I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Whilst the whole experience was impressive, the standout for me was the quality of the service. The staff in the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming. By the end of my stay, they were very familiar to us and brought our usual coffee order without us even asking. My room was very clean, and any issues we had were sorted within the hour minutes. The free transport into the centre of Marrakech was very helpful and made it easy and relaxing to get closer in to the city. I would have no trouble recommending this hotel to anyone.

Perfect place to relax. Quiet hotel within a 20minute drive from the airport. Very clean room, local and international food served, everything was amazing and super tasty. Great cocktails to relax by the pool. To highlight is the excellent service we experienced by all staff members throughout the resort. Everyone was super attentive and friendly. Hotel is great for couples and families!

Our stay at this hotel in Marrakesh was simply unforgettable. It’s tucked away in a peaceful location that feels like the middle of nowhere, yet it’s conveniently close to the city center. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and every corner of the hotel was spotless. You can really see how much care and attention they give to every detail. The service was truly outstanding. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. I especially want to thank Youssef at the pool. He was always smiling and checking on the guests, adjusting the umbrellas to make sure we stayed cool and comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness really stood out. In the restaurant, we were served by Said, Zuhair, and Hatem — three young and incredibly professional waiters. They were always friendly, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome every time. Whether we were eating at the restaurant, by the pool, or in our room, they always provided excellent service with a smile. And the food… absolutely delicious. Every meal was à la carte, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The quality was exceptional, and each dish had that extra touch of luxury that made dining feel like a real treat. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the free shuttle to the city center made everything even more convenient. There's also a lovely spa on-site that’s definitely worth discovering if you're looking for some relaxation and self-care. This hotel is a true gem in Marrakesh. I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality experience with authentic Moroccan hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back.

We stayed in this Hôtel my wife of three boys for 5 days in July 2025. Every little thing in this place exceeded our expectation. The food definetlybwasthe highlight of our visit (we were on full board). Not only the menu is amazing but the execution of the dishes redefined the meaning of a culinary experience (morrocan and international). Adding on top of that the most proffessional hospitality service we ever experienced. Litterally everyone was the nicest person ever ready to help, listen and provide service even when not asked. The personnel is what gave this place its 5th star! Thank you all (Hatim, Said, youssef,Zouhir...all) My kids had a blast in the pool, in the suit room, at the restaurent ... If I come back to Marrakech, Sirayane would be my go to place, definetly! 🤍
