Screams Benidorm. If you are after cheap and simple and have kids, this place is fine. but if you want any sign of class then avoid this hotel and its surrounding areas. its all very British touristy in the worst way possible. The hotel does look after you but the food is Mid and there is no lacking of screaming kids. we went outside the school holiday too.

Ru Mia (Ru Mi)

Terrible experience. Had 7 day all inclusive holiday in July 2024 (I’ve been meaning to post sooner but didn’t have the time and was completely traumatised by the lack of service and security at the hotel. The staff swore out loud, profanity in Turkish and thought I wouldn’t understand (I learnt a bit of Turkish and knew exactly what Alev had said) I was informed she would be fired due to her verbal abuse towards me, I’m not sure this was actioned. There were no life guards at any of the pools!! Hotel needs updating and cleaning, rooms are very small and corridors very dirty. I will never return. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Please do better.

Staff here are really nice and the cleaners were good but I will not be coming back here even if you paid me! Fights almost every night with police called multiple times. Unfortunately a lot of people that stay here are rough, drink too much and cause problems. The evening entertainment was also pretty poor apart from one night where they had external African dancers who were brilliant. The room we stayed in was also nothing like the pictures that were advertised - it was small, dark and really outdated. Poor vegan options as well and when we asked for to milk alternatives we were told to go buy our own.

This is a fabulous hotel overall. I agree with previous posts about certain families being very rowdy etc, but it doesn't really affect you, you just have to ignore it. Food is gorgeous and the hotel reps are just the best, they go above and beyond to make it a fun atmosphere, especially for the kids! The rooms are basic but all work fine and are spotless which is all you can really ask for at this sort of price range. If you have children, they will not be disappointed and will have a great time. We will definitely be back again!

This is are third time staying at this hotel, and we have noticed the down fall over the years. The rooms are very small so if you have a family of four you'll need to upgrade to a bigger room which is £40 in day extra, in the room we stayed in the shower didn't work properly as it only had luke warm water, but we never said anything as it falls on dead ears, the room was only half cleaned when it got cleaned, the food in the restaurant was ok but its just the thing every night. The snack bar is miles better with alot more choice, As for the hotel itself we can't really comment as we went out everyday, but we can on past visits the drinks where limited and the export drink where why to expensive, The bars around the hotel are ok but again same thing everynight just different day. The harber is a lovely place to eat and have a walk about, but be propeared to be hassled with every bar/ restaurant you pass. The watersports are getting really expensive too. And its definitely got more expensive to come to Turkey now, so if you are wanting to go out for drinks or a nice meal bring plenty of money. And if you want to keep the room on at the end of your holiday, its costs a fortune starting from £40 upto £120 depending how long you want it for, but bare in mind its only £40 a night for a room, go figure.
