The staff was so kind and really took care of us. Great place for some quiet and privacy after a busy week of travel to the Sahara and back. Great to have a modern hotel to end our stay in Morocco. Shuttle to the Medina and airport was easy and clean. Everyone was so helpful and hospitable. Loved having our own heated pool. My son loved ordering cheeseburgers in the room. Massage was wonderful. Thank you for a lovely and welcoming stay!

Lovely 5 stay break! The staff at this hotel are better than 5*. Every member of the team were exceptional and it makes such a difference to a holiday. The hotel is spotless, the food was great, good facilities including massages etc. The gym was adequate however they could do with new treadmills. We came in November so swimming in the main pool was somewhat refreshing but that was clear from the website and there are two further pools which are heated. It is that bit further away from the centre but free shuttle buses are available. We had a car and there was plenty of parking. Our flight was later in the day so they allowed a late checkout and welcomed us to use the hotel facilities without further charge which we were willing to pay. A great experience and we thank everyone for looking after us so very well. Would certainly recommend.

This is our third two week trip here and it will not be our last. This is perfection for me and my husband. Chic, tranquil and utter relaxation. The staff’s attentiveness is second to none. The food is gorgeous. The double bed sun loungers are supremely comfortable. We love having a treatment for a bit of decadence and some extra zen. It has a very decent gym. The rooms are beautiful, clean, pretty luxurious. Even more so if you go for a private pool. But there is always space to catch some rays, or a shaded corner to curl up with a book. I just love love love it here. Can’t wait till next year.

From the moment you arrive to when you actually leave the service from the Hotel staff is exceptional.If you want a relaxing holiday this Hotel is for you. The accommodation has everything even homemade biscuits in your room. Breakfast excellent choices .Varied lunches. Dinner waiter service with tablecloths. A special thank you toSalah and Zouhair who made our stay even more Special. Also a personal thank you to the Owner and Manager who came around every day to ask everyone was happy with Hotel. A wonderful Spa excellent massages. Not forgetting the Pool Service was excellent nothing too much trouble. Thank you Sirayane Hotel.

Positive: the pool area is nice, the restaurant is good in the evening and also for lunch. Also the breakfast buffet combination with ala carte is very nice. Rooms are modern and spacious. Room for improvement: service is generally good but lack of motivation is causing delay sometimes. They water the plants every day and the whole area behind the rooms is flooded. This is resulting in a army of mosquitos and obviously they will find the way into your room. This should be changed - they water the garden the wrong way. It was the only place in Marokko where we saw mosquitos. The room also has issues with the plumbing system: our sink was not working and a guy tried to fix it 2 times - i think they should look for a better maintenance guy. To the location: the place is in nowhere and surrounded by building placed/construction sites. Not really nice but you don't feel/hear much. And they offer a shuttle service to go to Jemma El Fna so you can dine outside easily. Spa: very nice hammam and massage - we enjoyed it! Costs are reasonable. 45min Hammam and 1 hour massage for aprox. CHF 75.00 pP. Gym: a Mini-Gym - you find all in there but the devices are old and very dirty. You don't have space to lay down except outside on the veranda where you need to withstand the ugly smell. Overall: if you expect the level of a Four Seasons you are wrong here. Overall it is a nice resort but lacks in regards to quality in the rooms and cleanliness in the outside areas. We used it at the end and to relax at the pool and enjoy. If you want to experience Marrakech it is definitely the wrong hotel - you should go closer to the city center (best a Riad).
