Large and beautiful resort! My stay overall was good! I loved the food, it was really good! I liked the beach. Compared to other resorts, it was cleaner. Regarding the room, ours was 1814, the safe, phone, and bathtub didn't work at all! We mentioned it to reception, and they sent a gentleman to fix it, but the next day it was the same. And since we're not people who complain much, we let it stay that way! Regarding cleanliness, the lady who cleaned our room always made an effort to keep it clean. I don't remember her name, but she was very friendly and helpful. I even asked her to surprise my partner because it was his birthday, and she decorated it beautifully! Another negative aspect was that the large pool was dirty and smelly! But otherwise, I recommend the resort!

We had an amazing time overall! From the moment we arrived, the staff was out of this world with their warm welcome and outstanding service throughout our entire stay. The resort itself is breathtaking!!!!!surrounded by nature, with beautiful scenery and animals all around that made the experience even more special. We booked the Premium Experience, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions we made. Everything felt elevated, and as part of this experience, the resort offered us a beach dinner for all Platinum guests, which was absolutely gorgeous! truly unforgettable. A huge part of what made our vacation so perfect was the incredible team members who went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for Ezequiel, Ramon, Tony, Alondra, Vanessa, Roberto, and Genaro!!! each of them made us feel cared for, special, and at home. Their service, kindness, and dedication really stood out and made our stay extraordinary. We cannot recommend this resort enough and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a memorable getaway!

I came here with my 6 year old son. I left my passport inside my purse because the safe had no instructions. My room came with no label or instructions for the safe or call log/extensions for the phone to dial for anything. So my phone and safe which are crucial to use was of no service since my room wasn’t properly equipped with its labels for its usage. Someone (I’m guessing it was room service) came in, opened my zippered purse and tampered with me and my son’s passports. ALL the pages were bent to the seem. These bents were extremely noticeably bents and crease lines on our covers in the middle. A passport that was flat in its totality was now with noticeable bent creased sheets and covers as if someone was scanning front and back pages as well as the covers and back side of our passports. I reported this to the security desk and they said TWICE the same story every time I would try to get update. We will get and log of who’s been in your room and will give you updates while asking who has been in your room questions about the situation. They said this the very first day I made them aware of the situation and said this again the very next day when I went to get an update. Which means since the first time they were made aware of the situation they never got the call logs or followed up with any answers or disciplinary actions towards their employees that have access to customers room. I will NEVER go here or trust another DR hotel because of this experience. They already have bad reputation on this and this experience just confirmed it. This puts a bad name on the experience and the country. Not having a staff that properly puts order and holds integrity to its highest standard is not something I will ever get near again.

Very friendly staff, superior and huge territory and rooms lots of birds and other animals and a piece of jungle in the middle of the resort. Rooms are also modern and decent size. There is so much to do as resort provides with different activities scheduled for every day, or you can simply chill on the beach or by the pool. We didn’t like the Steak house and Indean restaurant was so so but the Italian one was outstanding! So yeah, my first time in DR and I am so happy my wife picked this resort. Highly recommend!

We came here for our **1-year anniversary** expecting a special experience, but instead it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The food was **terrible**, with a very small variety and the same dishes repeated every single day. Communication was nearly impossible as hardly anyone speaks English, which made even the simplest requests frustrating. The rooms were **never properly cleaned**—we had to practically beg for toilet paper, towels, or even a basic tidy-up. They told us several times the bed sheets would be changed, but all they ever did was straighten the same dirty sheets. The air conditioning was another disaster: constantly switching off, making loud noises, and requiring multiple trips to reception just to get it looked at. Service in the restaurants was **painfully slow**; it took ages before anyone even acknowledged us for drinks or food. For our actual anniversary, I asked if they could do something nice in the room as a gesture. After hesitating and acting like it was a burden, they eventually placed a **few random petals** on the bed. That was it. Zero effort, zero care. Overall, this place was a **complete disappointment**. The service, the food, the cleanliness, everything was shockingly bad. I would **never come back** and I strongly recommend others do their research before wasting money here.
