We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech. The service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, and from the moment you walk in, the lobby smells amazing, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choice and fresh, delicious options each morning. The spa treatments are also highly recommended – especially the massages. A special thanks to Ghislaine, who is truly exceptional at what she does! The only small downside is that rooms located near the pool can sometimes be a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend Le Grand Savoy Hotel Marrakech!

We’ve just had an excellent stay at the Savoy Le Grand during our trip to Marrakech. The location is superb being a short trip from the airport and close by to the medina and attractions while being in a quieter area. We received a free room upgrade to a suite and it was extremely spacious, equipped and clean. Staff at the hotel were very friendly, professional and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. Facilities at the Savoy were excellent with a choice of pools both outdoors and inside. Food and drink was very good with my only slight complaint being the cost of soft drinks. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice from fresh fruit and yoghurts to continental style cheese, meat and breads to local delicacies like the delicious msemen. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.

Excellent hotel, and great location. Great 2 large swimming pools in 2 different areas, ice cold, hardly anyone swimming as real ice cold but after the heat its a nice awesome dip. There is also an indoor pool with jacuzzi etc. You got loads of food, ice cream, pasta, pizza, burgerking, places outside the hotel although food inside the hotel is equally tasty. A little pricier. Beer from hotel bar , £7 bottle, today rates. You also got bars and clubs around the hotel as well, so there is a lot of choices. The souk is 39 mins walk on a straight road but well worth the walk, taxi will take about 10 mins but they will charge a 100 and you gotta haggle to at least 40 or 50 after some argument but its all part of bartering and bantering. We had awesome laughs here 😄 The service I got to give 4. The reason being is that there is a mall next to the hotel. There is a carrefour. Where you can buy beer. I totally respect that this is Muslim country and alcohol is frowned on but you can buy beer from restaurants outside the hotel..... but I respect it. So I decided to buy a six pack, to drink with my bro in our room. Carrefour won't let you exit to the main street with the beer , so you walk back through the mall to the hotel, which is joined. The door between the mall and hotel has a security guard that opens and closes the door. He decided to question what I bought. I showed him. He said you cannot take beer in the hotel grounds, I said its going to my room, he wouldn't have it and called on hotel management, they apologise but still would not let me take it to my room. They will keep it secure until I leave. So my thought here is, I buy beer, cannot walk out off carrefour to the main street, so can only walk through mall to hotel, cannot drink in any of these locations, i respect that, get to hotel grounds and still cannot drink it as it is held by hotel until I check out, in which when I check out, I cannot drink in the hotel foyer, or outside or in the taxi to airport or at the airport! So its waste! I think the hotel could have been more accommodating and allowed for the beer to be stored in the fridge in my room, for a chilled evening on the balcony in the heat before sleeping. Hope I made sense here. I know what Savoy is going to reply, you can just guess it! But overall, the rest of the service from the restaurant , reception and bar area was awesome. Had a great stay here and will come back.

Old rooms - smell very musty. Tried to air it out with the balcony door open but the smell lingers. Needs updating throughout whole hotel. Also WiFi is extremely poor and patchy. Pool music extremely loud if you have a pool facing room. Cannot sleep until it’s turned off. Absolutely not a 5 star. I’ve been to marrakech many times before and this was so disappointing. Avoid

The first thing which made me a huge impression was the service - exceptionally good! The staff was super polite, nice and professional. The hotel is very clean, well-equipped and established, rooms are cleaned almost every day, and towels are being changed very often as well. The second thing which is worth mentioning - the breakfast. So many choices, which are always fresh, prepared every morning in front of you. Haven't eaten a better breakfast than this one anywhere else. The only thing which was not on the level I expected for the price we paid was the spa center. The indoor pool was rather chilly, the massages were nothing exceptional. Overall the spa center needs to be improved in terms of services, amenities etc. Excluding that, everything else was 10 out of 10.
