Wonderful experience. Resort is a little older, but clean! Food is excellent & plenty of it! Couple small hiccups between website descriptions and what we got. Biggest was requiring a refresher course if you haven't dove in the last year. They won't charge if you can show basic skills in the pool. Mask clear, respirator recover and buoyancy control. Website says choice of 1...2 tank dive or 2....1 tank dives per day. They only offer the 2...1 tank dives per day. 8am & 1:30pm. Night dive at extra expense. Overall still a great experience

We paid thousands of dollars to stay at this resort and it was a TERRIBLE experience. Absolutely terrible and I will NEVER return there again. Ever. The food: terrible. The quality was so bad and even in the "nice" restaurants the food quality was so bad. It was a huge disappointment. You can barely get your hands on beef patties.... in Jamaica?! And with all the money we pay, they didn't want to even give you a bottle of coke and would look at you crazy. My partner and I did not finish one meal while we stayed there for 4 nights. The staff: absolutely terrible attitudes. It was so unfortunate and created a bad experience for us. An attitude when you ask for a drink, food, napkins, ICE EVEN! We were shocked and appalled. Then don't be a Black family there, you will be treated as lesser and tended to last compared to your white counterparts. It doesn't matter that you paid your hard earned money to have a great experience. I repeat, I will never go back there again and I will never recommend it to anyone I know. Many people I spoke with had similar things to say and it is truly unfortunate. Lastly, the rooms: spacious but old. The room we had smelled of mildew/mold and did not receive enough circulation. Our pullout bed had not been cleaned and dusted for well over a year because when we sat down, dust and allergens filled the room. It was terrible. O really I would rate this 0 out of 10 because never have I paid so much to go to a resort and have such a terrible experience all around. I caution anyone going there.

Great environment and the employees were very friendly. All staff ensured that we had everything we needed. They went out the way to assist us and gave great details on things around the resort.
The only issue was the toilet had a few issues but they were corrected promptly.

The staff at the resort are amazing. The shows are great and the beach is nice. The resort does need some updating especially the pools. They do have the flying roaches so unless you’ve seen one before it can be startling. The biggest gripe are the guests who leave their trash/food/plates and cups literally everywhere. The ride from the airport is almost 2 hours long but the transportation process is smooth and easy.

Family of 5, all enjoyed the resort greatly. Just a wonderful time. We all managed to fit in 1 room with 5 beds. Food was great, especially the Italian and French restaurants. The scuba diving was the highlight of the trip.
