Very disappointing experience. The hotel itself is more like a 3 star and , most things are run down, rooms are noisy and you can hear guests moving furniture and stomping around in their rooms at all hours. The device isn’t great, they ration your food, and you have to walk around looking for cutlery and the bowls and plates are not near the stations for food. When I asked for pool towels I was told to got to reception, when I went to reception they said to go to the 2nd pool. When I asked for mint tea at the cafe I was told to go reception. They never made up the bed for my child in our room, the phone didn’t work and the door didn’t lock. Also, they don’t tell you that’s you need to book cabs in advance so when we went to call a taxi I, they were rude and.condescending and told me I should have booked in advance but there is no information that tells you this, it’s only when I said I would call and uber that they could get a taxi quicker and then once we were in it they stopped us and had us change to another taxi. The spa is also not good, we booked pedicures and manicure, they are no proper stations instead they have 2 uncomfortable chairs with a foot stool that kept sliding. I never saw them clear the tools and the staff seemed like they didn’t know how to do a normal Mani /pedi. They kept looking for cotton buds and varnish remover and nail oil as each ‘station’ didn’t have their own and they kept trying to share it. It’s on the 2 floor on steep steps so was challenging for my elderly mother to walk up and we would not have book had we known. Overall this hotel is not worth it, plenty of other nice hotels to choose from and the staff are not friends and service was poor. Do not recommend.

​We had a wonderful experience at Eden Andalou and truly felt like we had a 5-star stay. The staff were exceptionally warm, hardworking, and friendly throughout our visit. We were impressed by the delicious food and the wide variety of options available at every meal. A huge thanks to the animation team, their endless activities made the trip so much fun for both us and the kids. A special shout-out to Amin for going above and beyond!

My husband, our two daughters, and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The kids loved the 8pm mini disco, the water park, and the pools. On hotter days, like when it reached 33°C, the outdoor pool was perfect, though when it’s below 31°C it can feel a bit too cold for children. The staff really made the difference. Bushra (Guests Relation Manager) and Soufiane (Front Desk Manager) went above and beyond for us, arranging vegetarian sandwiches and paninis, booking us into the Moroccan restaurant, and always checking in with a smile. Toward the end of our stay our children fell ill, and they were so kind, constantly asking after them and even arranging a free late check-out. Their care turned our holiday into something truly memorable. The wider staff across the restaurants and hotel were also very warm and attentive. There are a few areas that could be improved: more daytime activities for children, more variety in vegetarian food (especially eggless desserts like ice cream included without extra cost), and a better selection of mocktails. The spa facilities could also be more guest-friendly, as there are extra charges for using the indoor pool and sauna. Overall, we left with happy memories and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. Thanks to the wonderful staff and especially Bushra and Soufiane, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

Over the summer my family had a fun and relaxing stay at Eden Andalou. The teenagers had a great time at the water park and the pool, while the adults enjoyed the Hammam and relaxing poolside. What made our stay extra special was the incredible staff. They were attentive and so helpful. Thank you Front office manager: Soufiane Hammam: Naima and Fatimzahra And, other helpful staff: Adnane, Zakaria for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend Eden Andalou.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Stay! From start to finish, this place was exceptional. The waiters and bar staff couldn’t do enough for you — attentive, friendly, and always smiling. You barely have to lift a finger; drinks are perfectly mixed (never watered down!) and the food is delicious, with an impressive variety every single night. The entertainment was spot on — lively, professional, and full of energy. The entertainment team are some of the friendliest, most fun people you’ll meet, and they had everyone up dancing and joining in every evening. Whether you’re in the mood to unwind or party, this place has the perfect balance of both. The water park is fantastic — loads of rides, no queues, and great for all ages. Everywhere is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable. Honestly, it’s a perfect getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!
