The hotel was amazing would definitely come back and also Amin who was in the animation team was really great!! He got everyone involved made all of us have a great time with the activities during the day and night. The rooms are good and if you have a family definitely ask for the ground floor garden rooms. Hotel was very clean and the noise level was good. The only thing is the all inclusive finishes at 11pm and everything shuts down for the night. It was all very good. Amenities was great. It was a great holiday.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The service is wonderful and the staff are great. It's changed a little since the Marriot group has taken over. It was lovely to see Adnane who takes pride in his work and smartly dressed and over worked. Bushra is new and very friendly with guest at arrival. The concierge staff are wonderful not to mention Lamisia and the night staff. The restaurant has changed a little since Marriot has taken over and the chefs are very polite, smartly dressed and are visable during food times. The bar manager Fouad who has been there for many years is a great credit to this hotel not to mention his star worker Hind. I have used the spa facility many times. It has had a refurbishment aswell. Ibtissam who is always smiling and welcoming and very polite and kind offers a professional relaxing massage who is a great credit to this wonderful hotel and spa. From the moment of arriving at the hotel to leaving its always a pleasure to see Aschraf & Saeed & his Co workers who are on hand to help out with transport.

An excellent resort 30 minutes from the city center. Clean, spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. All staff are always attentive, precise, and smiling. Entertainment is always cheerful with different activities every day, and the kids club is good (perhaps it should be open a few hours longer). The water park is perfect for children, the only thing that needs improving is a little more maintenance and cleaning of the chairs and sun loungers. The food is plentiful and varied and the restaurants is always clean. The Moroccan restaurant inside (for a fee) is really excellent. Special thanks to Younes for quenching our thirst with his excellent cocktails, but also to all the resort staff in general.

We had a wonderful stay at Eden! We loved the entertainment, the food was great. The shows on the evening are great and the kids found them amazing. I’d recommend trying to get a seat outside in the evening, we found it was a much better atmosphere, especially with the live music as you ate. We did a couple of excursions. The camels were brilliant and a family member went on a hot air balloon and had an amazing time, all of which can be booked in the hotel. We went to the markets a couple of times and used the free shuttle bus the hotel provides, which was really useful. The rooms were lovely and clean and had aircon, the kids slept on the smaller beds and said they were very comfy. All in all, we have had an amazing time and will look to come back again.

My husband, our two daughters, and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The kids loved the 8pm mini disco, the water park, and the pools. On hotter days, like when it reached 33°C, the outdoor pool was perfect, though when it’s below 31°C it can feel a bit too cold for children. The staff really made the difference. Bushra (Guests Relation Manager) and Soufiane (Front Desk Manager) went above and beyond for us, arranging vegetarian sandwiches and paninis, booking us into the Moroccan restaurant, and always checking in with a smile. Toward the end of our stay our children fell ill, and they were so kind, constantly asking after them and even arranging a free late check-out. Their care turned our holiday into something truly memorable. The wider staff across the restaurants and hotel were also very warm and attentive. There are a few areas that could be improved: more daytime activities for children, more variety in vegetarian food (especially eggless desserts like ice cream included without extra cost), and a better selection of mocktails. The spa facilities could also be more guest-friendly, as there are extra charges for using the indoor pool and sauna. Overall, we left with happy memories and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. Thanks to the wonderful staff and especially Bushra and Soufiane, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
