It was good staying at this resort at tgr outskirt of Marrakash. My son also used the kids club Barcy. Staff specially Camelia and Hajar and Asma Rita was very friendly and welcoming. My son enjoyed staying at the club. He had all mix of activities very well planned by the staff. Arts, darts, mini golf, and indoor activities. Will definitely recommend the resort and kids club.

Lovely hotel, kind and friendly staff, our waiter at dinner was wonderful, very helpful and always had somewhere for us to sit. Facilities where very good nice and clean. Only negative thing is the room coukd have been a little cleaner, alot of dust and dirt under the bed. Would definitely recommend

I stayed at the hotel as a couple for 4 nights. The complex is beautiful, with large green spaces and lovely scenery. Unfortunately, that’s one of the only positive points about this hotel. The rest doesn’t live up to expectations: • the room was poorly cleaned upon our arrival: clumps of hair found on the floor • handprints on the bathroom windows • a leaking shower • the air conditioning didn’t work the first evening — you could have taken the time to test it • the fridge wasn’t working This is not at all up to the standard of a hotel that advertises itself as 5 stars. I’d say it’s more like a weak 4-star at best.

Had a lovely time here; nice, clean and friendly. Buffet; always something that can be eaten, tasty, but could be hotter. Service; great staff, very attentive (Sara and Miriham) Entertainment isn't the best and was glad I was herr before children's holidays came as there just isnt much for them to do. Room; clean and tidy. Had an issues in first room and was moved instantly; no issues and never made to feel like it was too much..

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel, and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the very beginning, we received a warm and genuine welcome at the entrance by Choaib and Zouhair. These two gentlemen assisted us with the check in process, and immediately made us feel at ease. We had a very pleasant conversation, and as a family with three children, we were comfortably escorted to our room in a golf cart along with our luggage. Everything was carefully arranged, and prepared for us upon arrival. Mr. Zouhair took the time to explain all the hotel facilities and activities in great detail. He highlighted the different amenities available, including separate swimming pools for children and adults, which were absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained, and very organized. Throughout the hotel, staff members are always ready to assist you. Despite not speaking Moroccan or French, we were able to communicate perfectly in English with Zouhair, Choaib, and the rest of the staff, which made our stay even more comfortable. The next day, after breakfast, we visited several places in the center of Marrakech based on Zouhair’s recommendations. His advice truly enhanced our experience in the city. When we returned to the hotel, our children were overjoyed to spend time at the pool. Mr. Omar kindly helped us with towels and pool items for the kids. The environment was extremely child friendly. We enjoyed delicious ice creams, and refreshing cold juices. The modern system of scanning a QR code to order at the bar was very convenient. The seating and layout around the children’s pool were excellent, clean, organized, and safe, allowing us to easily keep an eye on our children. This hotel is highly recommended for families with children. The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is outstanding. We visited the à la carte Italian restaurant because one of our children was craving pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. Compliments to the pizza chef. Our other two children wanted sushi and noodles, which we found at the Asian restaurant. Meanwhile, my partner and I enjoyed a reservation at the Moroccan restaurant, where we experienced authentic and flavorful dishes. All three restaurants had professional, attentive, and friendly staff, making us feel completely comfortable and well taken care of. We also enjoyed a variety of fresh juices, delicious tagines, and even Lebanese cuisine. At one point, I casually asked Zouhair if it would be possible to get some extra oranges, he kindly said he would arrange it, and to my surprise, he later brought a full plate of fresh oranges directly to our room. I was honestly speechless. His kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring that we felt comfortable and happy as a family truly touched us. This is something I will never forget, thank you so much, Zouhair. On the day of our departure, we had breakfast before leaving. Our luggage was carefully brought to the car, and placed inside for us. Even our car key was neatly handled, and ready at the reception. We were warmly waved goodbye, and the staff genuinely showed interest in our experience. Without a doubt, the next time we visit Marrakech, we will return to Barceló Marrakech, thanks to the exceptional service of Zouhair, Choaib, and the entire team.
