First time staying here and from the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The room is incredible, given a huge 2 bed suite. The hotel itself is very well kept and beautiful gardens. Restaurant is amazing and food was delicious. All staff are incredible and helpful but I would like to mention some special people we met along the way - the entertainment team Leona, Narjiss, Fati , saad , Abdel , wafa , loco , Mario , momo. Would definitely come back for sure!! Loved our time here especially my kids

Overall had the best holiday at Kenzi Club Agdal! The hotel was overbooked the first night so we had to stay at sister hotel down the road. Luckily we just wanted a relaxing evening after travelling and this done the job. Once we came back the next day the staff made sure we were looked after and offered free massage and room upgrade. The suite we were upgraded to was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds of the hotel are well looked after and so clean, as were all the facilities we found. The food was 4/5 for me personally I got quite bored but to be expected with most all inclusive resorts. They change some items every day so there is some variation and I’m sure even picky eaters can find something. Drinks were good and service in restaurants and bars was amazing! Pools and spa were fabulous we had such a nice relaxing time!! Would recommend to anyone for resort stay in Marrakesh and just a quick 10 min journey to the medina madness!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The lobby exudes elegance with its intricate Moroccan design, setting the tone for a delightful stay. My double room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after long days of exploring the vibrant city. The dining options at the hotel were impressive. I had the chance to dine at various restaurants, each offering a unique culinary experience. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide array of fresh fruits, pastries, and traditional Moroccan dishes. I particularly enjoyed the tagine, which was bursting with flavors. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Loco, Leona, and Wafa. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. They were always ready to assist with any requests and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, from the stunning outdoor pools to the well-maintained gardens. The spa services were a perfect way to unwind, and I highly recommend indulging in a traditional hammam experience. Overall, Kenzi Club Agdal Medina is a remarkable destination for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious stay in Marrakech. With its superb service, beautiful surroundings, and delicious cuisine, it truly deserves its five-star rating. I left with cherished memories and a desire to return.

We've had such an amazing holiday here! All the staff are so friendly and always go above and beyond! We would definitely recommend this hotel, ourselves and our children have thoroughly enjoyed it and definitely come back again! I had an amazing experience at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in a modern Moroccan style. The beds were very comfortable, and I loved having a private terrace to relax on. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate throughout my stay, and the little touches like fresh towels and bottled water each day made a big difference. The restaurant offered a fantastic variety of dishes for every taste. The buffet had something new every day—fresh salads, grilled meats, local Moroccan specialties, and delicious desserts. The chefs clearly put effort into both the quality and presentation. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, always making sure guests were happy and well looked after. The animation team truly made the stay unforgettable! They were energetic, friendly, and always made sure everyone was having fun. From pool games and fitness classes during the day to live shows and entertainment in the evening, they created a great atmosphere for guests of all ages. A special thank-you to the team for their warmth and enthusiasm—they really brought the resort to life! Leona especially was very kind to our family! Overall, Kenzi Club Agdal Medina is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, great food, and lively entertainment.
