We really loved the resort and its amenities. The service was pretty good. We did encounter some superior service from Jhon and Justina at the pool bar, and Hector and Erika in the Lobby bar. They went above and beyond for us. The night scene has plenty of places to eat and things to do. It almost feels like you are walking through a small downtown area when it's actually the resort. Food was good too. Entertainment was very good and changed every day to something new. I recommend this resort.

Gilbert, Leonela, Juan Carlos y Francis did an amazing job serving us at the el beso pool bar! They made the best drinks. Everyone was nice and attentive. Gilbert by far was my favorite he had such a great charisma about him. He made me laugh, made great drinks and was just such a genuine soul. Best food by far was Pez dama, dolce vita, steakhouse, Sakura and room service! Thanks for a lovely experience. I had a lot of fun and would definitely come back!

John was amazing at the privilege pool, he was all smiles and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I would come back just for this man. He is amazing at what he does and is always making sure we like our drinks. He made this experience much more enjoyable. I love how he stays positive and is always smiling every day throughout the day. John is easily my favorite bartender!

Our experience at Ocean El Faro has been wonderful! The setting is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The El Beso Beach Bar server, Dari’s is great, as well as Edward, who served us our drinks while on the beach. Any questions we had or help we needed was quickly addressed by Jose, our butler/concierge. I definitely recommend the resort!

Elizabeth from the sports bar team is the best. This vacation is great. I like the restaurant. The pool is beautiful. The service staff are very cool. I will come back, the staff really made my trip. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our trip. The rooms are also really beautiful!
