We are having an amazing stay at this resort! Everything has been excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food has been delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the drinks are great as well. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the property is beautiful and well kept. There are lots of activities to enjoy, but it’s also perfect if you just want to relax. We especially loved the Japanese restaurant, SAKURA. The food was outstanding, and our chef NOEL was simply the best — such a great experience! Also, we were assigned a butler named Hector, who has been absolutely fantastic. He is very attentive, professional, and always makes sure we have everything we need. So far, everything has exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

They were our towel attendants and also ran the games every day, and honestly, they completely elevated our trip. They were always smiling, energetic, and made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. Whether it was helping us with towels, or getting everyone hyped for the pool games, they brought such positive vibes every single day. They remembered us, checked in on us, and made us feel like VIP guests. Their energy, professionalism, and friendliness did not go unnoticed. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Came here for my Daughter’s birthday, and just wow!! Such a wonderful place. Staff is excellent! Friendly, helpful, goes out of their way to help guests. The room was very nice and clean. My daughter loved the swing on the balcony. Pool was perfect for the family to enjoy together and the kids area is great! Food was cooked perfectly had enough taste to make you overeat lol. My family and I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend!

Great resort!! All of the workers are so fun and kind! They make all the events super enjoyable and engaging! Lots to do around the resort and good food. Definitely your moneys worth! Big resort but very walkable. Carlos and Enrique are some of the best poolside and event staff! They take the time to get to know you and remember you throughout ur stay. They are super fun and friendly. Overall great stay at this resort!
