The first time I stayed here was in 2015, and I truly loved it back then. The staff used to be so accommodating and welcoming; the food used to be delicious and had a huge variety of dishes to choose from. I’ve decided to come again in September 2023, and I didn’t love it as much as I used to, even though I really wanted to.

Spent a week here in June with my two adult sons for a family holiday. The hotel exceeded my expectations from the quality of the suite to the fantastic views across the bay. The staff were friendly and attentive. Best holiday we have had for ages. Thank you and hopefully will return soon.

We went as a group of 14. Our apartments were close to each other. Absolutely stunning views. Great pool, separate one for kids. SPA /Hammam was amazing , so relaxing. They also have a gym and free yoga classes on some days. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Meals at the restaurant were ok. The staff were lovely. The bedrooms have AC. However, the living and dining room was too hot to sit in even with the fans on. Our bathroom was a good sized but my sister had an issue with her bathroom, which had a really bad smell. She reported it several times, but no one came. Overall, I would say we had a lovely time and would definitely go back.

Beautiful views from the resort. Great swimming pool never crowded. Room clean and comfortable. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but when we did, they were always polite. A little way uphill but free shuttle bus cheap taxi's and car hire.

Language is the biggest issue as not many English speaking staff. Also on the last day our flight was at 11.45 pm and we were supposed to leave the hotel at 7 pm. They have not provided any further notice to leave the rooms at 12 pm and then they have not provided alternative accommodation from 12 to 1 pm after having discussion with staff and Tui staff 3.30 pm agreed check out time. No acknowledgement for a birthday trip from the staff.
