The hotel was truly wonderful overall, we were very pleased. The only minor drawback was that the hammam was a bit expensive, but otherwise everything was perfect. The entertainment activities were really enjoyable, and the atmosphere was incredibly friendly and warm. Zerrin, Abdellah, Faissal, Salma, Said, Nouad, Lahfidi Marouane, Jaman, and Abdelhag were wonderful people who made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt like we were in a family environment. They are such lovely people. Thanks to them, we made new friends. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone ✨

If you’re staying here, do yourself a favour and spend some time at the bar, because Ali is genuinely exceptional. From the first evening he remembered our preferences, welcomed us like returning friends, and somehow balanced warm conversation with total professionalism. His cocktails were consistently spot-on, his recommendations were perfect (both drinks and local tips), and the service never felt rushed even when the bar was busy. What really stood out was the care: thoughtful little touches, calm efficiency, and a brilliant sense of timing that made the whole experience feel effortless. Ali is the kind of person who turns a nice hotel into a memorable one. Management should be proud, and if you’re reading this – thank you, Ali.

Brilliant holiday with the family, some shout outs to the wonderful staff: Hicham- best bar man! Abdula - best cocktail maker! Ilysses - main man, best entertainment in the world! Marwan - brilliant service, second to none. Remembered all of the small things for our family. Top notch! 10/10, can't wait to come back!

Overall a good stay. The food was good at moments but overall pretty average (too many salads and sides with not enough mains, especially at dinner) The staff were pleasant in general but also very rude on occasion. In addition to this, they were very hot on any kind of rule breaking I.e using a beach towel without permission or taking food to a sun lounger. I appreciate that little things like this might technically be against the rules, but I think a bit of leniency would go a long way with how people review the staff. The shining star was Abdullah who works behind the reception bar. He was attentive, considerate and a delight to chat with

I had an unforgettable stay at Kenzi Menara Palace. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly designed for relaxation from the large pool to the peaceful gardens and spacious rooms. Everything about the property feels elegant and welcoming. But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the wonderful staff. Everyone is kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A special mention goes to Asmae from the entertainment team she is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her positive energy, warm personality, and dedication to guests are truly remarkable. She made my stay even more enjoyable, and I am very thankful for her outstanding service. I highly recommend Kenzi Menara Palace to anyone visiting Marrakech. I will definitely come back!
