My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The facilities were excellent — from the pool and spa to the dining options, everything exceeded expectations. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I will definitely be coming back

Stayed August 31st with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) in a family room booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, several serious issues made this an unpleasant experience despite some positive aspects. Major Concerns: Food poisoning on our last night - All four family members experienced vomiting and diarrhea after eating at the buffet. The hotel nurse tried to dismiss it as unrelated to the food, which was unprofessional given that our entire family was affected. Persistent AC noise - Loud air conditioning kept us awake despite calling reception for assistance. The issue was never resolved. Overpriced for quality - At $450/night, this does not deliver 5-star value or experience. Poor hallway maintenance - Guests were hanging wet clothes and towels on hallway railings to dry, creating an unprofessional appearance that management seemed to ignore. What we liked: Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful Good variety of food options at the buffet We spoke with management during our stay, but the core issues weren't adequately addressed. The hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed in food safety protocols, room maintenance, and matching pricing to actual quality delivered. Would I recommend? Not at this price point. For a family vacation, there are better value options that prioritize guest health and comfort.

We loved this place! The Hotel was lovely, reception, waiters/waitress's,bar staff, grounds keep, pool attendants and especially animation team were all very attentive and it was always service with a smile. I appreciate that everyone has certain expectations but we definitely come back again. *****

Very pleasant hotel with incredible staff. We all had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend Eden Andalou to anyone as it caters for everyone. The food, shows, pool and activities are all excellent! Our friend Happiness was amazing and made our holiday very enjoyable.

Hotel- reception staff were helpful when we needed our boarding passes printed. Food - same food all day everyday! After day 3 it's boring and a little bit of variety would be nice. I have never been to an all inclusive hotel where there is no ice cream available. You could buy lollys but at nearly £5 each you want to give it a miss. All drinks have to be served to you there is no help yourself dispenser available again first time I've been to a hotel where this is the case. Coffee machine was a hit or miss you would press for a coffee and it was a gamble if you'd get a coffee or a hot chocolate. When getting breakfast lunch or dinner it felt like you were begging for food having to have someone put it on your plate for you! Waiting staff and kitchen staff (especially pasta station man) were lovely and very helpful. Room - was a nice size for 5 of us however one of the small beds wasn't made up for little one. Would have been nice to have a balcony especially when the kids went to bed. Entertainment - what entertainment absolutely nothing for the children no play park. No activitys, evening entertainment was a few workers doing the conger and that's as far as it went. We went to our room about 830 every night as there just was nothing. Aquapark - made to use mats on all the slides which made it very dangerous especially for the children only a couple of slides suitable for the kids. Not very clean and very rundown we paid to go to oasiria waterpark about 10 minutes away that was much better. Lifeguards - sat on a chair around the pool asleep 85% of the time. Same 5 songs played all day when played other times it's silence for hours. Shop - over priced and rude staff. Would not pay £2.50 for a kinder Bueno. Shuttle - best part of the holiday was escaping the hotel! Shuttle was brilliant to get into the main medina. Would never in a million years rate this hotel as a 3* let alone a 5* hotel! We definitely won't return.
