Hotel is beautiful,grounds are well maintained and clean. Food is very repetitive and often cold. Ground staff always polite. Waiters very welcoming and attentive to your needs. There are 2 lots of entertainment teams, 1 for the British and 1 for the French. However the British entertainment team never once spoke to us (we are british) but the French team ( Edorador) was amazing and full of energy and very welcoming. Zizo was amazing. Always smiling and happy lad. Really made our stay entertaining.

We were group of 3 adults and after a dissapointment in a previous hotel where we left after the first night we arrived to Kenzi Club. The RP manager Fouad looked after us since the first minute. We felt special and warmly welcomed. We got an uprage to junior suite, he made sure that we had everything, gave us his number to stay in touch during our stay....everyone was so friendly and helpfull. Hotel amazing, staff amazing, food delicious. Nothing was a problem here. We would give 10 stars if we could. Best of luck to all if them. Great job!! Claudie and family. Tank you guys

Second time staying at kenzi club agdal medina. We love this hotel, every single member of staff has a smile on there face and is always happy to help with anything, rooms are beautiful with a good shower. Food is amazing, we have one vegetarian & one Gluten free in our family and all dietary requirements were taken care of. Beautiful place. Special mention to the animation team, they really do bring everyone together like a family, makes the whole vibe of the hotel feel so nice. We've already talked about coming back next year for some winter sun so im sure this will be a yearly thing for us. Thank you everyone!

We had a wonderful time at Kenzi club Agadal from start to finish. We were greeted by the manager - Fouad, and assisted us with anything during our stay. The buffet had a good variety of food over a week, and the animation team was good at keeping children and adults entertained. Kamal at the buffet restaurant was very good looking after us. Only 20 minutes from the airport and very close to the city/medina. Good size room for a family and excellent facilities. Will definitely recommend this place to other families.

Our stay at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina was spectacular. Huge thanks to Umnia and Faisal at reception for the warm welcome. The animation team—Mario, Sara, Adel and the whole team are incredible; they engaged everyone from the kids to the older adults with so much energy! ​The food was excellent, thanks to the talented chefs and the hard-working waiters, waitresses, and bar staff. Our rooms were also kept immaculate by the high-quality cleaning staff. ​One suggestion: we were gutted that our child couldn't access the indoor pool. If children were allowed access, this would be the #1 choice for families everywhere. Keep up the excellent work!
