Extremely Disappointing Experience at Lykia Botanika Our stay at Lykia Botanika was deeply disappointing and frustrating from the very beginning. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a series of unpleasant experiences that reflected a severe lack of management and hospitality standards. The most concerning issue was the poor cleanliness throughout the hotel. Food trays and rubbish were frequently left in the corridors leading to our rooms, sometimes remaining there for days before being removed. This created an unclean and unhygienic atmosphere that no guest should have to tolerate. Housekeeping services were completely inadequate. We were forced to contact reception every single day — usually around 4pm — to request that our room be cleaned. Even after these repeated requests, the cleaning was often incomplete or done carelessly. On one occasion, when I raised the matter with the receptionist, I was told the room had already been cleaned and was even blamed for the state of it, despite the fact that we had only just returned. Such a response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. The attitude of the reception staff further added to the poor experience. They were consistently unhelpful, dismissive, and appeared uninterested in assisting guests. Each interaction felt like an inconvenience to them rather than an opportunity to provide service. Overall, Lykia Botanika failed to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service. For the price paid, we expected a minimum standard of care and professionalism — none of which were delivered. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made to both management and staff conduct.

It was really nice holiday. Great service, super animation team, well located and fabulous around the hotel with lots of green scenery. Food was OK. Unfortunately the hotel has a big issue with house keeping, rooms looks old and dirty, tables and chairs in restaurant with sticking out paint, even sofas in lobby/reception covered with stains.

This place is a 3 star at best. It was like going back in time. Dartboard with 1dart, table tennis with no balls. No arcade, no pool table. Full of cats even in the restaurant. Furniture falling apart in the bar area and the restaurant. This place is in dier need of a revamp.

A very nice location, my room was very big with a view of the pool 🤩. The food was good 😋, and the beach was a 5-minute walk away, but a little dirty with some abandoned spots 🏖️. My rating: 3.5 stars! ✨ #location #room #view #pool #food #beach #walk #spots #rating #stars

Where to start, it's not a four star hotel as cleanliness is poor our room was cleaned twice over a weeks stay. Not really a British location as we were the only English there. Our friends room wasn't cleaned at all and he had no air conditioning for 4 days and when they did fix it the electrics kept cutting out he also had an electric shock from the plug..kept on complaining to the desk, same answer, come back tomorrow!!! The rooms are falling apart as the whole basin moves and the lighting is dim, shower tiling coming away from the wall. WiFi is 15 euro each and has restrictions on it, gambling sites ect and it not private. Food, breakfast poor unless you like chips and cheeses at 8 in the morning however lunch and dinner has a good choice. Drinks are local do you'll have to drink a lot to have the same effect as home even when they pour a 50 50 split.. Staff I found friendly just be honest with them as they try and sell something on your first couple of days. We chose this location due to funds being a little tight, and just wanted nice weather and a little R & R, which we all did. So if you want the same go there, we won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know, just save another grand and book somewhere else. It's a 3 star trying to be a 4 Food 3 out of 5 Service 2 Hope this helps
