From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable — always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Each meal felt like a treat, whether it was a relaxed breakfast or an elegant dinner. Special compliments to the chefs and dining staff who made every experience feel special. Mexican and Italian it’s must to have. Don’t forget to go to fishermen restaurant the food was excellent and the manager is number one. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The attention to detail and comfort really stood out, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of fun. Entertainment at the resort was top-notch, with lively performances, engaging activities, and something for everyone to enjoy. It created a fun and vibrant atmosphere that kept us smiling throughout our stay. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back again!

I cannot say enough about our experience! We had such a great week with great service and amenities! We did upgrade to the Crown Club so we could have access to the lounge - HIGHLY recommend especially if you’re just traveling as a couple with no kids. On that note - it is very family friendly with a lot of kid options! They do a great job of also have adult only access to a few things like the lounge, one pool and one restaurant. We never felt crowded or like we couldn’t do what we wanted. The service was amazing especially Jerry in the lounge! We will be back!!

My family and I recently stayed at the Crown Paradise Club Cancun, and I must be honest—this was by far one of the worst vacation experiences we’ve ever had. As an African American family traveling for what was supposed to be a relaxing, joyful getaway, we were met with treatment that was not only disappointing but outright unacceptable. From the start, the customer service was cold and dismissive. Several staff members were visibly rude and unhelpful toward my family while treating other guests with far more courtesy and care. Unfortunately, this behavior was not isolated. Over the course of our stay, it became painfully clear that we were being treated differently because of our race. The unfriendliness and lack of basic hospitality created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment where we felt judged and excluded rather than valued as paying guests. The condition of our room was equally frustrating. Upon entering, we were immediately overwhelmed by a strong moldy odor that never went away. No amount of ventilation helped, and we ultimately had to leave the property to purchase air freshener just to tolerate the space. This is unacceptable for a resort of this supposed caliber. Housekeeping service was inconsistent and careless. Despite having our room cleaned, they never replenished our towels. We had to call the front desk multiple times—sometimes waiting hours—just to get clean towels delivered. This happened repeatedly, creating unnecessary inconvenience for our family. Beyond the room and service issues, the overall atmosphere of the resort did not feel inclusive or welcoming to families of color. There were moments when we felt isolated, as if we didn’t belong there. It is deeply disheartening to feel this kind of exclusion while on vacation, in a space where all families should feel safe, welcomed, and respected. This experience has left a lasting negative impression. What should have been a memorable family vacation became a series of frustrations, disappointments, and uncomfortable situations. I would not recommend Crown Paradise Club Cancun to anyone, especially to families of color who deserve to vacation without facing discrimination or poor service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to address the serious issues of staff training, hospitality, and inclusivity. No family should have to endure what we experienced.

The lip sync show was brilliant! Very entertaining. Jerry was our favourite waiter good jokes and still professional, but don’t get me wrong everyone else is very helpful, kind and provided the best customer service. Food in my opinion is fairly good all round if you’re eating at a buffet for example everything maintains its freshness and high quality taste with loads of food options and a frequent rotation and variations. The restaurants do provide a more of a dining out experience where you get seated and the overall vibes of the cuisine do match up to the theme based restaurant. It’s got a good number of sun beds all over the hotel. When it mentions all inclusive it is an ALL INCLUSIVE resort that provides everything from food and drinks that you can get 24/7, to facilities and entertainment such as the Lip sync show that we’ve watched today. As good as this hotel is at core for it to be a genuine 5* it could do with a gentle facelift to the rooms nothing major just little tweaks, it could also provide more of vegetarian/ pescatarian options like for example having a substitute options of authentic dishes by changing it with shrimp or fish, don’t get me wrong it does cater to vegetarians but it’s a very limited selection of things to eat, another thing is probably a-bit uncommon in Mexico, Cancun in general but I’d like to think that Alcohol-Free beer would be a great addition to the paradise. Overall we had an excellent experience! Will definitely be revisiting!

Service- the people outside of the front desk are wonderful! Very polite and work extremely hard! The front desk on other hand are extremely difficult to work with. They would charge us for something then refund and then charge again. It took over two hours to check in. The rooms are okay we had a room with kitchen but fridge nor coffee pot worked). Nothing special. The views are good. The food is okay. A variety but nothing really good to write home about. The pool activities are fun! We did not do beach bc of seaweed which we knew before coming. This is our fourth all inclusive resort and our least favorite.
