Had an absolutely fabulous time here at Ocean El Faro. We upgraded to privileged and it was absolutely worth it! We were assigned a butler, Deiby, and he has made our trip amazing! Super attentive, and not to mention, extremely helpful. We had a party of 9 and he got us reservations to every restaurant we asked about, every time! I highly recommend asking for him if you do upgrade. The beach was a bit rock in some areas, but we didn't mind in the least. The pools were great, and the staff kept us entertained the whole time. Special shout out to our maid, she was totally on point with keeping our room top notch clean the entire time, as well as the pool staff for our swim up room. Our private pool was cleaned daily, and absolutely spotless! Would totally come back again!!!

They were our towel attendants and also ran the games every day, and honestly, they completely elevated our trip. They were always smiling, energetic, and made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. Whether it was helping us with towels, or getting everyone hyped for the pool games, they brought such positive vibes every single day. They remembered us, checked in on us, and made us feel like VIP guests. Their energy, professionalism, and friendliness did not go unnoticed. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. The resort is lucky to have them — they truly make the experience special. Thank you, Endrick, Roberto, and Gerson, for making our vacation unforgettable!

Pez Dama (Esdrubal - waiter) Our waiter asked us to be honest in pur review. I had the shrimp starting with octopus and shrimp soup while amy husband had the jerk chicken starting with tuna and beef soup. Everything had perfect flavour. Delicious. My only complaint would be that my coconut rice was cold but my husband's main was warm. Our waiter was absolutely lovely. Attentive, friendly, energetic and an excellent dancer. The atmosphere is lovely and the food came quickly.

We loved our stay at Ocean El Faro! Our rooms were clean and spacious. Cleaned well daily and fridge restocked! Shout out to Joel who gave us a smooth check in! Food great! Service was excellent! Huge shout out to Justina at the pool bar and Elizabeth in the lobby bar! You both went over and above and that elevated our experience!

We had such a wonderful week at El Faro! Though there was some noise from construction outside our room, the overall experience was wonderful. The staff at the pool bar-Justina, Johnathan, were so attentive and remembered our drink orders immediately and made our days so wonderful! We also had great service from Joel in the lobby bar and ALL of the staff at the Sports Bar! I also want to shout out Luisander for his attentive service!
