Armando and the crew (Isabel) will take good care of you. We dined during Mexican Night and it did not disappoint. It was the best pozole that I’ve had away from my home. The salsa was spicy but tasty. The beers were cold and service was great. Definitely recommend!!

We recently stayed in the Family Section at Palladium Resort with our relatives and had the pleasure of meeting Armando, Miguel, and Ivonne, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Armando and Miguel were exceptionally accommodating, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their interactions with our children were particularly impressive; they were patient, kind, and always ready to bring a smile to their faces.
Ivonne, who ran the Kids Club, was absolutely wonderful. Her energy and creativity kept our children engaged and entertained, allowing us adults some precious moments to relax and enjoy ourselves. She was caring and attentive, making sure each child felt special and had a great time.
The level of service provided by Armando, Miguel, and Ivonne was truly exceptional, easily some of the best we have ever experienced. It is rare to find such genuine dedication and warmth in service. Their presence alone is a reason enough for us to consider returning to Palladium. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort to any family looking for a wonderful and stress-free holiday, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by these remarkable individuals. Thank you, Armando, Miguel, and Ivonne, for making our vacation so special!

This review is solely for the restaurant, The Nest, Mexican night. The food was excellent, it was kid-friendly with a smaller kids buffet, which my son loved. They had so many healthy choices, plenty of vegetables, pozole, tacos, and delicious desserts. Armando and Isabel were friendly and attentive.

To begin, we booked and paid for a panoramic ocean view room in the family selection, however when we arrived we were told that it was not available. We were not offered a lower price, in fact they said they would charge us $85 more per night if we wanted to stay in the panoramic ocean view room beginning two days into our stay. Best thing about this resort was the beach, it was nice. The rooms were hot and the A/C could not be turned up, so we were sweating all night long, very uncomfortable. The family pool was nice, but it was near impossible to get a towel. We ordered room service and it took over three hours to get (I'm not exaggerating) and only a few of the items we ordered were actually delivered. We were booked to stay 7 nights here, but after the fourth night of eating at the resorts restaurants, we all started to develop horrible stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea (the kind that makes is hard to leave the room as you need to be near a toilet). We only ate at the resort, so we know this illness was caused by the food they served. On the 5th day we had enough, and I called our airline to see if we could change our plane tickets and leave two nights early. When we were checking out we informed them that we were leaving two nights early due to food poisoning from their restaurants and we requested a refund for the two nights we had already paid for. They offered no apology, and refused to give us any sort of refund or compensation. Since we returned home, we have tried to contact the hotel and Grand Palladium customer service to again request a refund for the two nights we didn't stay there. They have completely ignored all of my emails and requests and have offered no compensation. We have stayed in Mexico resorts before but this one was just the absolute worst, made even worse by the fact that their "customer service department" doesn't want to help you at all - they just want your money. If you like getting sick, being extremely hot and uncomfortable, and throwing your money away then this is the resort for you. You have all been warned.

Amazing experience. Our daughter had such an amazing time with Reyna and Gabriela. Their activities with the kids were so fun and they were so much fun to be around. Some of their activities included Dave painting and dancing lessons with the kids at the pool. I simply cannot wait to return.
