Just home from a lovely weeks holiday here, can't fault a single thing, staff friendly & helpful, entertainment staff were exceptional, room dated but clean & had everything we needed, food great, drinks a plenty. No probs getn a sunbed but my hubby is always up early and enjoyed his morning coffee & books in the sun. If id to say one thing negative it would be about the Debbie downers we met who moaned about anything & everything. Your holiday is what you make it and we loved it. We will be recommending this hotel to others for sure. Thanks

Not long got back from here! Nice hotel very overcrowded to the point where sunbeds was being reserved early hours of the morning so spent 6 out of 7 days 8 months pregnant sat on the floor with no sunbed or shade in the 40+ degree heat. Limited lifts and even when one did come down to the lobby everyone jumped in and made a 8 month pregnant and disabled daughter walked up stairs with a buggy. Wasn’t due to staff but some very inconsiderate selfish people.

So good the family didn't want to come home. Amazing staff always willing to go out of there way for you. Food, great choice and plenty of it. Hotel, and pool areas very, very clean. Can't wait to come back.

We all enjoyed our first stay here can't wait to return this October. One of the best all-inclusive hotel I've been to. So much selection at meal times and the snack bar it's just amazing. Yolo team are fantastic entertainers and make this hotel they so friendly and welcoming.

We went first week of June, and ended up getting a heatwave! Hotel was very busy with families and couples, children running about late at night too! Entertainment team on every day from 10am onwards and always made time to come round everyone and say hello, even if we didn't join in! Had to queue for the bar alot but staff were quick and it was constant i felt sorry for them sometimes! Water station where you could fill up all day too! Food was nice, being all inclusive, i was a bit worried about the food beforehand but was pleasantly surprised - plenty of choice and you could eat all day if you wanted! Ice cream too! There's tea, coffee and cake in the afternoon so was nice to come inside and chill with that. We did go down to the marina a few times to dine out - the restaurants down there are lovely and so chilled! Pool area was always busy.. We even went down at 8am to get sunbeds and most were gone! There is a staff member that looks after the sunbeds and if there are none left he will bring more out - he was a life saver! Room pretty small even though we paid extra for a bigger room but had everything we needed and we had a view of the mosque which was nice. Modern and clean. We faced out the back which was nice and quiet. Free air con was great too! Housekeeping staff were good, in every day to empty bins, make bed etc! Wifi not so great - free in the public areas & pool areas which knocked off every so often, had to pay extra in the room but we didn't bother in the end. Reception staff nice and helpful. Security on the front doors checking wrist bands etc Hotel had everything you needed and more. Tattoo studio, hairdressers, barbers, beautician, massage, market, souvenir shop, clothes shop. Shop across the road, and then a strip of bars, restaurants and shops! Great location about 15-20 mins to the beachfront. Taxi rank just outside hotel too which was handy.
