If you’re staying here, do yourself a favour and spend some time at the bar, because Ali is genuinely exceptional. From the first evening he remembered our preferences, welcomed us like returning friends, and somehow balanced warm conversation with total professionalism. His cocktails were consistently spot-on, his recommendations were perfect (both drinks and local tips), and the service never felt rushed even when the bar was busy. What really stood out was the care: thoughtful little touches, calm efficiency, and a brilliant sense of timing that made the whole experience feel effortless. Ali is the kind of person who turns a nice hotel into a memorable one. Management should be proud, and if you’re reading this – thank you, Ali.

I had an unforgettable stay at Kenzi Menara Palace. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly designed for relaxation from the large pool to the peaceful gardens and spacious rooms. Everything about the property feels elegant and welcoming. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the wonderful staff. Everyone is kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Asmae from the entertainment team she is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her positive energy, warm personality, and dedication to guests are truly remarkable. She made my stay even more enjoyable, and I am very thankful for her outstanding service. I highly recommend Kenzi Menara Palace to anyone visiting Marrakech. I will definitely come back!

Abdullah in the bar was very friendly, smiley and helpful. Makes a lovely cup of Moroccan tea and made sure our needs were catered for. He brought a table, for me, as I couldn't reach the bar (I'm in wheelchair). He's an asset to the hotel. Hicham, in the pool bar, was also a friendly and very helpful member of staff. Another fantastic asset to the hotel and pool bar. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some attention. We were unable to have a lovely refreshing shower as the water pressure was very weak, even so, the bathroom flooded as the shower water didn't drain away. The mattresses were incredibly hard and despite being told I would be given a softer mattress, all that happened was a duvet was put on top of the mattress under the sheet. It, sadly, didn't help. The mattresses by the pool were more comfy than the beds. The food was rather samey. This hotel is also under the path of the planes taking off from the airport, plane noise is loud and regular, however, it's near to the airport so you don't have to worry too much about missing your flight. All that being said, many of the staff were kind, cheerful and couldn't do enough for you.

I spent my 34th birthday here and I can recommend to everyone! The staff, food, room, spa, cleanliness...everything is absolutely beautiful! The hotel is close to the old town and shopping, and will provide transport when needed. The food changed daily and is exceptional. The staff are absolutely wonderful and I cannot fault anything. They go out of their way to make you happy. I have had the best birthday a woman can ask for! Thank you so much! And I wish to come back and stay again for longer. Many thanks, Raine :)
