This place is lovely. My partner and I came for a last minute week away, and were impressed. Transfer from hotel was about 1.5 hours. Check in was very easy and informative and told us all we needed to know. Someone came to help us to our room and showed us around, although the lift was broken so we had to go up five flights of stairs!! but was fixed the next day The next day we got up 6:45 and so many sunbed reserved. We were lucky to get one in the sun, but one half of the pool didn’t get any. It was quite a mission to get sunbeds, but towards the end management took towels off of sunbeds which people put down and went back to bed, which was a lot easier Food was great, no complaints. There was food that everyone can enjoy no matter what. Yes they do the same foods most days but you get what you pay for. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Rooms were perfect. Maids were amazing and very chatty. Bar staff were so polite and enjoyed everyone having fun and joined in Although, a lot of husband and wife’s falling out, and your usual drunk people who take it one step too far. A few big arguments which were soon sorted by hotel security would definitely come back again

Just come back from a week holiday with the family, hotel is in a good location, food was spot on. Pools where good. Entertainment team where great and all other staff always smiling and helpful. Only downer on the hotel is they wanted £120 for a 4 hour late checkout which I find is very overpriced

Lovely hotel, some rooms need to be updated but they are kept clean every day and maid's are friendly . Restaurant was a big size but needs to be with the amount of holiday makers, it was kept as clean as possible, floor sweepers on hand plenty of staff always friendly. Food standard was good plenty of choice but generally the same every night but again not professing to be ala carte.very impressed but a bit lively if you want a quite'ish holiday may be not for you. Overall the hotel was excellent and would reccomend.

Go9d Hotel food very good. But there is a mosque. Right next door which goes off at 5.40 1.40 and 5.40 .calling people to pray. Can be a bit annoying .but you are in there country. And they seem to do a lot off praying. But what the hell u are on holiday.

Better than the bad reviews suggest. It is busy, but that's down to the affordability of the package. There are a few ques for drinks, slides, food and ice creams at times but not on every occasion. Sunbeds plenty if you just got up and down before 8am. The best pool is by the super expensive supermarket, better toys but big prices than other places. The arcade is fantastic, nostalgic for certain ages and definitely worth a trip to see the second best member of staff. The 1st goes to the best ice cream man, your love him if you like ice cream. Food is pretty much the same all week with a few surprises, all pleasant but I hope you like chicken if you chose Julian. Beach is a 20 minute walk. Make sure you go left and right out of hotel. Stay safe on the streets, everyone is trying to sell you something. Lots of places for fake fashion. Pubs a plenty, one had a Barbie themed night. Rooms are very dated and need an upgrade, particularly in the bathroom, I can help here, just give me a shout. Efes on tap. All the wine and plenty of cocktails and for the kids to drink throughout the day and night. Pleased we came to Marmaris, but we won't be back.
