The animation team at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Hotel made our stay unforgettable! From morning activities to evening shows, they brought so much energy, fun, and positivity every single day. They were always friendly, approachable, and made sure guests of all ages felt included. The kids loved the games and mini disco, while the adults had a great time with the sports, pool activities, and entertainment. What really stood out was how genuine and hardworking the team was — they weren’t just doing a job, they truly cared about creating a great experience. Their creativity, sense of humor, and enthusiasm made the atmosphere at the hotel so lively. A huge thank you to the whole animation crew for making our holiday so special. We’ll definitely come back, and the animation team will be one of the biggest reasons why!

They are not only talented and professional but also warm, friendly, and genuinely caring with both adults and children. What impressed me most was how they managed to include everyone—whether you wanted to join in a game, dance, or simply enjoy the entertainment from the sidelines. The kids’ activities were especially well thought out, giving parents a chance to relax while the little ones had the time of their lives. Every single member of the team brought their own unique spark, and together they created such a lively and welcoming atmosphere. They truly went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt special.

I had a really fun day at the Aqua Park by Pickalbatros in Marrakech. The water slides and pools are well kept, and there’s plenty of variety for both kids and adults. Everything felt clean and organized, which made the experience enjoyable. One highlight of my visit was the restaurant. The food was good, but what really stood out was the service. The supervisor, Younis, was extremely helpful and attentive. He made sure everything went smoothly and checked in more than once to see if we needed anything, which left a very positive impression. Overall, I’d rate it 4 stars. It’s a great place to spend the day, and with a little improvement in food options and waiting times, it could easily be a 5-star experience

Great hotel! The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to cater to every need. The property is very clean and feels safe, making it easy to relax and enjoy. The pool area is perfect for unwinding, and the gym is spacious and well equipped. The only downside is that the “spa” is essentially just an indoor pool with a couple of hot tubs. That being said, I would definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Only it was pretty warm at night in the room. Maybe it was because we were on the second floor and on the corner I don’t know. The food was great one of the best I ever had in an all inclusive hotel. The staff was really nice and always going that extra mile to help you. The aqua park was amazing so many pools and slides! Also the pools at the hotel were good. Only thing about that was they need to repair the bottom at the pool from the hotel because it is coming off. We are certainly coming back and will stay longer the next time.
