it. I'm pleased to say that we have only eaten at the buffet the first night when we arrived right before dinner time. The reservation system is super easy! It's done on your phone, you just get ready to make it at 7:58 and when it turns 8 we entered our room number and name and choose the time. We got every request we've wanted each night. The restaurants have been really good! We especially loved the Italian place last night. It's a beautiful resort and family friendly. I'm happy we stayed here!

Activity area staff were great and specially Karla and Gonzalo were best. We enjoyed playing all the games and Shows(Disney and Mexican dance show) . We also enjoyed aqua gym and yoga class every morning.. fun team!! Make sure not to get extra charged at the checkout $25 for towel card/ we were given two towel cards and at check out they were asking 3 as per their record they given us 3, but we got only 2, and charged US $25. Overall resort is good for kids .

It was my first time in Cancun and I must say the staff at the resort was great they all went above n beyond to help.
Karla, was amazing with kids and made the kids paradise experience great.
Also huge mention to Larezo, he was really helpful getting us settled in our room.
The rooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated but for the price and overall service it was worth it.

Crown Paradise is a totally acceptable resort. You get exactly what you pay for in terms of lodging and food, not the best but far from the worst.
The staff are all very pleasant and genuinely looking to help. One young man, Diego who runs a lot of the activities showed additional interest in ensuring we were taking care of and entertained through our our trip. Great guy.
Get up early to save your spots at the pool as they do get snatched up quickly. Same with the covered areas on the beach.
