I really enjoyed my stay I must say I found the food to be lovely especially the desserts.All Staff I met very friendly good sport made sure they talk to everyone. I enjoyed exercising they had yoga and water aerobic was fun and good to keep active. Beach is beautiful we loved the walk up to it. Rooms honestly not the best but the cleaning team do try hard but I think they are significantly short staffed. rooms are in need of urgent modernisation very tired and worn. I think they made cut backs in this area. If they did this hotel would be fantastic. The laundry needs looking at also as towels are dirty when they come. Such a shame they don’t spend money on the rooms. Water slides really fun.

I was there for 10 days in july 2024 with 10 of my family members, and we had excellent experience enjoying every day. Staff are very friendly. We are still in touch with some of them. The hotel is in the middle of green, so nice. The walkway to the beach was amazing. I didn't want the walk to finish. I read some bad reviews people wrote. I just think I was not in the same hotel with them it's a shame they didn't enjoy that beauty.

Out here now, and I can't find a fault. Yes rooms need a upgrade but it hasn't caused us any issue. Pools lovely, beach is great, food is nice. What more do you need. Family of 5 are happy.

DO NOT EAT THE FOOD!! Booked for 10nights and on the second night a few of us got food poisoning. Couldn’t sleep as the walls are like cardboard so can hear everything. Had to move a bed for our son to be closer to us and under the bed was covered in dead flies, obviously has never been cleaned under. The room was dirty and never cleaned while I was there. It’s not secured at night so locals can come in and walk around. Not a safe place for family’s. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

If I could rate this hotel 0 I would. Rooms were extremely dirty and unsanitary and old. Mattress was lumpy. The bathroom reeked of urine and was moldy (see photo’s attached). Instead of bed linens and blankets we were given old dirty bath sheets with someone’s hair (see attached photos) To top it off, 2 of my family members got food poisoning from the hotels food (it’s an all inclusive resort we didn’t leave the hotel prior to the food poisoning). Service was horrible, manager was initially refusing to see us. We had to wait more than 30 minutes and asked multiple times to speak to him. The pancake lady was extremely rude and continuously served locals before us, although we were ahead in line. I really DO NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel at all.
