The pool(s) were ideal for my children. Sadly people chuck their towels down to reserve their spots. There are signs against this, but it's not enforced. 3 beds next to us were "reserved", after 3 hours someone came and simply grabbed their towels and left! The rooms are paper thin. I don't have a problem with noise at 10/11pm/midnight, but when people return in the early hours of the morning and decide that they want the whole hotel to hear them it's not ideal (with small children). We paid extra for a suite which supposedly can fit 6 people, yet the balcony is tiny and has enough room for 2 people at most to sit. The gym-none of the equipment works. A few dumbbell are available, but if there's more than 2 people then you'll struggle to get any kind of workout. We had breakfast and evening meal included. I've had worse, but also far better. The quality of some of the food is really cheap, after a few days bit gets repetitive. Overall it was a nice holiday, the pool and the beach were the best and everything else was just "ok". If you're looking for a quiet hotel where you and the kids can get a good night's rest I recommend you to try elsewhere.

All Staff outstanding, so helpful a special thanks to Sally, Valentine and crew for wonderful entertainment and making everyone smile 😊 food good. Great place to go with kids. But no parking available on site (have to find street which is really rough) and All Inclusive only includes alcoholic drinks during meal times. The trade-off is that it's VERY family friendly and great for the kids. My kids had a blast and the staff there are wonderful.

A fabulous family holiday. The pools are fantastic for kids, the bar service was excellent, the food couldn’t have been better for an all inclusive restaurant. The choice at breakfast, dinner and tea was perfect, I don’t know what anyone else could want. The pool snack bar had a great choice and was replenished all day long. The only downfall was the reception staff were very unwelcoming, not one person greeted us on our arrival or any time we came back in to reception. The carpet in reception and the staircase could do with a daily hoover but all in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone. A brilliant family holiday.
