Just got home today and had a lovely holiday. Staff really friendly especially the manager and Omar on the pool bar. and help full. Rooms spotless and modern. Fantastic value in every way for the money. Would definitely go back.

We have stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and the food is terrible, we ate the food twice on 2 separate occasions at this hotel and each time me and my mum ended up vomiting for the rest of the whole day. For the rest of the holiday we are out. For the price of all-inclusive the food was not edible and the drink choices where very very poor. We spoke to 3 other families who stayed here and they all agreed that the food and drinks are very very poor. The room are very clean and hygienic and the pool is lovely!

We stayed in the Idas from 10th to 20th May 2023. Mostly everything about the hotel and our stay there are extremely positive and there were very few negatives. All of the rooms were of a very good standard, as was the pool area. The food was of a good standard and was plentiful, especially the desserts. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful in the extreme. We found them all from cleaners, waiters, bar-staff and the reception staff to be a major positive for this hotel. We have visited Icmeler, but never this hotel before this stay. We will happily visit again in the not too distant future. A big thank you to all of your wonderful staff.

After just getting this morning from the idas hotel I would love to say we throughly loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone as it was lovely we could eat drink and use the sister hotel just across the road. The staff have been so friendly one in particular was Faith he was such a lovely lad and always went out of his way to come and have a chat . He was impressed that I managed to straighten his glasses back out for him .he really went above and beyond to help with anything he will go far in life and we wish him well . The rest of the staff also where so lovely along with the jeweler in the hotel that also enjoyed a chat thank you to you all for a wonderful holiday xx

My first package holiday in years as it’s not my thing. Booked this very last minute without checking. And I am very pleased. I’m a seasoned traveller and you cannot fault this hotel (WiFi needs upgrading) but service is attentive on a 5 star level. Exceptionally friendly and effortless. The rooms are amazing decor and hygiene is top notch. Food isn’t all my cup of tea but still if high quality and fresh salads daily. Booze is good. Anyone that would moan about this place are definitely negative people. I’ve heard a few old people complain that one waiter wasn’t smiling. Remember they do 12-15 hour shifts. Girlfriend had a Spa treatment excellent value. So would highly recommend this place.
