Our time at Kenzi Ménara Palace was wonderful. Ayoub made the breakfast service smooth and welcoming, which gave a perfect start to the day. The pool is big and very calm, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A great place to relax and enjoy.

On first appearance the hotel is great, rooms are spacious and clean. We are a group of golfers come to play golf and drink. First night the hotel ran out of beer, all beers. We had to wait sometimes half an hour to be served at the bar. Not because it was busy but it was clear they didn’t want us there. 2nd day at the pool, you’re not allowed a towel unless you leave a £30 deposit at reception, why ? For a single towel for a sun bed, what kind of nonsense is this ? Some, not all, of the staff are bordering rude, as I said before it’s clear they don’t want us here. Is it because we’re White ? Maybe. Golfers ? Maybe. Non Muslim ? probably. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

As a family of 4 we have just returned from a wonderful 6 day trip to Marrakesh. The positives about Kenzi Menara Palace. - Great service from the staff, who are friendly and always have a smile. Two call outs for exceptional service, are Adel in the Moroccan restaurant, who took great delight in choosing our Moroccan evening dinner. By creating a sharing menu he introduced the family to some amazing dishes. Secondly, Soulfiane was our waiter most evenings in the main restaurant and he was amazingly attentive and chatty. - I would highly recommend using the hotels concierge service who laid on two excellent tailored trips, at prices better than the likes of Trip Advisor. One was a 4 hour private tour of the Souks with Adbane, who spoke fluent English and adapted the tour to what we wanted to do. The second trip was the use of a driver for 4 hours to take us to YSL Garden (absolutely amazing and the highlight of our holiday), the tannery and Bahia Palace. We booked the trips 24 hours in advance. - The hotel is everything you would expect of a hotel of this size and is located less than 10 minutes for the main square. The hotel provides shuttle buses alternatively a taxi cost about £6 - 7. - The swimming pool is amazing and a great place to come back and relax after the hustle and bustle of the souks. - The main restaurant served excellent food and provides a mixture of Moroccan and western dishes. In summary, unless you want to be in a Rhiad in old Marrakesh the Kenzi Menara Palace is likely to meet all your family needs.

Great hotel but they charge money for the towels at the pool. We forgot the towels the last day of the holiday. I called them 3 times and the reception promised that they would pay 5 x 20 euro. We didnt get our money back so a negative review for this hotel.

Great facilities, lovely food that changes everyday with a good selection. Mouad organised some great activities like darts and water gym, we weren't very good but had fun! Would definitely recommend.
