The worst travel experience for our long travel history. We called it "My Nightmare hotel". Loud music in your window, till late night. Not working SPA and Sauna. Outdated style rooms. Fullly smoked. Our attempt to make cancellation was unsuccessful. Obviously fake good reviews. This hotel has no right to exist and fool people. Money and time trap.

There were some guys from staff, who will try to make you pay them even 3 times more than actual price. So i was avoiding to spend money in hotel, but also there was honest staff. For prices for table tennis and billiard ask at reception. Location is really good, beach is 50 meters from hotel. Food was also good but it was repeating. But at the end I don’t like staff who tries to cheat on guests it’s awful and that made negative feeling for me about whole hotel. You need to pay for the wifi in room, and free wifi at lobby dosn’t work well.

Not one of the best hotels I've been so far in Turkey...the rooms were dusty and most of the electronics didn't work. No AC, no tv, no blanket...nothing. If you need internet you have to go downstairs because you don't get any in your room. The food was mediocre and not that tasty(I've eaten worse than this so I won't complain) if you want anything to drink you have to pay extra (another way to get more money from you). The only positive note: the staff. They were friendly and helpful. I have hopes for this hotel

Rooms don’t get cleaned properly. Pool is bad. Pool bar is so so expensive, food is disgusting, wifi is expensive and never works, staff don’t know what they’re doing. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in in turkey. Not worth the money.

The worst hotel. The employees are very bad and do not know how to provide service. The food is not good. They do not change towels even though we have asked for them more than once. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel even if the accommodation there is free. During our stay there on a night shift there was the same guy who worked there during our entire stay, he treated us rudely. There was another group from Lebanon that suffered from the same treatment as well as another tourist from India. They try to spend money on everything, even if the towel gets dirty they want money claiming it is not reusable. We had a dispute with them over money because of their unjustified allegations, and only after our friend from Turkey intervened did they give up your demand for the money. Overall a very bad experience. Do not recommend anyone to stay there.
