We absolutely love this hotel, is it the most glamorous NO but it’s the most fun hotel around and the reason why is because mainly the entertainment team and although (Kevin ) aka Turkish bath man isn’t apart of the team he is just as much fun!! The guest relations team ozlem are just more than words can describe it doesn’t matter what they are doing they literally drop everything to be of assistance to you, the reception are just lovely, cleaners are nice although they are just kinda there to get there tip at the end of the holiday! Pool side guys are just as sweet although I do think they have got a little bit lazier in the years but they are constantly out collecting. The restaurant and snack chefs and staff are always up for suggestions for different meal ideas, we just can’t fault the place that’s why we are back twice a year, we have met some really nice people out there who have booked the same times as us and it’s so nice to meet up with them again x and of course you can’t go with out mentioning the queen of the Julian ms Rina she is literally apart of the furniture and when ever you think of the Julian Rina comes to mind x love her

DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! First of all the rooms are very small and the beds are very uncomfortable with not even a proper cover it's like a towel and is very rough if you book a more expensive room maybe it will be better but personally it's not good. Next is the WiFi it is free if you are in the main area/downstairs but if you are wanting wifi in your room it is 50 pounds a week which is shocking because paying for the hotel its self can be expensive and the wifi has been a problem for us because it was raining alot on some of the days and there was nothing to do and if you wanted to sit in the main area it is very noisy which is expected obviously but there was children running riot and the parents or staff not caring. Staff weren't very nice either and the food isn't up to much especially because I am very fussy definitely not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

5 of us went for a week all inclusive. Unfortunately my husband & I were placed on the 4th floor & my kids were placed on the 1st floor when I asked for them to be given a room next door to us. The reception staff didn't have a clue what activities/entertainment was on in the evenings so I thankful caught the manager to ask & he kindly informed me & said that the reception staff should all know this (he wasn't happy they didn't). The other issue we found was during breakfast/lunch/dinner times when the staff are extremely eager to clear your plates before you've even finished eating. In regards to the location of the hotel, we quickly found out that we weren't going to get a full night's sleep because our 4th floor room (as well as other floors) was far to close to the Arabic Mosque that's right by the hotel & it broadcasts the call to prayer through very loud speakers that are placed on the outsideof the building, high up on the tallest steeple. Prayers are then either played through these loud speakers (or sung through a microphone) 5x a day, everyday starting at 4:40am, then again about 1pm ish, 5pm ish, 8:20pm ish, & almost 10pm. The 4:40am prayer woke me up every single morning & it makes absolutely NO difference with your balcony door shut. The hotels cleanliness was excellent, the chose of food was really good (although its mainly the same kind of foods each day), the staff at the bar & the ice-cream area next to the bar were always extremely happy & enjoy to make people laugh. The poolside entertainment was really good, although the activities are mainly aimed at young children rather than older kids. The 2 pool slides weren't really open much, only once or twice a day they open them up, which was a shame as the slides are great fun (even for us adult kids lol). You do get bothered a lot by certain staff that work there trying to sell extra food, (strawberries & choc sauce snacks etc), a photographer (we had pic's taken by him & they were amazing but not the cheapest £120 for 20 pics, 2 small keyrings & an album) football game scores tickets etc that walk around the pool areas always trying to get you to buy something they are offering. The businesses that are around the pools selling Turkish mud baths, massages & the hairdressers will also try to get you to buy a service from them when you walk past them. We had tattoos done in the piercing & tattoo shop that's next to one of the pools, the evening before we flew back home the next morning & I always heard horror stories about getting tats abroad & that you should never do it. I decided to take the risk & had a medium sized tattoo of a sun & moon kind of dream catcher done on the top of my back & I'm pleased I did. The bloke there did an amazing job, his prices are reasonable (better than what the UK charges), his cleanliness was superb & all the needles were sealed & packaged properly & he changed needles with every new customer. So I do recommend him if you fancy a bit of inking on ya holiday. Shop owners within the hotel are really friendly, caring & like to have a joke with everyone. The stores outside the hotel (turn left outside reception, the turn right at crossroads) are mostly really cheap (there is one that's not as cheap) & its cheaper to buy gifts etc from those shops rather than the ones in the hotel & stuff at the airport that they shockingly call "40% off duty free". Bournemouth airports "duty free" & Dalaman airport are a complete RIP OFF! For 10 pouches of Amber leaf baccy they wanted like £120 for it. Went to the shop across from the hotel & got the same x10 pouches of baccy for £30.00, so don't buy in the airports. On our way home in Dalaman airport, we found a kind of kebab van stall (after security) that sells, sandwich rolls, crisps, drinks, small choc croissants (the woman will heat it up for you). I brought x4 sandwich rolls, x2 bags of crisps & 6 juice drinks (bottles) & it cost me just over £97.00!!! I was gobsmacked & have or never would ever spend that much on any lunch food in my life, so definitely AVOID this place!

I stayed at Julian Club Hotel for a week, and while the atmosphere was great, my overall experience was ruined by several issues that I simply can't overlook. First, let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely awful. To be blunt, the food was shocking, disgusting and overdated. They kept serving the same stale food for an entire week, and you could literally taste that it was out of date. I almost died because the food was that bad, they hotel staff had to perform CPR on me. It was so bad that I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog even if it was starving and we had no food left. For a hotel that claims to offer quality service, this was disgusting behaviour. Then came the manager, who was an absolute scumbag and needs a back hand. They never informed us of the check-out time, and when we slightly overstayed by a few minutes—due to their lack of communication—they charged us £80 extra. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they chose to create an unnecessary argument, which completely ruined the experience. It was clear that they cared more about squeezing extra money out of guests than actually providing good customer service. Pathetic. Honestly, I wouldn’t come back here again. The atmosphere might be nice, but when the food is disgusting and management is shady, it’s just not worth it. If you’re looking for a place where guests are actually valued, look elsewhere.

An amazing hotel and an amazing experience. The staff along the way were the highlight of our experience, especially the lovely housekeeper (Fazilet) who looked after our room every day, who was so friendly and smiley - she always left our room really nice. I also got chatting to the chefs who were really good to talk to, and we chatted about the amazing food they are making here. Gokhan the pastry chef makes some amazing desserts with his team, it was really good to talk to him and learn about the different pastries they make here. It was a really personalised experiance and throughout everyone was kind and had time to talk to us. The overall experience was really pleasant and we had fun as well. In the end we had a chat with Gulben who had a nice chat with us about our experience, and it was a nice way to end the trip. Would recommend this hotel.
