Fantastic hotel. We spent 11 nights there and we had a great experience. The staff are friendly, helpful and a joy to deal with. The animation team is great. There's a mini disco on every night at 9 am and kids love it. The kids club is open from 10 am to 5 pm (with a lunch break). There are 2 pools incl. a kids pool; a shop (which is quite expensive), spa, beautician's/hairdresser's, snack bar and pool bar. The cleanliness of the hotel (rooms, pools, restaurants) is immaculate. You can go to Sugar Beach for a day by a free shuttle bus from the hotel. You're not allowed to bring any food or drinks but transfer and sun loungers are free. The entertainment is quite good with a different show every night apart from Mondays (day off). We saw a break dance show, fire dance show, traditional Turkish dancers. The hotel does Bingo a few times a week, dart competitions, water darts for kids, water polo, aqua gym etc. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would happily be back.

Perfect for what we wanted!! Good range of food in the restaurant, plenty of choice, if not similar every few days. Staff very attentive and were quick to clear the tables. Entertainment is lacking, no enthusiasm from staff, could easily muster up more volunteers to take part in games (Boules, water polo). Overall a lovely place to stay !

Stayed here for a week all inclusive with a friend. The hotel is very private & secure which is a must. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The variety of food was HUGE!! It was great to find that there was an adult only pool which was lovely & peaceful. 2 minute walk to the main strip with bars, restaurants & shops. Beach was 10 minute walk. Reception helped book any beach clubs or restaurants we needed. Special thanks to Adam who greeted us everyday and booked our Turkish bath & massage. Murat the charming Bar Manager & of course Murat Adele the guest relations was very accommodating to any queries or suggestions.

Great hotel ,only down fall adults behaving like teenagers snogging and touchy in pool so didn't feel comfortable with my 15 year old having to watch this ! Breakfast was beautiful plenty of choice.

Fantastic hotel, staff amazing especially entertament staff,breakfast not so good as beans and mushrooms are always cold and no microwave to warm up,never any fresh fruit ie melon,pineapple grapes,told not in season, but can get any where else in the world
