I had a truly wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel Marrakech. From the moment I arrived, everything was impeccable – the ambiance, the cleanliness, the food, and above all, the service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Ms. KHAULA from the Jamra poolside team. Her professionalism, warm hospitality, and constant smile made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. She truly embodies the spirit of excellent service and made a lasting impression on us & the kids.❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and top-notch service in the heart of Marrakech.

The hotel is really aesthetically pleasing. Everything was clean and well presented. The smell of the hotel is definitely what’s stands out to me - it smells amazing. All of the staff were even truly friendly especially Naima who was our lovely host during breakfast at. She was extremely friendly, accommodating and welcoming which made our stay really special. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Good selection available at breakfast. Daily chocolate hour between 5pm and 6pm is nice along with complimentary tea. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the team at the hote.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Great service thoughout. Clean. Well maintained. Breakfast is phenomenal and selections of food abound. I had breakfast with several peacocks every morning of my stay. There is a lovely tea/coffee shop inside the hotel that has an excellent selection of gourmet treats including high end packages teas and coffee. The pool area is absolutely spectacular with showers, cabanas, bars, and several pools to suit your tastes. Rooms are well appointed (iron is in the room. My room had an adorable small balcony which I enjoyed every morning and evening to listen to the passive sounds of the city. No worries about noise. I slept well and in reasonable quiet in my cozy bed. I would stay here again and am now eager to visit other Movenpick properties thanks to this visit.

The location of the hotel is good The quality of the hotel is average for a 5 star hotel. Personally my room had a lot of damages + a door which would not lock so they put a make shift door stop on. Restaurant service is very slow the tables are left dirty until you chase the restaurant staff over 3 times to clear the table.
