BRITISH TOURIST Nice hotel, would stay here again. 2 massive pools and plenty of sunbeds with shade. Staff are nice and friendly. Only thing I would say is the pool food isn’t the best and isn’t cheap either but apart from that no complaints. Hotel was clean and up to standard.

Here’s a possible comment in English about Kenzi Hotel: I had a pleasant stay at Kenzi Hotel. The service was excellent — the staff was welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and of high quality, making for a very relaxing experience. The location is also great, close to key attractions and convenient for getting around. However, I was disappointed by the fact that residents still have to pay for access to the pool. I believe this should be included in the stay, as it takes away from the overall value and experience. Let me know if you'd like a shorter version or one tailored to a review platform like TripAdvisor or Google.

Good location to access the mall, medina and lots of restaurants, lounges. Big hotel and very busy when we stayed so service levels by pool not the best. Run out of towels and no sun loungers to be found as all taken. Would stay again but in quieter season. Staff all friendly enough and amenities are good.

Stayed here in August 2025, this was one of the best most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. It has so many swimming pools and was lush and relaxing. The staff at the reception desk ( Nassima and Zohair were friendly, helpful, kind and went out of their way to help us. It had many places to eat within the hotel and the food was absolutely delightful, his definitely deserves the five stars

Disgusting hotel, dirty sheets that they never change. When we arrived they hadn’t changed the sheets. I can confirm because we booked 7 rooms and 5 of the rooms had the same issue. We had blood on the sheets. 1 towel between 4 people (family room), extremely rude staff, horrible breakfast. Outdated. Extreme slow service at the pool. In general ALL VERY RUDE!! Wasted £7k for 5 nights for 7 rooms!!! What sw waste
