I had the pleasure of staying here as well as at Kenzi Club during my recent trip. On the first day of our arrival, we were informed that there had been a mistake with our booking and that a room was not available at the hotel. After some time, they arranged to transfer us to the other Kenzi property. While this was initially a slight disappointment—especially since we were traveling with an infant—the hotel staff handled the situation very professionally. They truly made up for the inconvenience and then some. We were upgraded and offered several complimentary gestures, which we really appreciated. What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and that level of service made a big difference for our family. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained, and overall the experience turned out to be very positive despite the rocky start. I would absolutely consider staying with Kenzi again because of how well they handled the situation and how genuinely kind the staff were.

Positives * Beautiful weather * The shuttle to the souks * Large bed Negatives (brace yourself, there are many): * Did not get offered a welcome drink. * Cold welcome from the concierge when we first arrived. No smile or hello. * Dinner service was abysmal, chaotic with not enough staff. I have photos of what is the worst dinner service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. * Not enough tables for guests to eat, waiting for 20 mins to be seated on tables that still have food/used crockery from previous guests. Absolutely horrific! * Queues at the bar by the pool were ridiculous, with only one person at the bar at peak times. * Limited cocktail options and the pina colada tasted like cheese. * Mediocre food at meal times with only one (rarely two) items that were edible. * Snacks not included on an all inclusive package- leftover pastries from breakfast offered and the thinnest slices of pizza I’ve ever seen that go within the first 2 mins they’re brought out (offered within a 2 hour window) * Not enough plates for guests during busy meal times and many plates weren’t cleaned properly so clearly hadn’t been checked before putting them out. * When walking around the grounds there wasn’t a warm reception from staff in the form of greetings. Only some guests were given the privilege of a smile or hello. * Preferential treatment to some guests over others which wasn’t concealed very well. * Outdated rooms * Queues everywhere in the hotel * n.b. decaf coffee is an additional cost (at this point we could only laugh when told) * Breakfast was poor and the one good thing they had (fresh msemmen) was rarely available or reserved for certain guests. * We were delighted to leave the hotel and will not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good time.

The hotel was truly wonderful overall, we were very pleased. The only minor drawback was that the hammam was a bit expensive, but otherwise everything was perfect. The entertainment activities were really enjoyable, and the atmosphere was incredibly friendly and warm. Zerrin, Abdellah, Faissal, Salma, Said, Nouad, Lahfidi Marouane, Jaman, and Abdelhag were wonderful people who made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt like we were in a family environment. They are such lovely people. Thanks to them, we made new friends. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone ✨

Beautiful hotel and very clean. Our room is very spacious and clean also. The hotel is located in a nice area of Marrakech with bars and shops nearby. There is a lovely ambience to the hotel and the staff are very nice and friendly. The bar men Zakaria and Nordine are very polite, professional and efficient. The events manager Ilyass is always happy to help and make sure you are enjoying your stay and also his team Asmae and Abdel.

Brilliant holiday with the family, some shout outs to the wonderful staff: Hicham- best bar man! Abdula - best cocktail maker! Ilysses - main man, best entertainment in the world! Marwan - brilliant service, second to none. Remembered all of the small things for our family. Top notch! 10/10, can't wait to come back!
